2012 "I have had good results with this site and good interactions with customer service last year. I have seen sites decline when they get to popular, and I hope this has not happened to Juicy. I bought four very expensive Juicy bird items and they were just as pictured, and I have spent way too much on 50 charms. I have been lucky and everything was right. The stores are very nice and try to offer great customer service. I had very good shopping experience with juicycouture.com which is the only real site." 2019; This is not the same company, therefore, not the same quality or sales satisfaction "On October 7,2013, Fifth & Pacific, Inc. announced that they would sell Juicy Couture to Authentic Brands Group for $195 million. In June 2014 the company was reported to be closing all its stores in the United States, with the closure expected by the end of June 2015." Not the same company! From 2012. I love most everything on this site and they charge you accordingly. I wait for sales to be able to afford these various sexy pants and dresses. Very good customer service and the company was quick to send me replacement size and my refund.

I really enjoy this site as a go to for shopping and a resource for tech issues. I order my items via the site for store pick up... I love that. I make my appoints to be seen in store... this is even better. I can use support to answer my questions about all of my apple products. I use the site to see the specs on what is new. I have never made a refurbished purchase but I see that they have high-end products on major discount. I do not understand the low reviews as this is nearly perfect. Apple products are great and they stand behind said products unlike Microsoft (corp), and companies that make computers that run Microsoft. I love apple so much I am as giddy as a fat kid looking at a cannoli cake as I surf the site. Fantastic customer service and that is why I am willing to pay more for Apple.

Twenty Stars as this site carries the best of the best! If I want something that is very hard to find I check barneys and I call my favorite store. The Hackensack store will find what you want and get it to you... they are the best! Well, some of you may say they are pricey but a sale at barneys can spur fist fights/ hair pulls. The website is the first targeted in a sale, and you think you have the item but like target.com it will disappear in a follow up e-mail. You have to be fast and first on the web site if you want your size/color as they do not have real time stocking. It is worth the hardship of being a barneys cyber stalker... the deals are mind blowing. I am crazy in love with barneys- for the most part shipping is great.

Used to be a 5 star plus site over 7 years ago. I have noticed a change in the types of items being sold on the site. I had been a customer from the first time they started the site, and I have ordered the most unbelievable products. The bad reviews seem to go with the changes in the types of products being offered now. I will call customer service before I order my new table. Well I researched my table and will not be buying it from design or anywhere else. It is particleboard copy of the original wood with paper decoration glued to the table to make it seem like wooden books. The real table is discontinued. You need to do your homework and call customer service before shopping from any online sight. Research the items before you buy. Buy with paypal or credit card so you can make sure your moeny is safe.

Good site for finding shows and watching them with just a little effort. One must be careful with this site as it will use links that might have suspect content... just report those links to sidereel and never sign into them. Other than the time limit I have not issue with sidereel it is a good free way to find and watch episodes that you miss.

Read carefully the return/exchange policy for the US-they dont have one. 14 days is not enough time, and the base of operations is in Germany so they dont have to follow.US seller policy. I ordered Ferragamo boots and called the office to get some information and they never answered the phone, so I emailed and never got a reply. I canceled via email- no reply so I went to the credit card and had them cancel the payment. I got lucky the bank was on my side. I still have never heard a word from Stylebop.

I love everything they sell- some of the top designs possible. I get my product with no issue, but they are out of the country. Returns and exchanges could be a big issue so you need to be sure of what you are buying and do your homework to get the best price. They have items that cost thousands of dollars- so you really need to be sure! Worth the risk! Just received my second order from them and it came overnight with just a delay on FedEx's side (Clearance issues have been resolved for your package from SSENSE. Shipment has been released for delivery.) Which may or may not be true since FedEx was slow to even pick up the package. Once in FedEx hands, it was to me in less than 24 hours. Arrived in perfect condition. My suggestion for those with issues is to contact Rami, Bassel and Firas Atallah the owners via SSENSE social media until issue are resolved. They do not sell fake merchandise, however, they must be getting returns and shipping them right back out without checking to see if theives are switching out the real items and returning fakes instead. Ssense appears to have grown so quickly that they are not addressing customer service. They have a staff of 500, but they need more bodies on the ground in order to be more customer-focused.

I do not use the site to order from I shop the site, although, I know people who shop there and swear by it. Moda has the best of the best and the latest fashion items. This site has everything you need and gives fantastic information, the edits are so good. Any fashionable fashionista can get a great education on this site. Yes, you can order and they have an 800 number. You need to be in love with what you purchase because they are pricey, but most items ship from the USA. They have top designs on sale, but not at rock bottom prices.

Tip for consumers:
They have the best designers and a great selection. Price adjustment are only 7 days from receiving the item and they dont price match to the competition.

Products used:
I use the site for information and to window shop. I would only purchase a one of a kind item that can not be gotten elsewhere and price did not matter.

NM is an addiction my wallet is still reeling from, but this site has fantastic goods and even better service. Customer service is well trained and knowledgeable- the pricing is the best during sales. Just wonderful like the stores.

What is negative five stars the answer is shopping with the addison collection. I ordered a brown signed pleather guitar shaped handbag, and was sent a black bag with a Christmas tree on it. Yes guitars look just like Christmas trees in addison world. After many many many e-mails and even more calls I received a damaged defective guitar bag which I promptly returned. The replacement for the guitar bag was sent to me- which happened to be the very same bag I returned. I inserted a note in the hole in the bag and received the same poorly glued bag with a gaping hole of missing glue and got both the defective bag and the note back. I don't think they even opened the box just put a new label on the box I returned and sent the very box and defective item right back to me. The owner seemed to be on the grift and was not concerned when he charged me a 25.00 restocking fee for an item never restocked and sent back to me after I returned it. He said he sold the defective bag to someone else- he must have glued it up his self before pawning it off on another customer. The guitar bag was not fit for sale and should have been returned to the manufacture. I will never shopped with this rotten site as the owner will attempt to steal money via bogus fees.

This site is an obsession that has emptied my bank account too often. I have found some of the most unique bags I purchased at any price. No longer owned by spade and now part of Coach which is no longer Coach but tapestry. What will become of the styles has yet to be seen. I shopped this year and got many great unique items at a sale price. Very good customer service in the stores, and the online tries to be just as good. This is why I keep coming back.

This is the real loubie site and the only real us site. It is slow because everyone is on it, but it has all the real information about the stores as well. They ship and so do the stores. I have never had any problems with the stores sending me what I want, and they are so good they will send you a picture of the shoes before you purchase. I love them like a fat kid loves cake... so addictive!

Ordered boots no one else has in my size. Tried change order to smaller size, and was shot down by customer service, tried to cancel order and got the same. Found out free return shipping means my money is held hostage for future purchases ie merchandise credit. If an item is defective they want you to take pictures and let them figure it out. Sandi b was right about the horrible return policy. This is my First and Last purchase with Rue lala. Gilt (Guilt)is now owned by Rue lala so I will have to stop shopping with Guilt as well. Got my order, they are real branded product, and the insoles are not glued to boot bottom, boots are long, but not unwearable. Stick to Zappos best adjustment policy!

Five stars because it has the best compilation of sites of goods that you want and where to find them. Additionally, if the item is sold out it tells you and makes suggestions of similar items still available. There is also an e-mail news letter with hot links that show latest fashion trends, new designs, and will send new sale links. I need to know when things are going on sale as I am sick of pay full price only to have the item on sale for less than half of what I paid three weeks later. I love this site and its services. If you wear clothes you should sign up.

Nice site to visit for fashion information. Pop can also send stories and points of interest for fashionista's the follow the trends. Moreover, it has all the celebrity scoop you may want... it is very cute!

I have shop with coach since I was a child. They have an online presence that is faked and copied so you have to stay frosty and be aware https://www.coach.com/ is the only real site and it can link you to the real outlet which is copied crazy. I see a change in the quality of coach and that they are trying to improve and stay current. I have received great customer service online and in the stores. Coach will repair a real coach product so always buy the real- they have good warranty.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you are on the real site, the 800 number works and you are speak to coach and the lock is on when you order.

Use to be really good with a ton of online coupons, lately not so much so. I wish retailmenot had more offerings, but it is a must got to site before shopping on the net. To get the best price you have to stop here first for the most reliable coupons.

Great site for information and coupons. I go to off fifth on the regular in two NJ locations, and it is the best spot for discounted real authentic designer items. The off fifth in vegas saved my life during a freak cold spell. There is no shopping from the site but the information is worth the visit.
