Scam for sure. If you cancel a subscription they will not refund you under any circumstances. I can't stand this company

I like to call Microsoft a legitimate scam company. There are so few laws to protect consumers. I have contacted numerous government agencies and even my legislators. Consumers are screwed and nobody cares.

Its not a scam but it's a dishonest bad company that is incompetent and cannot produce good software. All they care about is their profits.

Microsuck is a cr*p company mismanaged and produces mostly flawed products. Hacks your WIndows OS w/out your permission and/or knowledge. Offers support pages that are more confusing and seem designed to make things worse instead of better. Avoid them and their cr*p software it at all possible.

Scam, they put out poor products for luxury prices knowing they wont even last through the warranty or will expire right when the warranty expires like clock work, just to rip consumers off! BEWARE OF MICROSOFT A CLASS ACTION SUIT SHOULD BE FILED TO MAKE THEM PAY CONSUMERS BACK ALL THEY HAVE STOLEN!

It's both now, because they're allowing very green employees on the front-lines who don't know what they're doing. If an issue falls outside of their scripts, they end up sounding like robots because they're untrained. Oh, how I miss the good-ole days when Microsoft actually trained employees with expensive certifications. Now, they're pushing technical support overseas and don't have to spend the money to train them.

Depends on the department. Never expect a refund and the department's do not communicate between each other.
