I'd be ashamed to admit it to anyone unless it was a hooker looking just for money. They suck. Bunch of rich peons who care nothing about quality and service. MS hacks your system and injects code against your permission and often without your knowledge. It's a corrupt incompetent company that should be broken up. After years of trying they still have a crappy and unstable OS they do not have the expertise to produce anything else. Avoid MS products and advice it is a circular road to nowhere. If you have computer expertise choose linux, unix or apple products.

For over 3 months. Windows paint 11.220.60 does not work correctly. Everytime i make try to change
Orientation or margins then preview,It closes.Microsoft checked my computer and said i need to close everytime i do something in paint. This is a bunch of crap. This never ever did this before. Why not fix this?
Microsoft reinstalled and since then i have reinstalled 2 times.Am I only one with this problem? Steps that i use are open-paste,file- print,preview file print page setup change to landscape and it closes.

I'm livid that this company honestly thinks it's an amazing idea to release the second part of this game to Microsoft consoles only. It was originally available for all gaming systems and now people who don't have Xbox or Microsoft can't play. $#*! off. Honestly it's so dope how you managed to make a game based off of corporate greed, an "exclusive" option because of your own corporate greed. Tell Satya Nadella to go $#*! himself.

Come on this company is so bad! Everything they make is broken! I hate them I hate everything they do! They are so stupid they deleted my password and now I can't sign onto my f***ing account! What on earth?! Is this really one of the biggest corporate giants?! Maybe get your stuff to work… p.s. I hate them for capitalizing on Minecraft too!

Microsoft calculator uses scientific notation, because all Windows 10 users are scientists, right? Online support assumes you want to spend all day reading complaints and incomprehensible internal jargon, but they never intend to fix the problem. On a 1-5 scale of user-unfriendliness and downright sadism, Microsoft gets a six. Everyone knows or suspects that such complaints produce only laughter among Microsoft employees and NEVER result in fixing the problem. The issue is, if you have a problem with any Microsoft product, their website will drag you into an all-day conflict to accomplish something that should have been fixed BY THEM in five minutes, and at the end of the day, you will find that they do not intend to fix the problem at all. Kneel before Microsoft!

Garbage a$$ company with horrible customer service! A multi billion dollar company that can't do a simple thing as transferring funds within an account. I redeemed a gift card under my account thinking I can easily transfer it over to my son's account and obviously that was a mistake. Called the useless support line and they kept telling me to go buy something so I can gift it to my son... WT F? I asked it to be transferred, if I wanted to buy something to gift it to him then I wouldn't be calling your stupid a$$ company in the first place. They gave no options or any solutions besides trying to convince me to purchase something else. Even after speaking with a "supervisor"
She kept repeating the same crap thinking I'll give in and just go purchase something.
What a piece of sh! T this company is. No more Microsoft products I'll be purchasing in future that's for dam sure! If you can't support me with a simple help then there's no reason why I should be supporting a useless company.

Hi there I am writing a review on Microsoft and how they are becoming just like sony they think that they understand it all in fact not one of their tech support have come to a solution just because I am running an asus x55u and its not added to the compatibility list yet does not give you the right to just end the chat because you don't like what I have to say. Or because you don't know how to fix it. And are unwilling to escalate me to tier three support. Not only that when your tech is not making any sense or logic what so ever and just continues to argue with you on everything is stupid your supposed to have the best support team and lately i just get pissed off when i deal with you guys now. So everyone who can understand my pain please like and leave a comment and maybe if we get enough people Microsoft will be forced to correct its ways and hire back bill gates as ceo or get rid of the person in charge now jesus your company is going down the gutter

For 2 days tried to get ahold of a live person to no avail. So inhumane. Sorry excuse of a business. And I don't even have an account with them, very sad and angry person here. Can't do anything about it except this to try and put the word out.

Microsoft has become Micro$#*!. The last update has almost killed this computer and in news has been reported as horrible. The mouse no longer works, often when I open it, the internet is not connected, and the hard drive no longer connects to it. I was told to install Windows 10 and then was told all my saved things on this computer would be removed.
So I've bought a new computer and everyone should now stop allowing any Microsoft from updating a computer as it's is now 100% possible your computer cannot be used because all you have saved will be removed. I was told that by micro$#*!.

I bought Microsoft 365 license twice by mistake. However, I cancelled my subscription within 7 days of purchase without using the services. Customers cancelling subscription within 7 days of purchase are liable to complete refund. The customer executives told me that the amount would come back in next cycle but it never did. It's been over 80 days since I cancelled the subscription. One executive told me that the refund has been initiated 40 days back but it never came in. I enquired with my bank for any obstructed transactions and there were none because Microsoft never initiated the refund.

Microsoft has way too much control over the PC market. I am so tired of the constant ads showing up on my PC for Microsoft products. I don't want your damn software, xbox, gift cards, game pass, apps, and everything else you try to throw down my throat. Something needs to be done to stop their control over what I see on MY PC.

If i could give this a rating of 0 i would because i payed 8 $#*!ing dollars for a realm that doesn't even work. It told me it has to create this $#*! and it hasn't and i've been trying to get it to work since $#*!in thomas edison invented the lightbulb. I'm so done. I wish bill gates was never born.

Purchased a Surface Lap top July 2018 - constant issues with ram after 3 months of having the computer it would turn off and freeze. I took to microsoft and they fixed the issue (which is not convenient since the closest store is 2 hours away and they had to keep for 3 days - its my work computer) 5 months later same thing this time they forced me to pay for a year support subscription to repair the problem for $250 (discounted to $199 because I complained so much! Telling to me to call monthly so they can check the computer.

I have always had mac and NEVER have I had these issues with a computer let alone a new computer my oldest mac is 5 years old and still functions. I bought a PC due to the ease with documents - Im a real estate agent I found my pc at work to be easier to work on then my mac. Never again This computer was $1200 and now I have to pay $250 every year to fix it?! What non-sense I will never purchase a Microsoft computer or product if I can avoid it!
