Very reputable company! I ordered some items for the bathroom remodeling project (Moen shower set and shower drain). Prices are affordable, deals are better than with local stores, shipping is very fast, great communication! Will order from them again. Thank you!

We were chosen as winners for free trip to Las Vegas after listening that stupid presentation. They asked us to send two checks of $100 and $150 dollars as taxes, fees and deposits. They also gave an option to choose from dates we didn't want to use but agreed since it was supposed to be a free trip. Closer to the date they called saying that we have to upgrade our flight for additional money because otherwise we will have a flight with multiple stops and hotel without shuttle to transport us to hotel and airport. So, I went online and checked all flights and hotel stay and found out that their free trip to Las Vegas is much more expensive than if I would book it myself. So, total scammers. Do not waste your time dealing with them. They were supposed to call me today, but they did not. I will fight till the end for a full refund even if I will have to go to court or social media.

Tip for consumers:
Never write any checks if this is a free offer!

As promised, this is my next update. Finally after 6 months of fighting with this scam business, I got ALL my money back. And I have not used all resources yet.

So, my advice to those who did not order anything yet is do not fall for nice pictures on their website they probably stole somewhere, you will get nothing close to that.

My advice to those who is fighting with them: go till the end. After I wrote a letter and sent it by mail to PayPal top management in Nebraska describing all my experience and fraudulent scheme these scammers use, PayPal called me back in a week and refunded the rest of my money, which was for the fake item they shipped to me. Note: I DID NOT RETURN THAT ITEM TO CHINA. It is not my responsibility and their return policy is not legitimate since they use improper business practices. My bank also reopened this case but I closed it since PayPal issued me a courtesy credit. That means that now CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED - the owner of PopJulia - ripped off PayPal, not me. Good luck you with that!

If someone needs more details on my experience solving this dispute, write me a message.

Note to PopJulia representative: Are you mocking people saying that they get what they pay for? They actually pay for the product you advertise on your website, not for the garbage you ship to them!

So, I guess now it is not about money. Now it is about stopping these improper business practices. Just a warning for those who are going to make an order from them - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. They will ship you a fake item and you won't return it to China because of expensive shipping that does not make sense to you. If you decide to ship it back, they won't claim it saying that they didn't receive it. In any case scenario you will lose.

After 5 months of dealing with them, I have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission and reported their fraudulent activity as international scam with econsumer.gov. I will continue keeping all potential customers updated on ongoing investigation and will update my review periodically.

TOGETHER WE MUST STOP THESE THIEVES! DON'T GIVE UP! Write me a message if you need a witness of their fraudulent activity for your case.

Note to Popjulia representative: Do not waste your and my time with your generic answers. I do not need them.

Never ever buy from this scammers and robbers. They will fool you from the moment you made a purchase. They would delay shipping for months so that you did not have a chance to use their horrible return policy. If you ordered multiple items, they will send them to you partially or most likely not send them at all. So, if you decide to open a case with PayPal they will send PayPal a tracking number for the first item shipped and you won't be able to prove PayPal that they did not send you the rest of the items unless you open a case with the police department. So, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. As for quality of their product, please, take a look at the pictures of trash item they sent to me in my previous reviews. This company MUST be kicked out of the market and do not fool Americans. I did not have any updates from them on my case and do not wait for that anymore but I closely watch all their activity and will never stop bringing them to justice.

My message to Popjulia representative went unread and unanswered. So, I am writing it here: "Really? What do you mean improving your products? You can't improve it at my cost. I should scissor up holes for buttons? Seriously? Maybe I should also move buttons myself to the right spot? In your website picture, they are far from the edge. Take a look at the picture of the real item you sent to me. I am not saying about all details (wrong size, poor material, belt size, pockets, accented scratches, etc.) So, what did you send to me? You cheated and took my money fraudulently. I will continue dealing with you through Federal Trade Commission. Based on what people are writing here, you are committing fraud on the daily basis."

Be alerted if they send items from China. Never buy if they do not pay for return shipping.

Their business strategy is to ship you whatever they have in their warehouse and do not worry about the return because return is so expensive that does not make sense for the buyer. This "whatever" is real crap of wrong size and horrible quality. I received that crap item from them in more than a month after ordering. It had slight resemblance with what they advertised on their website and looked like working wear but stylish coat. It was size US2 instead of ordered US8 and didn't even have openings for buttons. I cancelled other two items they didn't even ship yet and they didn't do a refund. They are robbers and all-time rogues.

I ordered two items from them. Both of them were re-work. They did not specify on their website that the items I got were actually used item they bought from customers and re-worked. The re-work was poor enough for me to see the defects. One of amber earrings was soldered and I could see a dark spot on the gold in the place of soldering. The other item - silver bracelet - was also with a defect that I could see after careful examination. I guess nobody would see it on my jewelries but I don't want to buy used items and the company should be clear enough advertising their products.
To their credit, they e-mailed the paid shipping label to return those items back. They issued a full refund pretty quickly. I was satisfied with their customer service during our communication. But what a loss of time and disappointment! Will never buy anything from them anymore.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful. Their jewelries are re-worked product.

I have an excellent experience with this online shop and buy from them for several years already. Quality of the jewelry is very good. Design is unique. The weight of silver pieces I bought was big for the price I paid because of their great discounts deals. I usually buy jewelries from them during Black Friday deal and saved fair amount of money. I like to buy their interesting pieces also as gifts for my relatives. There is one of my favorite sets in the picture I uploaded (the only chain is not from them). Shipping is very fast! I do not know about their return policy since I did not return anything.

Unfortunately, after many years of working with PayPal I am completely disappointed in their services. It is not PayPal it was anymore. Now it is just a money machine for their owners that works on its own and does not want to be bothered by us with our problems.

In good times, making purchases online, I only trusted the seller if the payments could be made with PayPal. Now as my experience shows, PayPal works even with scam companies and does not listen to the client that reports this company.

I had very bad experience opening a case with PayPal. I needed a refund for items that were not sent to me. The scam Chinese company made a partial shipment and sent just one fake item but took my money for all three. We had a conversation with that company through PayPal where the seller accidentally admitted that two items were not sent. But PayPal sent me a strange email requiring me to open a case with a police. I had to spend a lot of time talking trough their horrible answering machines and wait forever for a call back from PayPal several times to finally get a refund for those two items. So, they don't even read a conversation between you and the seller. Plus, they made a refund from their pocket not from the scam company account because, I guess, it is easier for them (they have enough money to afford it). So, that scam Chinese company continues to fool Americans. Very sad!

So, PayPal is not my choice of company anymore.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware that PayPal does not handle open cases with fake companies fair anymore.

Excellent product and service! I got my order shipped next day and arrived in 5 days. The quality of fur is great. The rug fits my couch perfectly and is very cosy when I seat or lie on it. So soft and thick! Will order again. Thank you!
