I purchased 3 necklaces in which one was the 14K Gold Initial Necklace. The chain was too thin and too short, not a true 18" and the disk was smaller than expected, not worth the price with a chain I can't wear. However, I did purchase another chain fom Ross Simon to wear with the monogram disk which fit perfectly. The 3rd necklace was very pretty, a little short, be prepared to purchase chain extenders or buy the next size up so you can wear it multiple ways if you are layering. All in all, my on-line experience was fine, delivered quick but I paid for expedited shipping, packaging was beautiful but they were gifts for me, lol.
I can't remember how long I've been shopping here, but it has been years. Items that I have bought as gifts got raves when the recipient got them, no problems. Delivery has always been on time. I bought and item for myself recently, it was a bracelet that had problems with catch that wouldn't open and was also on the small side. Called CS, sent in the item and recieved it's replacement today.

The pendant was super pale and the chain was quite inferior. I returned it the same day it was delivered to me. Ross Simons should do better.
