March 20,2025, I placed an online order. UPS lost my package, and CL (in writing) stated they would credit $1,618 back to my card in May 2025, but that never occurred. I followed up with customer service, leadership, social media, and the executives at headquarters over the following months. No response. Then, I was told three months later (June 25), when Sal from US customer service resurfaced, that a check would be issued. Almost a month passed, and still nothing. I plan to take this to court.
Wore for 2-3 hours most of that time sitting. They won't fix or give refund. If I wore them several times on normal wear per them. This is not normal the first time wearing for a few hours. This is my 5th pair and last! So disappointed!
I ordered a pair online only because they were sold out at the storefront in my neighborhood. The sneakers fit kinda funny, my heel slides out a bit, usually their sneakers fit me perfectly. You can't return online purchases at a storefront and their customer service is terrible! Only purchase thru Saks or Neimans, much better customer service.
I bought pair of heels from their shop then I wore them only one time inside a restaurant then I was shocked that the red sole faded from 1st usage which was gentle, then when I googled it, it appears it's a common issue then I called the customer service who wasn't speaking English well with a difficult accent to understand, was cheeky, rude and said it's known thing about Christian Louboutin that the red soles start to fade from 1st time and faded completely after the 3rd or 4th time you wore them and the staff should tell me this when I bought them, for the rest you of my questions, she was unable to answer them as she claims she doesn't know (when I asked her if there is a branch for them to repair this in Scotland or about the red soles company as an alternative solution for this)
I won't advice you to buy from them, you are buying from something meant to fade anyway
I bought a pair of shoes for my wife. Since their size running small I had to return it for a half size bigger. First of all their email is a spam since always come back as no foud address. I'm talking about this email adress *******@christianlouboutin.com
Than the only way is to call them and stay over 2 hours until someone pick up. Than you return the shoes and few weeks later I'm checking to see if they receive it and looks like they received a week ago but nobody send any email to let me know they will send a half size shoes to me.
I mean for the price that these shoes cost I was expecting more.
Finger crossed that I will receive the replaced shoes.
Very disappointed! I will never purchase anything from Louboutin again! I purchase backpack end of June and have used it three times and the leather is coming off. When I emailed for help they stated they couldn't do anything about it! Don't buy anything their material sucks and apparently is not high quality.
Date on receipt is two months prior to actual date I purchased my Christian Louboutin shoes. They have a 30 day return policy! I purchased my shoes at The Mall of Millinia in Orlando, Fl On June 2,2922 date on receipt says 4/6/2022, luckily I loved my shoes but if they would have had my daughter's size that day I would have purchased for her as well, and I would not have been able to return if she was not happy with them even the next day because now I notice on the receipt they have it dated two months prior, because of this I will never purchase another pair of Christian Louboutin's, they are supposed to let me know when they get my size in on three other pairs, now I will not buy from them again, Shady Company! Also notice they put my name on receipt Tanner Kearce they took from my driver's license that says Cynthia Tanner Kearce.
I bought a beautiful pair of shoes from Loui directly from the corporate site normally I get them from sax neiman's or Nordstrom's which if I find something anymore after I've been treated so poorly will be at those stores only never will I shop with them directly again the shoes absolutely are gorgeous but do not fit I ordered them a size up and they still I can't get my foot in a thousand dollar pair of shoes and I can't get any response or help from their customer service I've called a hundred times left voicemails my phone number my email
I would give zero stars if I could! I purchased a pair of sandals and after wearing them for 15 minutes, I had two three inch blisters on the tops of both of my feet, which have since healed and scarred. I returned the shoes and my return was denied because I had worn them. I called the store, spoke to a representative and they still would not take the return. The shoes were cute but I am now stuck with a $750 pair of sandals that I am unable to wear. Their suggestion to me was to try and sell them online. I told them I was not going to make someone else pay for shoes that are unwearable... that would make me as bad as they are. I own several pairs of Louboutins but will never buy another pair after this experience.
My daughter bought me a $1,200 pair of shoes as a birthday gift. She lives out of town so she gave them to me about a month later when she came to visit. The shoes were too small for me so I took them to the Santa Clara, CA store to exchange them to the right size. They were brand new, in the box with all receipts. The manager at the store, Duncan, said it was last 30 days and could not return them. When I asked him to be reasonable given the shoes were brand new with all receipts, he got extremely rude and literally told ne to leave the store. So I called corporate customer service and got the same level of rude service. So now I have a brand new pair if $1.200 Louboutin shoes that I can't wear. Louboutin has the worst customer support imaginable for a brand that sells such overpriced shoes.
This website is extremely slow. It takes forever to load. They must improve their user experience. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone unless they improve.
I purchased a pair of genuine Christian L shoes I have only worm them a few times the leather on the tip of the toe has broken away also a crack in the leather on the heal I have contacted CL and they have said it is wear and tear has anyone had the same problem
This website is extremely. And i mean extremely... SSLLLOOWWW! How are you suppose to shop on this site. Other websites have way more traffic and don't run slow. Maybe its better to shop at saks.com or something.
This is the real loubie site and the only real us site. It is slow because everyone is on it, but it has all the real information about the stores as well. They ship and so do the stores. I have never had any problems with the stores sending me what I want, and they are so good they will send you a picture of the shoes before you purchase. I love them like a fat kid loves cake... so addictive!
