Shopping experience was easy. I was able to find unique earrings for my daughter. My daughter is a college cheerleader and she can only wear pearl earrings in uniform, so that's all she wears. When I seen these I knew I had to get them for her because she is a lover of cats. She loves them!
Shopping is easy and the delivery time excellent. I do think the photo of my ring made the gems stones look a tad bit bigger. The ring is comfortable. And the ring playful. The gems are not what I expected.
The rings are cute but they are obviously super cheap. I wasn't overly disappointed since I knew by the price they wouldn't be that amazing, but they are very light and the stone looks more like plastic then even glass. I was looking for "something blue" to wear for my wedding but I can't use these, they are like children's play jewelry. I probably would not purchase again from you guys unless I could find a physical store where I can physically see and feel the items first. Again not really your fault so I don't blame the store at all, for $39 rings it's not that surprising really.
Items look much bigger in the advertising than they do when the item arrives. The models they use must be very small. One pair of earrings with around pierced back is so small I can't get it on my ear. It will probable go back for be a gift for my granddaughter. I do like that they give you a label and instructions for return. I'm still deciding what I'll do.
Earring jackets arrived defective/damaged. The earring post was missing on one of the pair.
I contacted the service department. Not resolved. Item was sold out. Representative did not work to replace or offer guidance similiar item. INCONVIENCE of returning item thru USPS. Still waiting on return label.

I loved the different hues of blue Topaz in these vine earrings! Unfortunately I didn't like the wire they put them on. Many sterling silver wire earrings are too thick to fit comfortably in my ears. I had to cut the wire off since it was soldered and replaced it with something thinner and daintier. My suggestion to the maker is to rethink your choice of wire hooks for earrings.
My C 1950s vintage ring is beautiful and well-made. My previous purchases of Ross-Simons-made jewelry has been an utter disappointment, with stones falling out and shank-to-setting solder joints breaking within 6 weeks of delivery.
The ring is beautiful; however, it was supposed to arrive on January 4 before my birthday on January 5. The ring arrived on January 16. UPS claimed inclement weather for more than one week. Well, it did snow on January 5. The storm passed by January 7.

Earrings are light weight but sturdy. I believe the 10k gold, rather than 14k or 18k, gives strength to these earrings. I wear them 24/7 and they are beautiful.
One of the claps on one of the earrings was a little tricky to close and unfortunately the first time I wore them, I came back home from work and the earring was missing. It had come undone and fell off and even though I purchased these within the 30 day period. The customer support department said they could not offer a refund Unfortunately I will not be purchasing any more jewelry from Ross Simmons to due to poor quality and poor customer service.
I ordered a set of 14K bangle bracelets. One of the bracelets was defective. It didn't line up and close properly. Two of them were fine. I was upset that I had to return all three as a set and that Ross-Simons wouldn't allow me to return just the defective one. This was a birthday gift and I'd hoped to wear them to my birthday celebration. I would have been happy if I could have worn the two bracelets that were not defective, and just returned the one defective bracelet for exchange. I'm very upset that I received a defective bracelet. I don't know who does QC, but that should have been caught before it was sent to me.

Nice bracelet, size 7 was a good fit. A little too dark in color, with little light it looks almost black. I expected to be more blue in color. Otherwise the peace is ok. Anyway, I'm keeping it.
