All the items I ordered in this boutique were of excellent quality, but the bust was of little importance in the dresses. I would definitely recommend dresses with hoops to someone whose bra size does not exceed 36C. As for the skirts I ordered, they fit very well and are very flattering. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful.

PLEASE, take my word for it and do not order from this site unless you are okay with wearing cheap, torn clothing! You also cannot trust the reviews on Trustpilot! This company had my review removed from the site as I am sure they have done with others! I'm assuming because I did not have an order number? Or continue responses with shady co? They are also doing a REALLY poor job writing their own 5 Star reviews! Some are even copied and pasted (twice on the same review) by accident I'm assuming? They are trying to cover up all the negative reviews, but trust if a company is capable of giving this type of service then that is the type of service they give! Regardless of how many FAKE, 5 Star Reviews they are able to write themselves! Original Review: Took advantage of Teenager! My Granddaughter ordered 7 things from this site for Christmas (2 years ago), only 4 showed up and none of them were the correct items and were also not even the same color as what she ordered! She says looks like cheap knock off, not as picture showed at all. We were charged for all items. Arrived in dirty bag, no paper, receipt, Nothing! Updated Review: You Flagged me for removal because I didn't leave order number.. Really!? All makes since now, you don't put receipt in the bag so that the customer has no record of purchase, or the order number, and you get to remove all the negative reviews. Genius! LOL I don't have order number because you sent us nothing! Items weren't even wrapped in tissue. SOME Items did FINALLY arrive (2 did not), but 1 shirt was ripped, they were wrong sizes (EXTREMELY Small!) and they were Bootleg knock offs, also received the wrong colors, and items were not what was in the photos online at all! Example: 1 item was to be a leather jacket What arrived? An Ugly, brown polyester coat that stops just under her breasts. The ripped shirt was torn right across front so is useless and can't be sewn. She did like 1 shirt but it was red and was to be black (red wasn't even an option in this style) BTW.. Teenager doesn't think to write anything down when ordering online... Lesson Learned, NEVER AGAIN! .................................................................................. We have no order I.D. because she forgot the password to that email address, the one used. .................................................................................. Romwe, You shouldn't have had my review removed.. now I will make my duty to warn everyone on EVERY SINGLE SITE I can!!! Everyone Else, You've been warned..

I receive a table and 4 chairs that were damaged. I sent 3 separate emails along with pictures to customer service and I received no response. They are very careful not to give out a phone number on their site. You can find a text number and when I used that it said it would be 4 hour waite. Don't bother buying from them there are way to many reputable sites to use that have good customer service.

I ordered a lamp which would not stand up straight. It was a large arching lamp that was too top heavy once the shade was attached. It leaned and would tip over if even slightly touched (like to turn it on...). It was "free" shipping until I needed to return it, then it cost me $54. Seems wrong to have to pay them to discover they have a faulty product. I will not buy from overstock again.

Received a ring that wasn't as described. The day it came in I opened a return with their support.

It's not automatic. I had to wait until someone could respond and tell me their shipping labels do not have enough insurance and that I would need to send it to a 3rd party's address (shady) and pay for my own shipping, insurance, and if anything happened I would be liable.

They sent me a fake gold ring and then expected me to pay for the return. Ridiculous.

Purchased LG Window A/C Unit (refurbished). Same exact model had over 4yrs. I didn't take it out of box and install right away because wasn't using the room for awhile and then temps dropped.
Because it was just beyond 30 days Overstock won't stand behind "product that doesn't work, defective out of box."
Has power but doesn't cool.
Cooling dial defective.
Out $189.00

I ordered what was described as "Queen bed with drawers" which was represented by a photo of a queen bed. What came was a drawers and no bed. I called Overstock and got a message that they aren't taking phone calls right now. They said to text or email. I did that and received no response from either. So I processed a return for the drawers as I really have no use for two drawers that go with a bed unless I have the bed. Now overstock is charging me $40 to return the drawers. At this point you couldn't pay me to buy something from overstock.

Needed to return 4 unopened boxes of small ceiling fans. Their charge would be $63! If you buy their O Club membership for $19.99, you can return for "free", where free means for store credit only. Not to mention an overall difficult return policy. And if the item is damaged, then it's your time and photos. Not worth it. Returning these fans then I'm done. ps: $10 less on Amazon for the same thing even with Overstock's 15% coupon.

shipped wrong items. cant get it right. NO customer service! we are sitting with someone else's order.
just don't order from Overstock. you will loose all your money!!!

Worst place to order if you need to return, even just few minutes after ordering.
Will never buy anything from Overstock and I would never recommend to anyone.

Shopping on line means I have to trust what the website says. On this occasion, the website said "Free returns". I need the security of that when I can't touch the item. But the item I bought was not what I expected in 4 areas: color, weight, texture and material. So when I went to return it, they want to charge me $33 for return shipping. Needless to say, I will never shop at Overstock.com again.

Tip for consumers: Don't buy from this sight.

I ordered a Sun Joe electric lawn mower for my sister-in-law's birthday that included 2- 48 volt batteries, and a charger. When it arrived to her, it was only the mower...no batteries or charger. I immediately reached out to Overstock and was told the missing parts were requested. In the meantime, reviews were left by other unsuspecting customers giving the item a 1 star review for the very same problem. Then we noticed that the write up on their website was altered to say batteries and charger were not included and the price went up by a hundred dollars. (Thank goodness I took pictures of the write up & our order). We spoke to no less than 6 customer service reps over the course of a week about our issue and were repeatedly told that it would be resolved soon. 2 weeks after we ordered it, after demanding to speak to a supervisor...the supervisor, Bobby told us that we ordered the wrong item (We did not...we have photographic evidence!) then he said we misread the item (we did not -we have photographic evidence!) Then he said the item never came with batteries and charger (Remember, we have photographic evidence!!!) Finally after 25 minutes on the phone, he said it was THEIR FAULT and that the only thing he could do was offer us a "free refund" like he was doing us a favor!!! I felt like it was false advertising!! Bait & Switch!!! and to make matters worse, he said it would take weeks to get the refund added to our credit card...maybe even a month! What??? On top of everything, the supervisor told us he didn't have to give us the "free refund" even though he acknowledged it was their mistake because in Overstock fine print it says that the customer pays for shipping on returns (no matter who's fault it is)...so he really thought he was going the extra mile for us, instead of just doing the right thing!!! My sister-in-law's birthday present was a fiasco and we have nothing to show for all of our time and energy trying to resolve this. Honestly, I feel like this whole thing has traumatized me. This was the first time I ever ordered from Overstock and it will be the last!!! They didn't even offer us a discount on another purchase or anything...there was literally no effort to make things right...none. How on earth do they stay in business? How on earth do you treat people like this??? Why on earth would you string us along like that for 2 weeks??? I am so mad. Take my advice if you have to order from them, take pictures of the product and the actual order and then read the fine print before you buy from them and then pray you actually get what you ordered. If it turns out bad for you, well I warned you!!!

Ordered a round 8 foot wool rug. It arrived in expected time frame. Looked exactly like pictures in ad. Excellent quality. Very happy with my purchase!

Overstock (and Fed Ex) sends out emails saying the package has been delivered when it's not been. I called overstock to report the issue and the customer service agent tells me this is a common practice and they wait 24-48 hours after the email before processing a package track. This is fraud. They are dishonestly sending information they know is not correct to customers. If the package is on the truck they should not be reporting it as delivered, I don't care what the reason. If Fed Ex is fraudulently telling them it's been delivered they shoul process a track every time. Fed Ex will stop sending dishonest information if they have to process each of these tracking requests.

Ordered and paid for Staub pan, damaged during shipping by UPS, they referred me to Overstock who referred me to a third party seller. Contacted them and they referred be back to Overstock who again referred me back to them. This all occurred over 6 days and many hours on hold and awaiting emails. Overstock received my payment gladly but then had no responsibility, only referred me to the third party seller. Will never use them again and do not recommend them. There are too many other good sites just as inexpensive!

I ordered a new dining room set on April 30th. Spent nearly $1,000, read ok the site that I cant cancel any orders and 5 days later the status still says it's processing at the warehouse. And then I find out that I can only text to talk to customer service. Unacceptable.

I got a dining table set from Overstock that arrived a few days earlier than expected (woohoo!). One of the chair legs came defective and I immediately contacted them. They shipped out 2 new legs within a few days of me contacting them. I would highly recommend this website for ordering items. Thanks OVERSTOCK!!!

I was looking for a particular style of clothing, and upon research they linked me to several. I finally ordered 3 pieces. Two of the pieces were ridiculous. I wanted long pants, I got capris. What? I look again, and yes, the image I ordered were NOT capris. I look freaking awful in capris. Which is why I don't *%^&*() order capris. So I send a message "Hey I want long pants not capris." The response? Okay, well upload pictures of what you got versus what you ordered. Oh jesus christ, okay. I managed to figure out how to do that, and sent it off. It was ignored. I sent another email, got another "Send us the uploaded picture, etc." So I did. NOTHING. No refund, no response. FINALLY three weeks in, I get a vague "Okay so send us the bad ones." I did, but trust me when I say I was a bit worried.

Work, life, etc, Hey! Where's my refund! "Oh, hey, we're still researching." Excuse me? It's been a month and a half of emails and uploads. FINALLY Mysterious Worker was "We're still researching, and we received your return, but I'll go ahead and refund you even though blah blah blah."

Nope. I'm used to companies that DON'T make you jump through hoops and let you know immediately if they're sold out of what you ordered.

I purchased an engagement ring on April 2 2020. It's now April 18th and the ring still hasn't shipped. I get things are slow because of covid-19, but this time frame is slow. I'm not asking for a action figure this is an engagement ring. Customer service only offers apologies. They also said, " be assured your ring will be shipped on April 17th." Huh, it's now the 18th and still hasn't shipped and continue with just apologies. How about the CEO role up his sleeves and start pulling orders. Be assured I won't be buying from them again, and hopefully you won't either.

Terrible business and customer service! I have ordered from many other companies, but this one has had issues with all 10 items I have ordered. No one is reachable on the phone and unless your questions fit into their algorithm, there is no resolve! I ordered something through Walmart.com and apparently it was third party thru Overstock. I thought it had to be refunded through Walmart, but I had to go through Overstock. When I finally got through to them, only with Walmart's help, they refused to let me return my item- a set of bath rugs for credit because it was past 30 days. Really, when I have been trapped in my house for days on end?? Yet they ask us to make exceptions for them due to CoVid- no phone, late shipments, broken or dinged items, no communication as to when things might ship or deliver, no answers except for frequently asked questions! Terrible service and they certainly don't care about the customer. Unlike Wayfair who after ordering a few items personally called me to make certain product, delivery, service, etc. was all good. Not to mention their pricing was better. Do not use Overstock!

Recently I ordered a pair of women's sandals ( $70 price).The shoes arrived in a terrible, unwearable condition! When I first opened the box, a horrible musty odor filled the whole room. The shoes were covered with a thick layer of dirt, mud and mold. There were some big letters written in black marker on the insoles... Honestly, I was disgusted to even touch those shoes! Overstock refused to help with the return. What a frustrating, shocking experience! SHAME ON THE COMPANY! NEVER AGAIN! I agree with the other reviews - Overstock used to be a nice company, but now they don't even deserve a zero star review! Stay away from them!

Ordered a headboard. The first arrived completely open and box nearly destroyed (UPS)--inadequate packaging. There was 3 pieces of shipping tape cross-wise over the 6 foot edge of box. Sent pictures, requested a replacement. The second headboard arrived: Same incompetent shipping: 3 pieces of tape across the 6 foot edge of box. No internal packaging over/around headboard. Package was delivered before our lawn service arrived. Now the "replacement" is covered in grass clippings, dirt, and pollen. Completely incompetent business practices. Not sure yet if OVERSTOCK is going to CHARGE FOR THE RETURN; based on other reviews, they will likely charge for cost of their incompetence. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OVERSTOCK AGAIN.

I was able to get 2 very nice fitted sheets from overstock for under 40$ plus shipping. They were on sale and have been very nice.

Tip for consumers: Good for alot of home items but watch for the good sales to take advantage of.

i ORDERED A DESK ON 5/8/20, WAS TO RECEIVE IT ON 5/14/20, THEY DEBITED MY CREDIT CARD ON THAT DATE. i NEVER RECEIVED DESK. i WAS TOLD i WOULD HAVE IT IN 6-10 DAYS, CS SAID SHE SENT ME A 20% OFF COUPON FOR NEXT PURCHASE WHICH SHE DID NOT. NOW 12 DAYS OF ORDERING WHICH IT WAS NOT OUT OF STOCK AT THE TIME OF ORDER I AM BEING TOLD OUT OF STOCK AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO DEBIT ME AGAIN. WE ARE TALKING 397.00 X 2 . YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! WHERE DID THE DESK DISAPPEAR TO???

Rug I ordered that was Navy Blue is actually a Light Multi Color Rug. Tried to return $31 to return a $41 rug
Never will I order from this company again. Due to Covid they will not answer a chat, phone call or have any customer service available. Buy at your Own Risk and Hope they are close to what you order.

Hey, I would be very careful. I have transacted with Overstock three times and I don't believe there is as much security in terms of guarantee as with Amazon. And, if you buy items fulfilled by Amazon (meaning the product ships from Amazon's warehouse) you are even more guaranteed. For example, I bought some dinner napkins from an Amazon seller, fulfilled by Amazon. They were not what they were supposed to be and Amazon issued me a credit immediately and scheduled UPS to pick up my item to return. I'm very confident that with Amazon you will get quality service and if the product is not as described or substandard you will be in better hands especially with Amazon fulfilled items. Overstock is just not up to par and I wouldn't purchase something like a medicated cream from Overstock until they get it together.

I bought a rug that looked nothing like the picture. The colors were gaudy instead of the nice muted pallet shown in the picture. Overstock charged me half again as much to return it. I'll never buy from them again.

The main store is located in Midvale, Utah. They must have warehouses all over the country however some places won't let you due to liability depending how big the package is. It's worth the phone call and a bit if googling. Overstock does mainly online ordering & shipoing so picking up your order may decrease the work load of their employees of their delivery folks so that's lost wages for them. Good luck
