The return process is a bit confusing. I had to return the item and then call customer service to exchange the size. The woman I talked to was very helpful. The exchange was completed quickly. I am very happy with my purchase!

Liked the necklace but I have worn the same ring size my entire life and this ring is tight. Gave it away no time to deal with it. Lesson learned don't order rings or shoes for that matter online

I was so excited to wear my brand new ring. After half a day, I noticed one of the stones was missing. This is not the first time it has happened with jewelry from Ross-Simons. In fact, it has happened nearly every time I have ordered a ring from this company. I don't know why I keep trying, but this will be the last time I ordered anything from your website.

I purchased 3 necklaces in which one was the 14K Gold Initial Necklace. The chain was too thin and too short, not a true 18" and the disk was smaller than expected, not worth the price with a chain I can't wear. However, I did purchase another chain fom Ross Simon to wear with the monogram disk which fit perfectly. The 3rd necklace was very pretty, a little short, be prepared to purchase chain extenders or buy the next size up so you can wear it multiple ways if you are layering. All in all, my on-line experience was fine, delivered quick but I paid for expedited shipping, packaging was beautiful but they were gifts for me, lol.

I can't remember how long I've been shopping here, but it has been years. Items that I have bought as gifts got raves when the recipient got them, no problems. Delivery has always been on time. I bought and item for myself recently, it was a bracelet that had problems with catch that wouldn't open and was also on the small side. Called CS, sent in the item and recieved it's replacement today.

I like my double stone ring very much! It's blue topaz and amethyst. The stones are good quality and they shine.

Checking out was somewhat challenging. It should be so much easier. Add button for billing address and shipping address the same.

Generally happy with the earrings, but the loops are giving my left ear an infection. Usually that is a sign of lower quality metal. I hoped I was buying solid sterling silver. Not sure it is.

Ever since my order a am getting non-stop emails from Ross-Simons everyday - sometimes multiplt emails in one day. I have directred them to all go directly to my Junk folder and I pledge to never order again from this business.

I had been eyeing this particular ring for a while and then had an event where the ring would be perfect with the color theme. I ordered it, paid for shipping and received it in three days, in plenty of time.

I was looking for a blue topaz pendant, found this on the Ross Simons website and bought it. I have the same pendant in yellow topaz and am very happy with it. The pendant was super pale and the chain was quite inferior. I returned it the same day it was delivered to me. Ross Simons should do better.

Ordered the ring from your on-line catalog per my wife's instruction. We received the ring within a few days and she wears it constantly. Her joy wearing the ring purchased from Ross-Simon's gives me great joy. We are not very satisfied.
