This is based on New Zealand company and I purchased dress. My order shipped out of China which I don't get it but this shipper in China put incorrect address. I was not able to receive my order because USPS returned to them.
Now they are asking me pay another shipping fee so I told them I want to cancel my order. Well I only get 40% of refund.
Please stay away this company. There is no customer service whatsoever. I emailed several times but no response. Never again

I ordered dress through this website over a month ago. Finally my package shipped out from China. But this Chinese company put incorrect address so US postal service returned to sender. Now I received email from them and they only refund 35% if possible. Why?
I put correct address. They are the one screwed. I've been sending email to siltfence.com customer service over and over again but I haven't heard anything. This website and EPL*RNCHEB rip you off. Please stay away.

I purchased Steve Madden pool sandal at Gilroy, CA store. Well I received 2 LEFT FOOT sandals.
I called store and they told me they didn't take mail return. Ok now I contacted customer service. They said if you buy item at a store, they have to handle issues. Does that mean I have to drive 2 hours spend my time and gas money listen their favor?
Such a incredible company.
