Shipping was ok - one week I guess - it was free - so no complains. The quality is just so so - chain pearl to skinny for the big pearl - earrings ok - the stones are full. I'll keep them for presents
I love the necklace BUT the clasp is too hard to get connected so I put a new larger clasp on the end and it works great now. I know that clasp keeps it secure but if you can't get it connected it wont work.
I would suggest a clasp that is more user friendly.

My credit card was charged initially for the correct amount. Then there was a second charge Ross Simmons never notified me about but charged my card. I have called customer service twice with promises they'd call me back and there's no call back.
I looked at these earrings for several weeks and when the price dropped with free S&H I decided to treat myself. They arrived quickly and I was able to wear them several days before Christmas and Christmas Eve. Red caps are a bit small but pearls lovely and received many compliments. Very unique and not too "cutesy." Recommend🎅

I ordered the emerald green ring which is my birthstone for May. The emerald green on line is not the green in the ring I received. This green is not emerald it's more like seafoam green. I'm disappointed.

I did find the silver cups I sought and was pleased with the options. Ordering and engraving was easy and the turnaround time was FAST. They were delivered in less than 7 working days! I wish I could attach a pic of the cups - they are lovely.
I love the beauty of the bracelets. But when I went to wear one of them, the elastic snapped and the pearls dropped all over the floor. Now I have to go through the inconvenience of returning them. The company should work more on quality control. Seriously, how much would it cost to use an upgraded elastic?
I was very excited to be getting this beautiful cross bracelet for my girlfriend. When receiving the bracelet I was let down by how thin it was. If it wasn't so close to Christmas I would have returned it but I had to have a gift to give her. She ended up loving the bracelet and keeping it instead of letting me return it. The bracelet made it 4 days before it broke and now we can no longer find the bracelet because she does not know when it broke off her wrist.

It did lock and I wore it that day. The next day I put on the earrings and again the lining was a problem, but did lock. When I got home after wearing them for a couple hours, the earring that I had trouble with was gone. It seems that that licking system is not perfect. I finally found a pair of earrings that I could wear daily and in a couple hours lost 1/2 the pair. It seems that the stem that is supposed to slip into the lock notch was not set evenly.
Customer service does a great job but please represent your items a little better. Carat weight was way off. A separate order indicated 1/2 inch earrings when they were 3/8.
Overall, good experience.
The earrings are really pretty and a great size for every day wear. Also appreciate they are set in sterling silver which keeps them somewhat affordable.
