Return experience makes it not worth it

I purchased an item for my wife and Valentine's Day.

It wasn't to her liking so I needed to return it.

The whole return process was difficult and antiquated.

It cost too much, difficult to write everything that was required in the shipping label to return. It was much too small.

I honestly believe they make it difficult so that they will have your returns…

Just okay

The necklace I received does not feel worth the price, it feels/looks kinda cheap. Unfortunately quality isn't what it use to be. The ring is great and is completely worth what I paid. Shipping was good, no issues with that.
Not sure if I'll be buying jewelry again from RS.

2 out of 3 ain't bad

Ordered 3 items and love 2 of them! I do have to exchange the ring for a larger if possible. But the honeycomb bee ring is bee-utiful and I just love it! I also ordered the FWP w/ Roman coin replica charm necklace but I was not impressed with coin charm, so I am returning this item.

Perfect Fit

I was a little skeptical when I ordered this because one of the reviews that that the pearl was comically large. But it looks quite dainty in real life, at least on my fingers. The overall look and feel is minimalist and classy

OK - not great

I ordered three items. One item was on sale and came in fine. I ordered a bracelet that dropped in price by $9 the day after I ordered. I also ordered a necklace in a size 16 inches and clearly it is too small so I need to return for an 18 inch. I bought on sale and I suspect I will have to pay even more now for the 18 inch - as no longer on sale. It is a Bat Mitzvah gift as well.

Multi Gemstone Stud Earrings

I love the multi-set of 5 pairs of gemstone studs! They are the perfect size - alone or in the earring jackets.

The 12 ct. Tw. Set of 3 pairs of studs (ruby, sapphire, and emerald) turned out to be too big. The post being set on the edge, instead of the middle, made them hang too low, with less support. Also, the sapphires were really dark, looking almost black. Finally, while the top surfaces were smooth, the edges all around were very rough. Didn't seem to be well-cut all around, nor well polished. But, for the price, I guess that's what you get.

Beautiful locket

I was very pleased with my experience with this online jewelry company. They describe the products very well and the online pictures offer clarity on choices. I wanted something special for my twin sister's 80th birthday and I was not disappointed. I had special photos I wanted to insert in the locket and the process was easy. I had the back of the locket engraved and was able to choose the style I wanted. Also the chain that came with the locket was very nice. I would not hesitate to order from Ross Simons again

I ordered 4 rings, one was a complete dud.

I ordered 4 rings. 3 were very nice, one was a dud.
The three stone emerald, the Ruby with topaz and the topaz/sapphire were all as described. The London blue topaz solitaire was not great. The blue color saturation was in a circle around the outside of the stone and the center was clear with a hint of brown.
I am working on returning it- but I am having a terrible time getting a return confirmation number.

Beautiful ring!

My ring is even prettier than pictured. And the storage bag that comes with it is wonderful since this is not an everyday ring for me.
Only downfall is the lack of 1/2 sizes. I really need 1/2 size smaller.

Exactly what I needed

I wanted this in 14kt gold, not silver or gold over silver, and this fit the bill perfectly. Came in a timely manner in a pretty box. I wish it would've been offered with a chain, in optional lengths would've been nice.

I made a purchase for a bracelet. I finally recieved it and it was nothing that I expected. The clasp was very loose and it looked very cheaply made. I have since sent it back for a full refund but haven't heard anything about the refund yet.

Too small

These earrings are really too small to be useful. The petals look like the are made of plastic and the "diamonds" are barely noticeable. I would not recommend these earrings, except possibly for a child.

Extremely underwhelming

I purchased my first piece of jewelry in the RS pure line - a pair of earrings. They were extremely underwhelming and disappointing. The photographs of these items are very misleading; they are highly magnified. That's why they are on their way back to Ross Simon's. And I will definitely think twice about ordering any more jewelry from Ross Simon's.
