Throwing down serious dough on a ruby ring with an online jeweler made me a little uneasy BUT the brick and mortar stores did not have what my wife wanted for her 40th Anniversary but Diamonderé had what she wanted.
I figured i have an excellent credit card protection so i went through it. Cheri from Diamonerè, contacted me the next day and establish contact and safety measures... this brought me comfort. When i told her this was a 40th anniversary gifr, Cheri worked to get the ring from Thialand to SC in two days. My wife is thrilled with the ring and the customer service was excellent. The packaging and ring information was also top notch. I would do business again!
The ring is more beautiful than the pictures, the delivery was incredibly fast, I love it, worth every penny spent, can't wait to see my girl's face!
After having the ring for two days the black plating started to wear off. It also is very easily scratched. I'm very disappointed in the quality for the price I paid, and strongly discourage anyone from getting the black gold finish for rings. I'm hoping to get my money back.

I had trouble with the website initially. Then had a couple other communication challenges. However, Cecelia was a hero in making things right by addressing every concern. It went over the top when she recognized the website error and freely offered a small discount- and I never asked for that refund. That speaks a lot of the company that they will do the right thing. That was above and beyond the call.
The diamond is a little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but it's still very beautiful. The customer service was excellent — they kept following up and made sure I received the delivery without any issues.
