I wanted this in 14kt gold, not silver or gold over silver, and this fit the bill perfectly. Came in a timely manner in a pretty box. I wish it would've been offered with a chain, in optional lengths would've been nice.

I bought this bracelet as a wedding gift for my daughter. She has a blue topaz ring that I gave her for her 30th birthday that she plans to wear on her wedding day and this bracelet will be a beautiful accompaniment.

I have ordered several items from Ross-Simons through the years. The product quality is great and check out and tracking wonderful. I haven't sent anything back, the size, color or other specifics are followed. I trust this shop and do not hesitate to order. Thank you very much.

I made a purchase for a bracelet. I finally recieved it and it was nothing that I expected. The clasp was very loose and it looked very cheaply made. I have since sent it back for a full refund but haven't heard anything about the refund yet.

These earrings are really too small to be useful. The petals look like the are made of plastic and the "diamonds" are barely noticeable. I would not recommend these earrings, except possibly for a child.

It was all good but how can I tell that i have real silver. Is there a webpage that explains how the sterling silver jewelry has a stamp or something to provide I have silver? This was a gift.

I purchased my first piece of jewelry in the RS pure line - a pair of earrings. They were extremely underwhelming and disappointing. The photographs of these items are very misleading; they are highly magnified. That's why they are on their way back to Ross Simon's. And I will definitely think twice about ordering any more jewelry from Ross Simon's.

Product looked great online. When it got here it is very cheap. I am too embarrassed to give it as a gift. I will either send it back or eat the loss and give it as a gift to a child. I wasn't looking for a real high end bracelet but this is beyond cheap looking.

Be an elderly and have bought so must gorgeous jewelry and now you pay to much for 14K my bracelet was more dainty than I thought. I have bought 14k bracelets twice this year one from Belk and this one the one from Belk was nicer and more of it.

The earrings are lovely. These black pearls are more navy blue, but that's common. Most black pearls aren't actually black, but dark. These looked a little more cutesy than elegant...which was disappointing.

The topaz stone necklace metal finish was off. The color looked like a coppery color. The stone settings weren't as varied as appeared online and the stone part of the necklace kept rolling over. Sent it back.

My college age son bought these earrings for me for Christmas. When he opened the box only 1 earring was included. He contacted customer service and was told "sorry" return the one and we'll

I really liked the earring so I just went out and reordered them myself and bought them. Clearly you have inventory and could have offered to replace and fix your error for my son.

I was pleased with my ring and earring purchase and the price was good. With that being said, the cost effective design meant I already lost one of the small diopsides on the frog the sits on my ring.

Overall, everything worked out well. The package/necklace was delivered on time and I received what I ordered. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 on the delivery because although the package arrived on time and was properly packaged, I didn't receive an email or text confirming the order. I was so afraid I had been "dooped" out of my money. The necklace is very pretty and a great length. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the chain is very thin and I'm afraid it will break easily. The three butterflies are also very thin and I hope they don't bend. It was a gift for my daughter's birthday, so time will tell. Overall, very pretty and she really liked it.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end. The pendant arrived in a timely manner. I was just a little disappointed that the pendant wasn't a little bigger. The pendant is nice and I am keeping it.

I was looking for a dainty bracelet and earrings with bezel set diamonds. Something simple, pretty, sparkly for everyday wear. These were absolutely perfect!

Ross Simon's has attractive jewelry, much of it at reasonable prices. So it is important that you actually measure the size of the piece you want to order so that you understand what you are getting. If you want a 1/2 inch ring band, e.g., you probably aren't going to get it unless you are paying a decent price for it.

I expected the beads to be a little larger. They are significantly smaller than the pictured showed. The diameter was given, I just thought the beads would be a little larger The bracelet is beautiful and I am keeping the bracelt..

I ordered four pieces total, and one of the sets of earrings had a loose piece and was bent. The $200 necklace that I was most excited about did not look like the high quality I've experienced from other Ross/Simons jewelry. Because I've had the flu, I have not had an opportunity to contact them or return the items.

I ordered the 2-pair set of bow drop earrings which were in ruby and emerald. The size, design are perfect for me, small but with intense color and not gaudy. Highly recommend this set.one pair would easily cost what I paid for 2 pairs!
