No title sell

Someone trying to sell this vehicle in TN with no title, and the car starts, engine sounds good, seems to have no major issues. I don't want to buy auto that I cannot get registered or insurance. So I used your website and your report showed me that the car is titled in Texas. But person unable to tell me to whom. Everything else on report was shot one and helpful. With your report it helped me to decide not to purchase car even though seller was really pushing me to buy. Really don't want that headache. Thank you so much

I need the title number for a vehicle and I feel that I was misled about information that was available for $2.95. Now I need to spend another $9.95 to get more information, but I don't know if I will get the title number. The site doesn't tell me what exactly I will get with a premium report. Very annoying. I want to assure you that Premium Reports are completely optional. They are add-on services separate from your subscription. If you do not wish to purchase one, you can close the pop-up notification, and your search will continue without any additional fees. You are not required to continually upgrade or buy additional reports to access the information included in your subscription.

Regarding the information you were looking for, I understand the importance of obtaining accurate vehicle details, and I'm sorry for any difficulty you experienced in locating the LP/VIN information on our site. Please note that providing the vehicle’s title number is not part of our current service.

However, we can provide publicly available Car Title details, including:

1. Current/previous owner (if available)
2. Title date
3. State of registration

Your site shows that I can get title information on previous owners. After I pay the $2.99 I click on the original title and it takes me to a California DMV form to fill out to request title/owner information. This is very misleading. I could have found the California web site and form on my own, but I picked your site because it showed I could find the past titles/owners of the vehicle.

I was looking for the original owner, and your site shows owner history, but when I click on it the page goes to a California form to fill out to request title/owner information. This is very misleading - I could have found that form and filled it out myself without paying $2.99
