The fur shedding was so pronounced that I can't wear this wrap/shawl scarf from the get. Wearing this was like a medium sizeddog had been sitting on my chest and shaking its body to and fro. My clothing is completely covered in fur and so is the seat I was sitting on. While wearing I kept having to brush fur from my face; Fur was airborne, landing on my clothing, furniture, and surroundings. This issue was not only disappointing, but also completely undermined the elegance and intended sophistication of the design. I previously bought a scarf, fur cuffs and gloves from them that had none of these issues over a decade ago – the quality has really deteriorated.
The company doesn't stand by their products, even if you have a history of buying with them. If the 45 day period has lapsed since it was purchased, they do not offer any recourse for products that are lemons or defective. Even if you have the tag still attached, haven't even worn the piece (and they're still selling it). It's too bad if you're saving wearing the piece for a special occasion like I was. They aren't interested in following up with which products are defective either. The company claims that their products do not shed, when they do. Buy at your discretion.

I placed an order and have been struggling to have them ship the product. I needed it before Christmas and I paid extra for shipping. Anyway, they said that because my shipping was different from my billing address I would need to screenshot my banking statement... who does that? I was upset, but sent it anyway. I then was emailed it was not good enough and they would send it to my billing address. I'm so annoyed and I don't care. I have multiple homes that would not have been a problem to begin with. I tried speaking to a manager, but was told they do not work on weekends. I then called on Monday and was told I could not speak to a manager, I can only email. I mean, I can go on. The customer service is terrible and my purchase was $700.00. One, that's hardly a huge amount of money and two, I should not have to send personal banking statements to anyone for my own safety and convenience. An lastly Their service sucks. I don't even want the product anymore. I think they work from home. I could at no point speak to a manager and everything has to be done through email. This whole experience has been dreadful. I even thought that it could have to do with the fact that my last name is Hispanic, and maybe they think I'm a thief. I was definitely treated like one.
This company is awful! They sent us a super crappy product and when we asked to have it replaced they refused. We charged it back but since they fought every step, we ran out of time (part of the blame is on the credit card company).
They are way overpriced. They lack integrity and if you purchase from them, it's possible you will be given crap product.
Excellent product and service! I got my order shipped next day and arrived in 5 days. The quality of fur is great. The rug fits my couch perfectly and is very cosy when I seat or lie on it. So soft and thick! Will order again. Thank you!
