The are so nice and super fast shipment and for free, you can't ask for more, this is one of this really nice indi brands on the way up, hope they do a full make-up line.
I just adore them, and they are always their for you and you and ask anything and they are always so fast and nice <3

I really like Mac and there online store you can find anything, I like there online store more, because if go to Mac stores some of them don't have everything and stuff like that.
But online you can find anything you want if it not sold out. And the make the shipment right away really nice job.
But i don't like the brand Kill-star what the sell. That company is the rudest in the world. Don't shop with them...
This online store is okey. But i find it hard to get emails from them if I ask for something and they are always so busy and stuff like that. Made a order and it was nice, but i think that's it for me from them :)
Reebok is one of this horrible companies, they have a horrible online store, it´s so hard to send them an email and get them to help you. And they always speak in circles.
And I just don't like them, and there hole company is just one big disappointment...

This is the true Tila my story is also a lot like your "I ordered several items, and I got the package quickly delivered to Finland. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was missing, and they had sent me something totally different instead. I of course sent them a polite email with the receipt and photos about this immediately. Turns out I would have to return the wrong item at my own cost, and only then they would send me the item I had ordered in the first place. I would also be reimbursed maximum of 5 pounds of the shipping cost. That would not even cover my own expense. I explained this to them, but only received copy-paste answers, until my emails were transferred to a Mr. Dennis Bence, who was also unable to give me any other answer than what had already been repeated several times. He was extremely rude and condescending. So in the end, I had no choice but to keep the wrong item, and promise myself never to shop from them again
I can only recommend this store to someone who is OK with the fact that sometimes (this actually seems to be quite common. I have many friends who have ordered from Killstar and also received wrong items) you will get the wrong item, and will always have to pay for the exchange yourself. Also if you like being talked down to is a plus!"
