I love Ross-Simon's jewelry and have always been happy with my orders. I typically order on line & find their website very easy to use. The pictures & descriptions of the items on the website are typically accurate and I am always confident that I will get what I asked for. And I am always happy with the quality of the jewelry I receive. In the past 4 years, I have purchased about 15+ jewelry items from this company, both for myself or as wedding /birthday gifts for family members and I trust them completely. For the total cost of over $2,000, I expected to be dazzled by the earrings I ordered, and I wasn't. There were nice, but not worth $2,000 to me. Also, the presentation was a big disappointment. The earrings were in a little zip lock bag inside a cheap looking cardboard box. There was a small bag included, but it was cheaply made.
My first ring was gorgeous yet didn't quite fit. I talked with customer service, they immediately started a return. Then I ordered another band, Moissanite, it arrived and I wear it every day. The stones are brilliant in color, clarity n cut. I plan to wear this band in place of my diamond band when travelling. My husband couldn't tell the difference! I shall return again! Thank you!
The earring are very pretty with much sparkle and appear as good quality. They are a very very pale blue and in most lighting conditions almost look clear. I was hoping for a more definite pale aqua color. However we are pleased enough to keep them and go ahead with giving them as a gift.
The rings I ordered were very small. I knew they were 2mm, however, I did not realize the pink enamel would be barely visible. Am still considering returning the rings. They were cute online when I saw them but when they arrived I could hardly tell there was any pink enamel on the rings at all. You'd really have to look close up to the rings to notice the tiny amount of pink.
I bought the earrings as an Easter present for my wife and I'm disappointed in them. They looked better on the e=web than they did. I'm still going to give them to her, but i wouldn't be surprised to see her return them
When I saw this necklace on clearance, it was the first time I had seen it. The price was great so I purchased it as a congratulations present for my daughter who had been inducted into the Doctorate Honor Society. It arrived in time for her to wear it to the ceremony. The tracking process for the purchase was easy and clear. It actually arrived before initially promised!

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that I already have an affirm account and it looked like it was increasing my credit or purchase power. I didn't need to do that and it was too difficult to figure out so I just used my credit card instead and contacted them later. The site itself is good and the items arrived on time. I loved the earrings and the bracelet was very fine and dainty but did the job for my daughters wedding day gift.
I have purchased numerous rings which are always on when I am out and about. Lately purchased two beautiful necklaces of a solitaire & Infinith circle. Made sure they are together I purchased the magnetic clasp. Have hung both necklaces on that one magnetic clasp. That way the Solitaire is encircled with the Infinity Circle.

I would return the ring, but I don't wanna have to pay to ensure it to get it back. If it were not for that, I would upgrade to a larger rhinestone, but the same stone. It is closer to $2000, but I will just keep this one because I don't want to have to deal with the return issues.

Received confusing offers of how to qualify for a discount and/or gift certificate. Made a qualifying purchase but no gift certificate appeared until I reached out after receiving my item. The earrings are lovely but it took a lot of after purchase effort to get the promised certificate.

Necklace is faulty. It doesn't slide along the chain, it keeps getting stuck. Contacted customer service and they just told me to return it. Not only is there is a long process and not worth it. More importantly, they really didn't care.
