So much to see

RS has so many pieces of jewelry to choose from. They also run the gamut on price. If you want to spend $10,000 on a ruby ring, they have it. If you want to spend $300 on a ruby ring, you'll find that too. Because there is so much to choose, I wish the filter worked a little more efficiently.

This is not my first purchase from RS. I believe my first was through Amazon. Shopping at RS, I had many choices, over 200, I would have appreciated it if the filter worked a little better. I knew I wanted a 2mm 18 inch 14k gold chain, but there was no way to filter out my choices. On the plus side, I got to look at many new and different ideas to purchase in the future for my granddaughter!

Perfect gift

I wanted to find the perfect gift - not too big, not too small - to give my son's bride (I love her!) on her wedding day. The necklace is even prettier than the picture, and so delicate and feminine, I hope she will enjoy it for many years to come.

My Fluffy Cat Pendant

My favorite piece of jewelry. Bought it once, and lost it. Gave up searching and splurged on another. Longer chain fits better. My goal was to get 2 more for earrings. Sounds crazy. But it is a perfect representation of my Turkish Angora cat, Fluffy. I'll be watching your ads very closely...

Infinity shaped bracelet

Arrived on time and beautifully boxed. Disappointed in bracelet itself. It's a graduation gift for my granddaughter and does not meet my expectations. Chain is rather cheap looking and infinity design appears dull. Had hoped it would have been nicer for a gift.

My products were nearly returned because it is marked as signature required and you do not allow changes in delivery time or place through the UPS app. Also, I received two products that are the wrong size.

Orders of high value are sent signature required, to ensure that the recipient receives the product safely. This is typically noted on the order confirmation. We understand that it can be difficult for people who work to be home to sign for their pieces, and we suggest if this is the case to have the piece sent to a work address or to a trusted friend/family member who can sign for the piece and hold it for safekeeping. Disappointed

I ordered a sterling silver necklace for my daughter's birthday. Within 2 days it looked tarnished and had scratches. My best friend recommended this site as she orders frequently. Me on the other hand, will not. Loved the necklace, disappointed in the quality.

Jumping thru Hoops

Products are mediocre. Gold chips off or wears off. If one purchased the warranty, then you get credit to purchase a new bracelet. You have to repurchase the warranty. Going thru Extend is a pain. The customer has to do everything. They don't assist like they used to

Disappointed

Earrings were not as pictured smaller and chain was stiff not free. I returned both pairs ( one was a gift)and am very upset that I had to pay the return shipping of $19 I will not be buying anything from your co. In the future.

We understand it can be challenging to depict size online, and we always include the dimensions in the Product Details section as well as include a photograph shown to scale on the model. We recommend using our online return processing, to print a label for your return, instead of sending it back on your own. Purchased a lapis bracelet on Amazon for my wife. The bracelet was too large. My wife went to your website and found a smaller one that Amazon did not have. Disappointed.

Gold bracelet was flimsy. But Ross Simon's customer service representative was very nice and helpful. She gave me a return number to track my return of the product. It did cost me $27 to send it back UPS insured.

Beyond Expectations

My first ring was gorgeous yet didn't quite fit. I talked with customer service, they immediately started a return. Then I ordered another band, Moissanite, it arrived and I wear it every day. The stones are brilliant in color, clarity n cut. I plan to wear this band in place of my diamond band when travelling. My husband couldn't tell the difference! I shall return again! Thank you!

Faulty

Necklace is faulty. It doesn't slide along the chain, it keeps getting stuck. Contacted customer service and they just told me to return it. Not only is there is a long process and not worth it. More importantly, they really didn't care.
Won't ever purchase jewelry from this company again.

I purchased a diamond cross for the Easter holiday. When I opened the cross, I immediately was disappointed in the quality of the diamonds. The diamonds are cloudy. In addition, the clasp is a spring ring style. It was very, very SMALL thus making it hard to put on. I have purchased several items from RS, including expensive pieces. This is the first time I was disappointed in my decision to purchase what I thought would be a good purchase for the money. The usual diamond quality was absent, and the chain was very cheap. I wish there had been a better-quality chain to purchase with the cross. Overall. I would not purchase a clearance item unless it was a truly better investment.

Pretty but very pale.

The earring are very pretty with much sparkle and appear as good quality. They are a very very pale blue and in most lighting conditions almost look clear. I was hoping for a more definite pale aqua color. However we are pleased enough to keep them and go ahead with giving them as a gift.

Gift wrap and condition

I ordered this bracelet as a gift and added the gift wrap option. I was disappointed in the appearance of the gift wrap as the ribbon is not aligned. I am also a little concerned that there is a small distortion of the box where I assume it was impacted during shipping. I hope the bracelet has not been damaged. I will inspect it closely once it is opened and follow-up if needed.

I was looking at the gold highway ring. One review of the ring mentioned a black enamel ring, another reviewed a necklace. I didn't find any reviews of the ring I wanted to buy on the page where my ring was displayed. Now I understand why. No telling where this review is going to appear.
