The site had a great variety of jewelry, I found the perfect gift in a Byzantine bracelet, unfortunately my wife didn't like it, so we're returning it and my wife has picked out (3) that she does like so I will be buying again.

Exceptional Experience

Shopping at Ross & Simon's was such a pleasure. The various selections of endless jewelry options left me feeling satisfied! The pieces were so beautiful and the prices were still very affordable. I ended up picking up two pairs of gold earrings. When they arrived they were packaged with care and they came in a nice box and suede pouch. The earrings were absolutely gorgeous and looked even better in person. I'm already getting tons of compliments on them. I'm definitely making more orders in the future.

Faulty

Necklace is faulty. It doesn't slide along the chain, it keeps getting stuck. Contacted customer service and they just told me to return it. Not only is there is a long process and not worth it. More importantly, they really didn't care.
Won't ever purchase jewelry from this company again.

Pink enamel gold shell anklet

Transaction waa smooth and it was shipped and to me so quickly. The ankle bracelet is cute but it is very very thin. I know it will not be sturdy or last long at all. It's so cute a feminine though, so i will keep it.

The accent necklace you have been looking for!

My overall experience purchasing the Red Coral Bead Necklace is positive. My order arrived quickly as promised! The coral bead is beautiful. Perfect size and finish. I would have preferred an option to upgrade the chain. The chain provided is very thin and prone to tangling and the clasp is very small, making operation tedious at best and next to impossible with longer finger nails. I plan on taking the necklace to a local jeweler to replace the chain. The bead and overall appearance of the necklace is stunning.

Didn't match

The earrings could have been beautiful. However the garnets did not match at all. One earring they were more sparkly and red. The other so dull and dark. I would have thought these earrings would have been inspected as a pair and matched up. I have returned and still waiting for a refund.

Great Response From Customer Service

There was an issue with seeing all of order history. When RS researched the issue, it was because there were two different accounts, one with an address in Florida, and the other with an address in Arkansas. RS merged the account with the Arkansas address into the account with the Florida address, so now able to see all of the orders.

Valentine cameo

I asked my husband for this as I collect cameos and this was a nice change with the heart shape and larger size. The carving was as pictured and the silver mounting was nice and solid. I'll be wearing this on Valentine's Day on a longer, heavy silver chain with a pink sweater.

Airplane Bracelet

Though the item is "cute" the quality is greatly lacking. The airplane design is a very thin "stamped" sheet of gold and has sharp edges. The gold bracelet is extremely fine - not so much delicate, but approaches being unwearable honestly. Pretty, but not well made. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Paper clip bracelet

I really like this paper clip style bracelet, which has a good size link. I anticipated that instead of just three links having diamonds there would have been more, as they are hardly noticeable. I do like how this paper clip style compliments my diamond bracelet when worn together.

I've been shopping at Ross-Simon for many, many years. I once bought my future daughter-in-law a beautiful necklace to wear on her wedding day. I bought it early & the return period was up before she received it. When she went to try it on, the clasp was defective. I contacted customer service to ask the repair price. They immediately arranged the return & sent a replacement, even though it was past the return period! She was able to wear the necklace on her wedding day. I can trust them & count on them!

Mixed Feelings

I had high hopes for this ring and for Ross Simons after researching customer satisfaction. For the price the ring is ok, assuming the gold is true and doesn't tarnish. The color and shine are nice. However, what I'm not satisfied with is the craftsmanship for the price. Some of the spaces inside the links are not evenly "punched" for lack of a better word - they are smaller holes than they should be, and some of the finish appears rough, where it should have been the open link. ALSO, the inside of the ring is rough! The underside links aren't smooth on the edges and give a rough feeling to the ring which I haven't experienced before. So this overall makes the ring feel overpriced for the craftsmanship.

Pretty Sapphire Ring!

Return experience makes it not worth it

I purchased an item for my wife and Valentine's Day.

It wasn't to her liking so I needed to return it.

The whole return process was difficult and antiquated.

It cost too much, difficult to write everything that was required in the shipping label to return. It was much too small.

I honestly believe they make it difficult so that they will have your returns…

Just okay

The necklace I received does not feel worth the price, it feels/looks kinda cheap. Unfortunately quality isn't what it use to be. The ring is great and is completely worth what I paid. Shipping was good, no issues with that.
Not sure if I'll be buying jewelry again from RS.
