I am mostly pleased with my purchase although somewhat disappointed that I cannot remove the pendant from the necklace. I would wear the necklace more if I could wear it on a longer chain.
If I were to oder inthe future I would rethink the length of the chain for a pendant as large as what I ordered.

I feel that the ads are deceiving. Actually ring is much tinier than it looks in the photos. In the photo the pearls are easily visible. In the actual ring you can hardly tell they are there.

It was super easy for me to find a pair of lovely earrings for my best friend's birthday. Best of all, they were on clearance, but when they arrived they look like top quality to me. I know he will love them.

Price was good, but product quality for what I paid was not what I expected. Metal was very thin - much thinner and weaker than I expected. I have a ring I paid much less for elsewhere that is much more durable and heavier weight.
Website was easily navigated. Make sure you fully understand what you're getting and what you expect. My son bought a beautiful ring to be delivered to his home for his new wife. Imagine his disappointment at receiving the ring in a plastic bag and having to order a ring box for it before her birthday. Surprisingly it was not damaged. Didn't know jewelers didn't provide boxes for their jewelry. Seemed kind of a cheap thing to do. He worked hard for the money to get the ring and it meant the world to him. Even if it wasn't thousands of dollars...the ring was lovely. Undecided if I would use them again.
The person I spoke with was helpful. One of the two items was exchanged properly for a smaller size as requested. The second item was broken and I requested it be replace but instead received a gift certificate. I was able to use most of the certificate for items but would rather have had the refund or replaced item.
The ring was as pretty as I expected and more than I hoped. The pearl was a substantial size and the black jade lovely. I liked that it had 14 k gold in it. I bought it for a friend and can't wait to see how she likes it I have no doubt that she will.

Their system was wonky, and I never was provided the $30 off coupon promised at registering. After purchasing the anklet at regular price, in good faith, they refunded $30 back to me. I signed up for the 3 $50 coupons. I was going to use them every 3 months, when I had better finances, but I suddenly got an email saying that one was about to expire. That's why I bought the earrings now. Later I received another email saying that now the purchase has to equal at least $150 AFTER taking the $50 off. I will never do this again with all these changing rules.

I found what I liked but the quality is poor. The earring do not have a good clasp and they fell off my ears within two days. Fortunately I found them but I will be returning them. I need something that will stay in my ear. Thanks

My order was shipped to Hawaii, and it was incredibly fast service. It was with the recipient within four days. It was a small cup for my only grandchild's first birthday, engraved with his name and birthdate.
The first time I wore the ring on Saturday - the 5carat topaz stone fell out somewhere between my home and the restaurant. Very disappointing that the stone would fall out less than a week upon receipt. I will be contacting Ross-Simons
I ordered 3 rings from Ross-Simon and it was a.great experience. Ordering on line was quick and simple. I received the jewelry fairly quickly (2 weeks). All 3 rings were beautiful and I have enjoyed wearing them. I strongly recommend Ross-Simon for unique, beautiful and great quality jewelry.
But the process was entertaining to be sure. I don't think I have ever purchased jewelry that was provided in zip top plastic bags. It definitely has that Amazon/chinese feel. I suppose the cardboard drawer/box was supposed to snazz it up a bit. Shipping was overly slow, but once I realized my order was shipped from a company called Luxury Brand Holdings via USPS I realized that Luxury must not mean what it used to. The items were adequate for the price but overall size of stones is deceptive in the photos. It has been a long, long time since I shopped Ross-Simon so I shouldn't be shocked that the process has changed.
When our pieces are packaged for shipping, they are enclosed inside a securely fastened plastic bag to protect them against tangling and jostling during the shipping process. Of course, to present the piece to a gift recipient, or to store the piece, simply remove from the baggie and place in the drawer-like box.
