Issue, after issue, after issue. Microsoft is the worst! Xbox is the worst! I write a complaint about my USB external device not getting ejected when I got finished transferring my Xbox Screenshots and video recordings, and they banned me for no reason. This is unacceptable! Time for President Trump to Stamp this criminal corporation out of existence! Get woke, go broke. Now watch this company get exposed for their crimes against the autistic community! Time for that punk Satya Nadella to go to jail! Go directly to jail! Do NOT pass GO! Do NOT collect $200!
You are heavily censored when making comments on news articles. They treat commentators like they are third-world citizens. They definitely don't respect the First Amendment. Makes you wonder if it's not being ran by third-party citizens whose country heavily censors people. They will lock you out of your email with no explanation, except to say you violated some unknown rule, which they will not tell you about. The only way they will allow you to regain access to your account, is if you provide them your cell phone number, which is nothing more than a sneaky way to mine data out of users to sell to the highest bidder. Pure greed is all. Feedback is a total waste of time. They will not respond. They need to be boycotted until they change their practices.
MICROSOFT WORST TO DEAL WITH
THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS AND IMMEDIATELY CHARGE TO FIX FAULTS WITHOUT INVESTIGATION...
Microsoft is the worst company to deal with when you need support, they do not care except to take your money. The customer support is the most pathetic and unprofessional i have ever experienced. They pulled a figure of $300 to fix hardware issues but then told me it would most likely be more. Some ANDRES person or CHATBOT kept ignoring my questions and my emails to then close my case. Is this a scam? Even though these device issues are well documented by Microsoft they still expect me to pay. Don't get me started on Harvey Norman, where I purchased the device. They are just as pathetic and greedy. I will be doing my best to avoid both companies and i highly recommend you do too. Shameful, dishonest, and Un Australian.
MICROSOFT ARE DODGY AND DISUSTING TO DEAL WITH
THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS WITH FAULTY GOODS STILL IN WARRANTY
THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGE TO FIX FAULTS WITHOUT INVESTIGATION...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the OneNote product and its recurring data loss issues. As a long-time user of Microsoft products, I have always held your company in high regard, but my recent experiences with OneNote have left me feeling frustrated and betrayed.
It is disheartening to know that OneNote has a history of data loss problems. Despite this, Microsoft continues to allow users to input sensitive and important information into the application, only to have it disappear without warning. This is a significant flaw that has caused immense inconvenience and stress to countless users.
I have personally experienced the frustration of losing valuable notes, documents, and research due to OneNote's data loss issues. This has had a negative impact on my productivity and has eroded my trust in the product. It is unacceptable that a company of Microsoft's caliber would allow such a fundamental problem to persist for so long.
I urge Microsoft to take immediate action to address the data loss issues in OneNote. This could involve investing in more robust data backup and recovery systems, improving the application's stability, or providing users with clear and effective tools to prevent data loss.
I hope that Microsoft will take my concerns seriously and work to restore my faith in OneNote.
Microsoft is too big and rich for its own good. It sells you its products like Windows, Office and Microsoft 365 subscriptions at tens and even hundreds of dollars per year but does not give you any support. Most support requests are closed without any support being given and without your prior consent. In some cases the support requests are routed to Microsoft employees in third-world countries whose technical knowledge is non-existent and who speak English with such thick accents that they cannot be understood and you cannot communicate with them except by e-mail. E-mail messages are either ignored or Microsoft employees delete them without reading them. Contacting the BBB or the Washington State AG does not do any good as all they do is forward Microsoft's reply to you, and that reply is a haughty refusal to mend their ways. In short, Microsoft is scamming its customers, taking their money but not giving them vital product support.
I have had a Microsoft 365 subscription for several years. The price is high and the support is dismal. They close many support cases unilaterally, without your prior knowledge or consent. They assign other cases to third-world support reps whose technical knowhow is abysmal and whose English is not understandable. It is no use contacting the local BBB or the Washington State AG because they depend on Microsoft's taxes for their subsistence. Therefore there is no regulation and Microsoft does what it pleases. Microsoft is too big and too filthy rich for its own good. Like the old Ma Bell (AT&T_ it will need to be broken up into several smaller companies.
I am an old a loyal Microsoft customer. I have two Microsoft accounts (an older one and a newer one) and one Skype account. Skype is part of Microsoft. I recently *twice* closed my old Microsoft account but Microsoft *twice* forced me to reopen it by making it impossible for me to log into Skype each time. My old Microsoft account is inseparably linked to my Skype account in their system, even though the e-mail address on my Skype account is that my new Microsoft account.
I asked Microsoft to unlink my Skype account from my old Microsoft account and to let me close that account. They ignored my message. After contacting several Microsoft customer advocates and escalation managers they finally opened a new Service Request for me and sent me an e-mail message saying that they would call me within 24 hours. They did not keep their promise.
I answered their message and copied several top Microsoft escalation managers, customer advocates, and their CEO on it, with no response. Finally a member of their Executive Escalations team in India sent me an e-mail giving me suggestions that did not work. I asked him *twice* to call me but he did not. His bosses in the U.S. ignored my message.
Microsoft knows this is a serious issue, but is not willing to invest time and money in resolving it, preferring to force its customers to keep their old Microsoft accounts open forever.
Don't waste your time complaining to the Better Business Bureau,
Washington State Consumer Protection Division, or the Federal Trade
Commission. The first two are merely mailmen, informing me of
Microsoft's refusal to change its policy, and closing their files. The
FTC did not even bother to reply.
Microsoft is much too big and powerful. It must be broken up for its own good.
Purchasing software from Microsoft presents a mixed bag of experiences. On the plus side, their product range is extensive, covering a wide range of productivity and entertainment solutions. Additionally, their website is user-friendly, making it easy to browse and order items. However, the downside is the inconsistency in delivery times. While some orders arrive promptly, others face unexpected delays without clear communication. Furthermore, the difficulty in reaching customer service for assistance adds to the frustration. In summary, while Microsoft offers convenience and a diverse product range, improvements in delivery reliability and customer service responsiveness are necessary for a more seamless shopping experience.
Have been tied in to the microsoft ecosystem since being a kid. Basically everything works, as long as it is up to date. Otherwise it really doesn't seem to sync if you are not up to date. MS Excel rules my life.
This company literally sucks. I was on the phone for over an hour with three different people because sims 4 says the snowy escape expansion pack is 19.99 and EA shows 35.99. The representatives saw the same thing and that the price was recently adjusted, YET they could not price match and now want me to contact the developer. Utter BS. Just want to boycott the whole entire system and this screwed up multibillionaire company.
When the hell will you quit messing with my computer? Did you but it or did I buy it. It came with your operating system, by no choice of mine. Now, YOU don't think the operating system is good enough? This computer operates a security gate, letting those who have a passcode get through. Every time you come down from your ivory tower and F*** with it, it quits opening the gate. Stop already.
I called to talk to someone that could help me with my Microsoft account. The answering machine just sent me a link to he website that didn't help either cause the problem that i have didn't exist on the website when it says ¨what can we hel you with¨. I tried to call again but the answering machine just hung up on me and now i can't do anything.
Terrible company. Ive been trying to contact technical support but they're so trash. I signed up for a free trial for microsoft word and it took around 80 bucks from me and i've been trying to get it back but microsoft has the worst customer service.
There are no words to describe how bad Microsoft is. There customer service is horrendous. It doesn't exist.
They should be shut down and the Government needs to look into it.
No company should be allowed to operate this way. It's complete customer abuse.
Microsoft products are great - very useful, very reliable. But their customer service is absolutely trash. It's impossible to speak to a live agent unless you have a Microsoft business account (I guess they don't care about their regular, home-user customers. They incorrectly charged me for 3 months for a product subscription I don't have and when I called to have this corrected, I couldn't speak to anyone. Their automated system will literally hang up on you (and their AI is so well done that it will remember your number and continue to hang up on you if you call back and try to go through different prompts!). At this point, I have to cancel my credit card number and have a new number issued just to stop having to pay for this fraudulent subscription. If there was ever a reason to switch from Microsoft to Apple, this is it for me. I'm not paying any company for a service/product I didn't ask for, and I'm not paying for crap customer service.
My account got hacked with only the email that was under the account and the email and phone number was changed. Tried everything I could to get anything back but there is no human being that works to help you and automated response is absolutely useless.
I purchased Microsoft 365 personal for my home computer.
I have tried every way I can to get myself set up into the system on my laptop and it will not let me access anything because it says my email address is being used by someone else. That's someone else is me. The email address they have in the system for my name is incorrect. Whatever I do whoever I call wherever I chat or email I cannot get it corrected. Therefore of course I after trying this for 2-3 weeks I canceled the subscription and immediately got a refund. That's just so bizarre they cannot help me so I can utilize their program. I don't know what to do and unfortunately there is no other venue I can approach to get this program in my laptop. Excuse me this software in my laptop.
Microsoft banned my account because they didn't like my real life name. It violates their standards. I'm not sorry because my last name represents people that fought for this country all the way back to the Revolutionary War. Censorship is going too far. I contacted them and they refuse to correct their censorship and referred to it as inappropriate. Discrimination against a family that served since the American Revolution is something they claim makes a better platform.
Scammers! Your products are terrible and half fast made! Then you ban people for no reasoning at all! I really hope this company falls the $#*! part absolutely terrible! An I hope everyone goes to PlayStation cause they actually care for there customers! And if I could give your terrible company a zero star rating I would in a heart beat!
How do you launch a console and 7 months later it's still not available. Who's ever brilliant idea it was to make it online only should be fired. So now every $#*! in the world is buying them all and selling them at double the price. That should be Illegal!
Just saying bad job all around. I mean if you can't make enough you should of waited to launch. I own every x box out there but looks like I'm swimming to Nintendo. Cause Sony sucks too!
Can't find your advertised product online or at retailers. Question. Why advertise a console you can't mass produce, what was the point of making a system if you can't match consumer needs. Supply and demand? We've been waiting since November. Nobody is going to buy your console from a third party on eBay for $1400. 00 that's laughable. We might as well switch to play station at this point.
Whenever I write to the support, I do not get any answer. This does not happen often, so there is actually no reason to "not take me serious", like "oh, again she". Whats even worse: the company bans me and I get some sort of mailer demon in return for my mails. You cant reach them, you cant ask them anything, client service is zero. I am sort of really pissed of. Where is the freedom of speech and the pleasure of service
Update: Actually they reacted. Let us see, what happens. Maybe I will be able to get more data compliant with a new inbox for my brand. That would be cool enough. I will keep this updated.
UM
The reliability of this company is not great. I work with something I cannot rely because I do not know what else to use in case I want to add another inbox with my credentials/domains, etc.
Answer: Scam for sure. If you cancel a subscription they will not refund you under any circumstances. I can't stand this company
Answer: Prohibit updates so they cannot mess up your machine by going to services and disabling the service for updates listed. Don't forget to disable all the repair service thingys too. Hope that MS will not against your will and knowledge STILL inject code into your system or further hack you.
Answer: Well my first impression is I'm surprised you say you have a college degree. You didn't mention if it's a BA, or BFA, but either degree requires the ability to spell and use grammar correctly. This isn't a school room, but for a college grad to post their thoughts on a public forum that is at a high school level is (if you are a college grad), a sad commentary on our educational system. As for Microsoft being garbage, I do agree. It started out great and Gates encouraged employees to think outside the box, try EVERYTHING and give the product's organization feedback, which made the company number 1 with office software. But, starting with Steve telling employees it's a "terminable" offense to have a Rim phone, makes no sense. But that's the philosophy now, under no circumstances Challenge our products. Don't give us feedback on our app's, just tell us they are better than anyone else's! I remember when MSN pushed Microsoft employees to go to their internal site that has MSN on one side of the UI and Google.com on the other side. The purpose was to CHALLENGE MSN. Try both together then forward your thoughts. The intent was 1. Let Microsoft know where MSN lacks so that 2. They could make it GREAT. Unfortunately, many versions later MSN didn't figure out how to make an awesome search engine and Google is still the King, but that's how Microsoft became great, Challenging their products. Now they're really losing credibility and the public is pivoting to Apple and Open Source.
Microsoft has a rating of 1.6 stars from 386 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Microsoft most frequently mention customer service, phone number and bill gates. Microsoft ranks 200th among Mobile Applications sites.
