Website is easy to use. But I'm not that impressed with the ring. Even though I bought it on clearance, the quality is not what I was expecting. The metal is thin and the edges are a bit sharp. In addition, even though the center is glass, I was hoping it to be more shiny. Unfortunately, I might return it.
I have ordered many times online. Please do not add my email address to your promotional list. I was getting three emails every single day and tried to unsubscribe. I finally had to call the main office to have someone manually remove me as my requests to unsubscribe were not honored. Thank you.

Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I believe I have shopped with Ross-Simons in the past, but this is the first time in many years. I have shopped again recently, which was a different experience. I assume you will send me a survey with that order, at which time I will explain.
Your products are fantastic! I've ordered many things from you. But the last time I needed a ring in a different size, and your system wouldn't allow me to exchange it. I have to do it in two steps to return one, and then re-order another ring. Not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient
I really like this bracelet, but in my final analysis the chain is too fragile for me for a bracelet. I wear a large watch and several bracelets on that arm, and was hoping to add this 'station' bracelet to my line-up. But I feel that the chain is very delicate/fragile & would get rolled around and broken very quickly on my wrist. Although very pretty, I will be returning it.

I had been admiring the bracelet for a long time as well as the earring jackets. Loved the dainty little cross pendant as well.
The picture of the ring looked very different than the ring in person. The picture I realized was enlarged to make it look like an adult could wear it. But the reality is the actual ring was very thin and small and would be a choice for a child, not an adult. That is why I have returned the ring.

The online photo of the bracelet on the model's hand was very deceptive. The product was microscopic in person and not worth $300 even on sale never mind $350 at full price. I'm disappointed as I usually trust Ross-Simon's products and business practices.

I love Ross Simons but the last few items I purchased I liked better in the pictures than the items in person. I understand the pictures need to show the detail but the actual items were so small I was disappointed. I guess I am naive

My purchase was made entirely online, with views of the selections offered and, after my selection, completed the sale online via credit card. The earrings arrived in a soft bag enclosed in a sliding black box. Very well packaged and pretty enough to give as a gift, but these are for me. I love them and am completely satisfied with the earrings and the ease of using the Ross-Simons website.
I ordered two necklaces as I could not decide on which I wanted more. I decided to return the one, as it just was a little bigger than expected and I felt like it didn't look right on me. The other one I kept, I loved! Until it broke now a few days later. I've always treated me jewelry with care and this necklace broke so easily, just carefully taking it off. I'm very unhappy with this and am hoping to have it replaced.
I brought the estate ring to my jeweler to look it over and two stones fell out because they were missing prongs. So I had him fix it ASAP because I didn't want more to fall out. I called you and was imformed that you won't pay for the repair. That is wrong! You let the ring leave your company without a proper inspection. Neither of these issues are anything that I would expect from Ross Simons. Thank God my jeweler found the flaws, or the stones would have fallen out while I was wearing it, and they would have been lost! I do expect you will pay for the repair, since I had not even a chance to wear the ring. I await your reply.
I love the ring I purchased and I used your ring guide. It said size 7, but it is too big for the pinky and just a bit tight for the ring finger. However, I will still wear it on the ring finger. The ring is beautiful!
I had purchased an Andrea Candela ring many years ago. On a whim, I thought I would try to find a matching or coordinating bracelet. Ross-Simons had exactly what I wanted. The ordering process was easy and shipment was flawless. Great service and communication.
