I give two additional stars for the Singer22 rep that replied to my post. I still have an issue with the TOS, but I will suggest if you shop with Singer22 make sure you are 100% sure of the item you are buying. The fit, the wear, the size before shopping so you will not have to return. I did not return my bag and I still use it and receive compliments from everyone that sees it.

I used to shop Singer and they have been writing to me to return ever since. My first experience was great, and the item was exactly as pictured (but I had seen it in person). They have changed their terms of service (TOS) and it is a win win for them. I can no longer shop with singer22. If I order a defective item I don't want to be stuck with a credit at singer22.

I purchased a Kipling from an NYC luggage shop (2004) it is a crossbody/backpack and I still use it and put it in the washer when it needs to be cleaned. I have been ordering Kipling fanny packs and convertibles from the site without issue. They sent the bags to me within a few hours of ordering (2018). I did not deal with consumer service and I live near a Kipling store if anything goes wrong. I hope they keep up the quality of their products- they are part of VF which owns Jansport. I have not had quality issues but saw a review that had issues with the velcro. I like to avoid velcro and magnetic closures. The 90's Kipling was a heavier fabric and they are still around for sale and look almost new. I don't like the new website- my account information is wiped out, and you can't see the company information- I took off a star,
I got a genuine Dior Columbus avenue belt off of the posh mark site. The belt had been stored for years in the clothing drawer of the woman who sold the $300 belt for $25 dollars to me. When I received it was badly scuffed on the metal and body look a bit ashy from being thrown around the draw. This did not show in the pictures, but it was the real belt and I use it with my Columbus pouches that attach perfectly. I should have asked for more pictures. Heard you can get ripped off selling. Was going to sell my unused YSL and Baby Phat boots, but not sure after these reviews. I was lucky the belt was still worth the 25 dollars. My seller was fair in pricing that low.

Tip for consumers: Ask for more pictures and pictures that zoom. There was no zoom and that is why I did not see the ashy look or scratches on the belt buckle.

us.puma.com is the correct new address and the review I did for puma is no longer accurate. It appears that the old site might have been hacked and sold fake puma or puma did an overhaul. I got my order fast and customer service made quick refunds for an issue. I have been shopping with puma since 2017 and my only issue is prices are all over the place and differ from outlets and the stores. You just have to shop hard and call around to all the puma sites to get the best price. Returns only no exchanges so you have to make a new order. Love the collaborations. Care must be taken when ordering shoes with color or dark linings as they can leech onto socks.
I have several belt bags and totes from Harveys and only had one problem with a clasp that they quickly repaired. They had change vendors for their clasp - that vendor was no good and the clasp where defective. Harveys quickly found a better clasp maker and repair my strap's clasp in no time. This is why I return to Harveys time again- I hope they remain this good.
They have hard to find styles and are great about getting the product to you in a timely manner. I have never had to return anything to them so I don't know about that process. I love that I can order from the lookbook that I created on the site. The Reason Why I took away a star is the New terms of service (TOS). 7 days to get a price adjustment is not enough time!!!! Change is not always good for the customer. READ the TOS FIRST, and then decide to buy or wait for the sale!
I was lucky and got my glitter limited edition sneaker in my size and on sale!! I missed out on another pair that I wanted- you have to move fast on popular sizes like unisex 5. The customer service was well versed and my coupon worked perfectly. Only place the coupon on the site when you are ready for the final sale process. If you put the coupon down to the site and do not complete the sale you can lose the coupon.
I have two great Shinola watches- which I purchased very early in their life cycle (one 2014 and the other 2017) when they had a lifetime guarantee. This is why I was willing to pay over $600 dollars for a quartz movement. I took away a star because they changed their warranty policy. Now the lifetime warranty has disappeared from the website and the wording has completely disappeared- that is not cool and cost them a star. What is going on over there Shinola? My watches still look great and people ask me about them all the time. Great interview watch. Customer service used to be highly responsive and somewhat knowledgeable. They used to be five-plus stars! I support American companies and will continue to support Shinola- but they have to sure up policy in favor of the customer!
I tried Mercari for the first time when I saw an item that was new that I had been looking for. The seller was quick to answer my questions and post new pictures so I knew the item was real and new. The price was fair and I got the item in a timely manner- they mailed the next day. I was very lucky, and I got what I wanted. The site uses the USPS- which is bad- that alone will keep me from shopping there. The seller was great, but Mercari would not give me the 10% off as advertised because they want you to use the app that does not work. I want my 10% and mercari won't give it to me, so I will not be returning to the site. Secondly, unlike poshmark and ebay, there is no zoom feature. That is the easiest feature to have- mercari does not have it because they dont want you to examine the products close up. I can see how a sale can go really wrong on this site. You would need to know the seller to be sure of what you are getting. Buyers could get over on a seller as well- as I have seen via these complaints.

Tip for consumers: You must speak with the seller via the site. Ask for different pictures to be posted. The seller should respond right away and post replies and new pictures. If they don't do not buy from them.

I love this site and have ordered an item that I could not get anywhere else. The item arrived as it should have, but it went on sale a short time later and Bazaar was so sad too bad- we don't make adjustments. They would not take a return after 14 days. So you need to know exactly what you want. If you want to return you need to be ready to return it the day you get it, and be willing to pay full price with no exchanges. Other than that its great Fashions!
You have to shop for real at Macy's and you will get a great sale. Loyalty pays off with Macy's if you know their merchandise you can get a good deal even in gold. They will make adjustments, and they often have trending items on sale. I just hope they keep their doors open and stop downgrading their sales merchandise CEO Jeff Gennette!!
More high-end designers mixed with mid-level products is what is needed.
I have a house of metro and interometro units carts and wardrobes. Fantastic customer service in the stores and equally online. My only complaint is shipping packing./packaging The items are often heavy and need more padded packaging on shelf corners (recyclable). My shelf carts are strong and have served me for years. My tv cart held my old big tube Tv 175lbs no issues, and now My new 50 inch flat (45lbs) is perfect on the cart and looks just as good.
Read carefully the return/exchange policy for the US-they dont have one. 14 days is not enough time, and the base of operations is in Germany so they dont have to follow.US seller policy. I ordered Ferragamo boots and called the office to get some information and they never answered the phone, so I emailed and never got a reply. I canceled via email- no reply so I went to the credit card and had them cancel the payment. I got lucky the bank was on my side. I still have never heard a word from Stylebop.
Ordered boots no one else has in my size. Tried change order to smaller size, and was shot down by customer service, tried to cancel order and got the same. Found out free return shipping means my money is held hostage for future purchases ie merchandise credit. If an item is defective they want you to take pictures and let them figure it out. Sandi b was right about the horrible return policy. This is my First and Last purchase with Rue lala. Gilt (Guilt )is now owned by Rue lala so I will have to stop shopping with Guilt as well. Got my order, they are real branded product, and the insoles are not glued to boot bottom, boots are long, but not unwearable. Stick to Zappos best adjustment policy!
I see the bad reviews and I take note. I have had nothing but good experience with the store. I called to check my fit, I knew the dress and shirt that I wanted. My salesperson was knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. I got just what I ordered, but I understood and saw the product beforehand on others. They have very inexpensive clothing and accessories for small/thin people with limited funds and what you see is exactly what you get. You need to shop and ask questions. I love my dress-I also use as a tunic, and my mother of dragons turtleneck- only available at Akria!!
I love everything they sell- some of the top designs possible. I get my product with no issue, but they are out of the country. Returns and exchanges could be a big issue so you need to be sure of what you are buying and do your homework to get the best price. They have items that cost thousands of dollars- so you really need to be sure! Worth the risk! Just received my second order from them and it came overnight with just a delay on FedEx's side (Clearance issues have been resolved for your package from SSENSE. Shipment has been released for delivery.) Which may or may not be true since FedEx was slow to even pick up the package. Once in FedEx hands, it was to me in less than 24 hours. Arrived in perfect condition. My suggestion for those with issues is to contact Rami, Bassel and Firas Atallah the owners via SSENSE social media until issue are resolved. They do not sell fake merchandise, however, they must be getting returns and shipping them right back out without checking to see if theives are switching out the real items and returning fakes instead. Ssense appears to have grown so quickly that they are not addressing customer service. They have a staff of 500, but they need more bodies on the ground in order to be more customer-focused.
I have a large collection of max, but I miss the stores in the NYC area. This is the issue with the online-only presence of Max Studio. You have to guess if the size is correct, and hope for the best. Really great shoes, but I have no idea as to what is fit or no because most come from China and I have an Italian foot. Fantastic sale prices, but customer service is all about keeping the money at Maxstudio and not returning it to you. Do your homework and be sure before buying- call customer serivce a few times and make sure you are clear about size and fit.
They have some very good quality items and really great sales. I have all sorts of clothing and accessories from when Banana first opened in NYC. Stuff still looks new from 1981 when I was a high schooler. I lived in Banana in the village, and the online is just as good- exclusives are very collectible.
They have really stepped up the style factor and I love the sale prices especially. Online often has exclusive products that do not come into the stores. So exclusive limited editions are only online- drawing you to the online site.
I have ordered via the site to pick up in my store. I dont want my apple mailed to me unless it is absolutely necessary. The customer service is very good if combined with corporate. This is why I pay more for Apple products- the support outshines microsoft like the like of the sun if you were standing on it.
