6/2/18 returned very unsatisfactory Mexican opal ring with same packaging and invoice information to SilverRushStyle (S. R. S.). Per S. R. S., I also sent email to them same day re. The returned ring. About 6/15/18, I tried calling both S. R. S. Phone numbers listed on their site - one of the numbers the mailbox was full; the other number no live person ever answers, so I finally left a voicemail with my phone number requesting a call back re. Return. It's 6/22/18 and no call back yet. About 6/22/18, I also emailed S. R. S. A 2nd time via their "comment" box of their return policy section, and received no response to date. I know they received the Mexican opal ring 3 weeks ago. They have my ring, but I have nothing in return. When will I get my $67.55 back from S. R. S.? Does anyone know of a way to talk to a live person in this company? This is the worst online customer service I've ever come across and I want to warn others about S. R. S.'s non-existent sham return policy. Margaret G.

I have an excellent experience with this online shop and buy from them for several years already. Quality of the jewelry is very good. Design is unique. The weight of silver pieces I bought was big for the price I paid because of their great discounts deals. I usually buy jewelries from them during Black Friday deal and saved fair amount of money. I like to buy their interesting pieces also as gifts for my relatives. There is one of my favorite sets in the picture I uploaded (the only chain is not from them). Shipping is very fast! I do not know about their return policy since I did not return anything.

I have ordered and received jewelry from SilverRushStyle.com, and I have accepted that the items are as-pictured on the site. HOWEVER, there are items on the website which are misnamed. Certainly, BUYER BEWARE is a necessary mantra while shopping for ANY jewelry online, and especially jewelry made in second and third-world countries. Even sterling silver stamped ". 925" may not be that pure. You will need to test the purity at home or at a jeweler's.

The markup on SilverRushStyle's jewelry is remarkably high, but that is how they stay in business. You may find similar or same items elsewhere, but the price may be even higher. Look for sales, discounts, and clearance items near the end of the year, just before Christmas.

I am not a gemologist. I am a seasoned gemstone researcher and purchaser. I research businesses, and I follow-up with my own proof via firsthand experience. Several of the gemstones advertised on SIlverRushStyle.com are listed as quartz, but they have round bubbles in them, and that is indicative of glass. I would not know for certain, though, unless I were to see them in person. Also, the title of an item may conflict with the description, so be wary.

Customer service is not the term I would use to describe what occurs when you attempt to contact SIlverRushStyle by phone or email. If you do get a person on the phone, she will promise you whatever you want to hear, and then you will be left waiting for the sun, moon, and stars to align before you may be contacted or provided what was agreed upon.

Ultimately, you are getting what you pay for, which is tarnishable, tarnishing, or tarnished sterling silver and lesser-quality gemstones made in very economically-depressed countries by very poor people. There is no way to know if your money can be traced to child labor in mines or manufacturing, but the likelihood is great. If I am proven incorrect, I will remove any or all of this review accordingly. My intention is to provide honest opinions with correct information.
