The 18KGOS 0.50/CTW Dia Double Curve OTE Post Ear $169.15 that I ordered seems that each earring is curved for the same ear. Each earring faces opposite directions and not in a matching curve to the individual ear. I am very disappointed. Sharon Harris
I wanted an affordable gold necklace. I purchased the murano glass heart and earings set. The earings are perfect, the heart pendant is bulky and sloppy ( i took it off), and use the necklace with my own charm...which I love.
Ordering from here was an easy experience, I love the ring the only thing is that it was to big. I called the next day to set up an exchange and they gave me no hassle. I sent the 1st ring back now I'm just waiting for the other one.

The cross and necklace I received were beautiful. It comes in a small plastic resealable bag and that is inside a velvet pouch. The pouch and bag are then inside the usual and very elegant Ross-Simons black box. Great presentation.
I was watching this necklace with tear drop earrings for a while. It finally went on sale and I grabbed it. Absolutely gorgeous. I think the earrings might be a little heavy, but I haven't worn them for any length of time (yet!).
These earrings are stunning. The gold is warm and rich, and the design is even more beautiful in person. They look substantial when you wear them, but are light enough to be comfortable for any length of time. Exceeded my expectations and at a very reasonable price.
I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wife for Valentine's Day. The website advertised that I could get it by Valentine's Day. I ordered on Sunday, Feb. 8. I received a shipping confirmation on Monday, Feb. 9 that my order was shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. I received a delivery notice from UPS that my order would be delivered on Wed., Feb 10. Wednesday went by and no order. I emailed UPS and Ross-Simons asking about my order. UPS sent a new delivery date of Monday, Feb. 17. *, your Customer Service Specialist, sent an email stating: "It seems there was some sort of delay with the shipment through UPS. We apologize for the inconvenience." That was the only explanation I received. I did receive my order on Sat. Feb. 15 but what happened to delivery by Valentine's Day which is Feb. 14th? I will not do business with you again.

My first purchase to see since I have metal allergies and can only do gold was buying the flatback post earring. I love them very much and I have had no reaction or issue to them. So I finally bought the paperclip necklace with toggle and boy it is truly a beautiful piece. I finally found and online store I can trust. Now looking for some white gold pieces.
These earrings are of the high quality I have come to expect from Ross-Simons. The rose gold compliments my skin tone, and the stones sparkle just right. I was worried that the stones would be too pink to wear with other colors, but they don't look pink at all. The earrings are very lightweight and comfortable. I highly recommend them.
I almost ordered this item from a differenf websife for a lot less. I became suspicious and did a google search of the company. Turns out they are scammers. So glad I ordered directly from R. S. I love the pendant, as I expected the chain is way to short. I replaced it with a solid 14k chain. I wish I could have bought the pendant separately.
They're just ok. I was disappointed the diamonds (though very small) look cloudy and dull. I was hoping to wear them to compliment a smaller set of diamond hoops but they look gray in comparison to the other piece. Just not great quality.

I have purchased or received as gifts several items from Ross-Simons. I am a very satisfied customer. Items are as described; believe the written description, not the pictures. Some pictured items seem to be enlarged to show detail. Measurements in the written descriptions are accurate.
I'm deeply disappointed with how small the earrings are. They'd look fine on a child but are ridiculously small for an adult. Photos ought to show the item on a to-human-scale model so customers can accurately see their size.
I loved the ring that I ordered but I have to send it back, they don't have half sizes on the ring that I bought. I knew it wouldn't fit so I should not have ordered it. It cost me $16.00 to send it back.
After I received my purchase I found similar, but different enough items to rethink my purchases. The customer service that I received via their 1-800 number was terrific. The customer service person was very helpful and very polite. Once I receive my credit for the two items, I will go back on their website and order the preferred items.
While the service is and always has been outstanding the quality of this particular item is not what it used to be. I was trying to match pieces I bought several years ago and they are nothing alike. I had to send them back and that's a first for me!
