  • Citigroup Private Bank

9/9/18

While the position may remain, the branch manager can do nothing at all. The bank is run from the Phillippines. A couple of people in S. Dakota, and one or two staff somewhere in Texas with a call center sometimes open in Florida provide some distraction. No one works at Citibank. The customer is treated like sewage. Long holds are placed on checks deposited for no reason. Accounts are blocked for no reason, and after being unblocked, may be reblocked without notice to the customer. For no reason. What was once an excellent bank is now total crap. Useless. Insulting experience.

  • Zillow

8/20/18

Zillow is mostly accurate, not always, but mostly. Sometimes, transactions and transactional information disappears completely, and it is impossible to find it, get it back or verify what happened. Sometimes, I have filed a rating for those they push and promote, and Zillow trashes any ratings that aren't 4 or 5 star ratings. Zillow is very biased and sells out. Overall, Zillow is very useful and a bit better than any of its competitors.

  • Whole Foods

6/23/18

I met the founders of Whole Foods before 1990 as they identified my organic farm and desperately wanted me to sell my produce to their about to be built Whole Foods markets. Yes, back then, organic actually meant something to this business. Amazon.com is a Global player, feeding US intelligence with countless private tips on Americans or other customers, which is why Amazon.com is still in business despite making no profits. Amazon.com wanted Whole Foods, so it bought the company. As soon as possible, Amazon.com started making material changes, one of which changes is to obscure and refuse to label goods. Whole Foods promised to label GE and GMO, well that promise is out the window. Amazon.com made money selling goods made by slaves, so any effort to certify that goods were not made by slaves is out the window. The latest change is Amazon's move to be the new Costco. Many people do not realize that Costco sells and mislabels Factory Farm goods, being one of the biggest movers of Factory farm meats. Well, Amazon sees this as profitable and is moving to mislabel Factory Farm meats at Whole Foods. Costco's revenue model is based on membership dues. Costco makes far more money from such dues than from selling goods, so now Amazon is trying to sell its "Prime membership" by posting blue and yellow signs throughout Whole Foods that will give special deals to Prime members. This is the same as membership dues. What does a Prime membership cost now? $100? Get the picture?

Tip for consumers:
Whole Foods becomes Costco thanks to Amazon.com.

  • Yahoo

Yahoo is merely a voice for the Marxist Bolsheviks who have failed, so far, to take down President Donald Trump. Obama's former staffers took over Yahoo News. For 3.6 years, 99% of Yahoo's news is Fake News aimed solely at slandering Pres. Trump. In their war to retake the US government, Yahoo streams Hate, Hate, Hate Fake News and never exposes the truth. Never can you learn the truth on Yahoo. Yahoo got sick of people using their Free Speech to comment on their blatantly false Fake News, so Yahoo closed down, censored and shut down all commentary. Yahoo is just like Twitter and Facebook. Yahoo is a voice for the Marxists/CIA/Bolsheviks/BLM/Globalists/NWO. If it's not Hate propaganda and disinformation campaigns, it's nonstop Porn. It looks more and more like the Marxists are all porn addicts. It's so bad, I don't bother to look at any news on Yahoo because there is none. Still, Yahoo shows lots and lots of porn.

  • Microsoft

6/21/18

Microsoft has very little integrity, if any. Microsoft hired not an American, but a foreigner, an Indian CEO, who only learned about high tech thanks to the USA, and got to come to the USA on a special visa and now runs Microsoft, but not without thinking that he has the right to tell Americans what we should think and how we should think and how we should live. Satya Nadella sent his views to each and every Microsoft employee concerning Illegals and immigrants, and if you don't Kiss Satya's oversized bottom, you won't do very well at Microsoft. Of course, Satya stopped being grateful to the USA the moment he gained his Dreams, and he sure doesn't plan on making sure that any ordinary Americans gain their Dreams. Not in the cards. Bill Gates is a worthless America who cares not one speck for other Americans.

Tip for consumers:
After Operating System 10 and its revisions was introduced and trashed lap top owners, I gave up entirely on Microsoft. Now that Microsoft is in the business of telling Americans how they should think and what they should believe, I want nothing more to do with Microsoft or its foreign leadership.

  • Ancestry

6/12/18

Ancestry.com is another Mormon organization that mines all of your hard research and data for free and presents it as their own research and knowledge. If you pay for their DNA testing, they send you these "maps" which solely reflect where your ancestors lived during the past 1000 years, all of which information they got from you for free and you already knew. If you pay the high price of their DNA testing, and you ask them for a detailed DNA report, they refuse to give it to you, but send you countless advertisements seeking more money from you. Their DNA tests are schlock and phony, total fraud. No haplo groups. No mitochondria information. No details or usable information. Ancestry.com is Total Fraud and should be investigated and forced out of business. Class Action Lawsuit anyone?

Tip for consumers:
If what you want is true and accurate DNA testing with all details, absolutely DO NOT use Ancestry.com. They don't even test your spit/blood/DNA at all. Just send you useless maps based on information you previously provided to them for free. What Fraudsters!

  • Google

5/27/18

It wasn't enough to be just Google.com. Now, this profitable search engine has to own YouTube and Google Review and Google Mapping, change its name to Alphabet (meaning more to the world than even Amazon) and find new ways to screw consumers. Is it any wonder that people are becoming so frustrated with Google in its many forms that they will show up at YouTube and start shooting? Why would anyone think that once YouTube sold out to Google that Google would continue to pay you what YouTube used to pay you? Immediately after buying YouTube, Google terminated all customer service positions for Gmail, YouTube and Google. What a blinking mess that has created. About a year ago I started making reviews on Google, and I found that even though Google refuses to speak to or communicate with any reviewer, Google will take down your review if some powerful company threatens it. So, what is the point of a review that is not just another superficial, meaningless review? Google is the perfect example of a company too big for its britches.

  • Allstate

5/27/18

For six years, I diligently paid for Allstate Roadside Assistance. Last week, I needed to use the assistance. OMG. This company is so inept and worthless, I have to warn everyone! The call center in Dallas, Texas doesn't even have or use a map. I was calling from the State of Oregon, and they kept asking me over and over if I was in Maryland. They could not locate the state highway. They could not locate any towns. They refused to call any towing service. After being left on the side of the road for three hours without any assistance, someone stopped and called Allstate and shamed them for being such a bad company. Allstate abandoned me and my broken down vehicle. Awful company. Awful people. Their employees are totally useless.

Tip for consumers:
Find another roadside assistance company immediately. Not sure that Triple A is really any better since I used my Triple A card as well and thought they knew where Oregon is located, they never got back to me.

  • Lesschwabtires

4/9/18

Another American company that has gone downhill in the past 10 years after decades of quality work and consumer satisfaction. I ordered tires that were $50 overpriced, and because I didn't know how overpriced they were, I went to get a tire installed only to discover that they had another $50 of hidden fees they planned to tack on to my bill. They forced me to sign a computer terminal without providing me with the invoice to review. They said, "you have to sign before we can print". As soon as the invoice was printed, I objected to all the additional undisclosed charges, and the Les Schwab Tire manager and staff became abusive, screaming at me. When I said I would never purchase tires from a company that not only overcharged for the tires but tacked on $50 in additional undisclosed fees, they stole money from my debit card. When I wrote to the corporate headquarters in Oregon, the company's managers ignored me. In the store I recently visited, every employee but the manager was foreign or illegal. Wow, the end of a what was once a decent company, again. I should know. I bought a lot of tires over the past 40 years from them.

Tip for consumers:
Find another tire distributor. Not all Les Schwab Tires stores are the same, and you may find a decent store, like the one in Escalon, CA.

2/10/18

The National Association of REALTORS, aka as "Realtors" (trademarked) could not be more phony. They go all out to represent that they have a meaningful Code of Ethics and that "you can be confident" that you are being "dealt with honestly" and "ethically" when that is just pretense, deceit and lies. The worst liars and defrauders in the business of selling real estate are members of this worthless organization. The Code of Ethics is not enforced and none of the members are accountable at all no matter how awful their deceit and how much they will harm and have harmed parties to real estate transactions who trusted their Realtor. If an injured party goes to Realtors to complain about the deceit of a member Realtor, nothing is done. Nothing. You will be told, "well, it's a voluntary pledge". That's right, totally meaningless advertising telling you how great they are when in fact, they deliberately mislead buyers and sellers and knowingly conceal material adverse facts. Realtors laugh, knowing you've been tricked, deceived and harmed but they have their commissions. Phony to the max.

  • InVision

12/17/17

I Never signed up for purchasing anything from InVision yet they have been stealing money from my bank account every month. I have written to them 14 times asking them to stop taking my money and to refund what they've taken, but they always have a phony and ridiculous excuse. I never ordered anything from them. I never signed up for anything from them. I have filed a consumer fraud complaint with the New York Attorney General. These unskilled, boring thieves refuse to return money. Where did they get my banking information? Experian? Does InVision buy banking information from hackers? When will our government stop thieves like InVision. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, another worthless government group.

Tip for consumers:
They make more money stealing than selling.

Spare Foot is another organization that provides no value added at all. Spare Foot promotes bad, trashy, unsafe storage facilities for money. Spare Foot prevents honest reviews and blocks any honest reviews. Spare Foot is a total fraud and deceit, harming customers and endangering storage customers. Bad, bad people.

Tip for consumers:
Do not Rely on anything on this website. All lies, subterfuge and deceit.

  • StoragePRO

8/25/17

In addition to knowingly renting to thieves and fences, this so-called management company saves money for owners by failing and refusing to do any necessary repairs to the point of more losses to those dumb enough to work with a storage facility managed by Storage Pro. Nothing professional about these folks. I was at a good storage facility before they took over. Not only was my unit hacksawed by the thieves and fences also renting spaces, there were no cameras at the facility although there were signs claiming there were cameras, and my storage rents were increased on the premise that they were installing cameras. Then, after I told them water was leaking into my unit, they told me they'd repair, then they did not do any repairs, and I had extensive losses from water intrusion. Total failure to do any repairs or protect the units from extensive water intrusion. Mean and nasty management company who renig on all obligations. They increase rents every few months. Horrible people. Horrible. Arrogant and nasty.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs. Your losses from water intrusion and thieves who are already onsite in their own "units" will far exceed any savings on rents, assuming there are any such savings.

  • Etsy

8/20/17

I know many sellers on eBay and other sites who won't have anything to do with www.Etsy.com. No one knows who is behind Etsy or where the work is being done, but Etsy is not high tech. Their website is totally defective. They don't work weekends. They are incapable of answering any questions. The leadership of this company is disconnected from reality. Probably too busy making crafts. Just imagine how neat this website would be if skilled and smart leaders got their hands on it! If you want to buy tiny little craft items, this is the site for you. Their shipping and inventory algorithms depend on tiny projects. Shame on the owners of Etsy for stealing money from shop owners and lying to buyers and sellers. Bad, bad people. Their "offices" are located in Ireland to make it easier to violate and break US laws.

  • Bank of America

8/17/17

I was forced to go to Bank of America because I was handed a check drawn on the bank. Bank of America refused to honor their own check. Bank of America is holding my funds hostage because they don't have any money in their branches. I waited 35 minutes outside in the rain to even get in to the branch, and was treated worse than sewage. How is this Bank allowed to continue in business? I terminated my relationship with Bank of America in 2004 when I couldn't get the Bank to stop its dishonest employees from stealing my money. As an attorney, insurance companies on settlements typically put my name on drafts, so I have to go to the bank and make sure the check is paid to the client. I went to the same bank branch where the client has an account, presented the draft with the client's endorsement, showed the client's consent, and showed my identification to have the check deposited. After wasting my time, and refusing to make a copy of the draft because the branch didn't have any paper in its copy machine and no paper anywhere in the branch, and after being repeatedly disrespected and insulted, I was told to go get my signature guaranteed from my own bank. I said, "you know, that is not necessary", but I got an earful of funk. So, I drove around, spent another hour and had my own bank tell me that they haven't guaranteed a signature in 11 years, and that the Bank of America refusing to deposit the check was lying to me. My own bank told me to go to the Bank of America next door, which I did, and they did what the actual branch with my client's accounts refused to do. Neither the branch manager or the assistant branch manager was even in the first branch of Bank of America. My bank told me that there are a lot of very racist Bank of America employees who hate Whites. This from nonWhites at my bank! Oooh, la, la.

  • E*TRADE

7/24/17

I thought E Trade was a great idea and would make my investment life so much simpler. Unfortunately, I was an early entry into the marketplace, and E Trade was totally unprepared and hadn't created the support and structure to operate. Literally, it took 3 days to execute on any orders. Then, the company was so difficult to work with and motivate. They were mean-spirited and unhelpful. I lost money simply because E Trade was useless and slow and out to lunch. Having worked with other securities brokers, I expected responsiveness during business hours. None. They came into this market without adequate employment to support customers, and refused to ratchet up to be there for customers, then insulted customers they had screwed over. They needed to have invested in their company. After experiencing losses due to E Trade's ineptitude, I wondered what the real back story was.

  • Phoenix Management Services

7/17/17

Phoenix Management Solutions, LLC, is a group of despicable frontsmen for dishonest sureties like American Bankers Insurance Co., and are willing to do the dirty work for hideous collection thugs, hiding out in Arizona, and doing everyone a disservice. What should take 60 days, takes a year or longer. Very difficult people looking for the most silly excuse to avoid paying insurance claims or going after innocent people harmed by others. How is it possible for horrible people like this to stay in business?

7/12/17

Rapid Legal gets your credit card then steals your money while providing poor to no services and lying to you about what they accomplished or failed to accomplish. Courier service to courts is very important and even more critical when the litigant cannot file papers. So, trust is paramount, but Rapid Legal cannot be trusted, and they just take money from your credit card on file without your consent, after dropping the ball and failing to perform. Avoid these guys.

  • University of San Diego

7/9/17

The academics at the University of San Diego are at the bottom. With all the school administrative positions, and their cushy, fat salaries, little funding is left to attract academic talent or scholars. More than 50% of the teaching staff have poor English language skills and are nearly incomprehensible. Even math teachers at the school have difficulty with ordinary addition and subtraction. The library is mediocre, but could be worse. Because the school is Catholic, they are able to entice donations from rich Catholics hoping to see their name plastered somewhere as a legacy, but there is no possible legacy with the mediocre and lackluster performance of these legacy campus groups. No one at the school is doing anything worth noticing. This school is all about money and superficiality. Then there are school employees who are harming students with impunity, no different than priests raping small children with impunity. All harm gets swept under the rug. The leadership is worthless. Go elsewhere and save your money. While the business school is the only useful academic program, the law school is run by Jesuits who hate America.

  • Niche.com

7/9/17

Products and companies whose success depends on ratings are well known for paying people to provide good and positive ratings. The ratings on this website, Niche.com, are worthless. The idea of rating colleges is excellent. 120 total people is completely inadequate for publishing ratings, especially at a college that costs almost $50,000/year to attend. And, so much important information is missing and concealed. Niche.com is superficial and useless for making any important decisions about where to go to college.
