Located and purchased the items I wanted. They look exactly how described. It did take a few days to adjust to them they hurt wearing for a few but much better now and they look beautiful so many compliments
My past experiences with RS have been very good. I was very disappointed when one earring in my recent purchase ended up with a broken hinge on its first wearing. There is no way these earrings can be worn again. Big waste of money. Too bad.

As always, shopping with Ross-Simons is a great experience. Website is easy to navigate and the jewelry is exquisite. I love this necklace but wish I had gotten the larger size. Can't decide if my "bumblebee" will stay with me or return to the hive! Then again perhaps a small bee is better? In any case, shop this company with confidence!

My daughter fell in love with some tiny starfish earrings while watching the Netflix series White Lotus. I remember seeing them years ago in your catalog. I purchased them for her birthday and she was thrilled. And then something terrible happened. She lost one a few days after she received the earrings and is devastated. Please let me know if there's anyway I can purchase one tiny starfish earring to replace the one she lost. She really loves them.

I researched on line and ordered the mother of pearl silver heart pendant. It is a lovely design, made well and surprise it can be flipped over for a different look. Nice quality. Very happy and you now have a new customer. Ordered again already!

Arrived on time and beautifully boxed. Disappointed in bracelet itself. It's a graduation gift for my granddaughter and does not meet my expectations. Chain is rather cheap looking and infinity design appears dull. Had hoped it would have been nicer for a gift.

We received our package Monday. Today (Wednesday) we noticed a stone has already fallen out of one of the rings.

I returned 2 items I received at Christmas and recently purchased a few more. The returns were no problem, Hard to find good customer service these days, I recently misplaced my favorite white gold hoops I've had for years, (from Ross-Simon). They were the perfect size and I rarely changed them.
Earrings were meticulously described, ordering was very simple, and delivery prompt. I was delighted with the earrings and will wear them often. It will be a pleasure to recommend Ross-Simons at any time.
The few times I dealt with customer service, they were okay. Once, they sent me the wrong product and it was inferior in looks and cost. They replaced it with the actual product I bought only after I had to send pictures, etc., instead of just going with the customer is always right motto. They did this after MUCH fanfare. I guess, it could be understandable because they do not want to be ripped off. I get this. Then, I forgot to add my $50 coupon and they would not honor it and said it was too late (one day). Great customer service would have been to just give it to me anyway. These are small complaints. As long as they send me the product I ordered (which they do 99.99% of the time), then I like their products a lot.
It was easy to order, and it was delivered pretty quickly. It's a beautiful silver cat ring with blue eyes. It reminded me of my beautiful little Duchess, who I had for 20 years, who also had beautiful blue eyes, but has since gone over the rainbow. I will always cherish her and this ring.
I purchased emerald earrings. There is no sparkle to the emeralds at all and are actually quite dull looking. For the price I'm keeping them since they're a gift and I have no time to look for anything else.

The earrings I ordered looked just like they did in the catalog and online. There were no surprises or disappointments. I will know more after a few wearings but for the price I can't say anything bad about this product. I look forward to shopping with Ross-Simons again soon. Shopping with Ross Simons is easy. Customer service is very good too; prompt and efficient. Items are very good quality and look like in pictures, although I recommend to check the width in the details are because they look much wider than in reality. Previously, I suggested reviews for store are separated from reviews for individual items because it really helps the customers decide better
