I had got his blue blood pallet as a gift. His pallet broke me out, gives me a rash each time I use it. I have never in my life broke out from makeup. I been doing makeup for years. This is ridiculous. I love the pallet it's very pretty. However I should not be getting a rash.

I placed an order as a birthday gift to someone. Purchased three items, only received two. Same day I received delivery of the 2 items I gifted them and contacted customer service. I had no idea they want photos of the actual items received. The one they forgot to send was on sale and the cheapest. They refuse to assist. I sent pictures of box it arrived in with the invoice, was 100% sealed with company logo tape, no tamper during delivery. They refuse to send me the missing item and/or refund me. I cannot ask for the gifts back, how embarrassing would that be!?! I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company; I have been a huge supporter…never again! If this company isn't concerned about their customers then I promise I am no longer concerned either.

Iam glad that I tried Jeffrey Star lipstick and eyeshadow. It is so beautiful. Very pigmented and true to its color. Keep up the good work.

I love the products jeffree star offers, and I've tried most of them….the skin, dog, and makeup. I love the body wash, moisturizer, and lip mask!

Banana Body wash smells AMAZING, and leaves my skin super fresh

The banana lip mask manages to make my lips lips super smooth- apply it at night and in the morning BAM beautiful.

Pink Face moisturizer is by far my favorite comparing it to the banana face moisturizer, and the packaging is beautiful. I have very VERY sensitive skin and almost 95% of the products out there make me break out horribly but the moisturizers do NOT break me out, I must say that his pink face wash DID make me break out sadly :( but not the moisturizers

The pink under eye cream is amazing and it has an ingredient in it that automatically makes your dark circles go away, so no more concealer for me.

Makeup remover is amazing too and removes all makes SO quick!

I Purchased the dog big bowl for my chihuahuas and it was HUGE, so I had to buy the smaller version which turned out to be a little small for 3 chihuahuas, so I wish there was like a medium size because its a big jump from small to large. I love it! It's so pretty on my floor.

I own Jawbreaker, cremated, orgy, pricked, small conspiracy eyeshadow pallets, and I absolutely love all of them but by far the orgy palette has the less to no fallout comparing to the rest! I just do my eyeshadow before makeup in case I get fallout when applying it. They're very pigmented so I would recommend neutral palettes for those that don't want very crazy colors, I guess…but they look amazing in person and better on camera!

The gloss are very nice and lipstick! When I first apply it has a different more dramatic color but kissing a napkin tones it down and gives it that pretty look!

The things I didn't like about according to my experience is…

Purple Star handmirror- I may of gotten a bad batch but it feels very cheaply made…I did NOT like the handheld mirror, such a bummer :( the edges were not even to the star itself:(

The face wash made me break out

Yes, shipping does take a little bit longer than what I wished for…but honestly the packaging and the way the ship things out are so well packaged and PRETTY! It doesn't look like they just threw a bunch of products in a box and called it a day…I've never EVER received a well packaged item shipped to me until I purchased from Jeffree star! It kind of makes me feel special and unique on the way the ship everything, you can tell they put an effort into making it so nice when you open your package and it's just amazing.

You should give it a try, but don't expect to order on a Friday and have it be delivered to you by following Wednesday! Specially if you ordered multiple items! Patience is KEY with this company, it's totally worth it!

Ps. The only place that delivers everything fast is Amazon, so comparing it to Amazon obviously shipping will take a while…but it's not a big deal since I get quality products made in USA!

Warning warning warning do not waste money on mystery boxes. Watch the YouTuber open up a $6 box quite a few $6 boxes and she got the cremated palate in one another bigger pallet and another one and along with couple highlighters and a couple lipsticks so I thought well that ain't bad I'll go ahead and get one so I got a $6 one and then I got a $12 one thinking it would be better wrong wrong wrong this is what I got this is both the 12 and a $6 mystery box pictures below. I got a small pallet and a makeup bag I could just bought the cremated palette that I really bought mystery boxes for and maybe a couple extra things that he was given or even another big pallet that he could have gave or something I in the mystery box. What he did was knew that she was a YouTuber and sent her out these massive boxes just to make it look good so we'll go purchase them and we'll get absolutely s*** I'm going to keep my hatd earn money and never do this again

So first off the jeffree stars makeup is amazing, its addictive so its gorgeously made but very costly so once the black Friday sale started I ordered 5 things I was so excited I placed the order exactly at 10am when it started so my order wouldn't fall behind in all the black Friday sales. It took 3 days to ship not to bad, However it was the worst shipping DHL usps its been 9 days still have not received my items its been 3 hours away for 3 day. I feel like high end makeup shouldn't be shipped usps I've gotten things from China faster. Really depressing. If I ever order from him again I'm gonna check to see if I can pay for fast shipping I suggest you do the same.

I ordered for the first time from Jeffree star, and now will never ever order again as I had the worst purchase experience. Customer service of Jeffree Star is of garbage grade. They never ever bother to respond to you, and in case they even respond, they will never every answer your question, rather they will write a nonsense response, about which you never asked. In my order, two lipsticks were delivered in defective condition and I sent them all the images to prove. To this, they replied me after 1 week and then said that there is no defect at all, so they were turning a blind eye to it, so as to hide that it was indeed their fault. Second problem, they charge exorbitant amount in the name of international shipping, however they choose the cheapest DHL package for delivery, which means that once the package reaches destination country, the customer would have to pay huge customs duty as they had opted fot a cheap DHL package (DHL offers a good package where all charges are borne by them, but JSC doesn't choose it even after charging a huge shipping charge to customers). People working at JSC including Jeffree himself never accept their mistakes, rather they will go all the possible ways to prove that customer was responsible, even though it wasn't the case. Jeffree should teach himself and his customer service team, some good manners. They all are very rude. They should learn to respect the value of people's hard earned money. I wish there was an option to give zero star review, however 1 star is the minimum requirement, hence I am choosing one star, otherwise would have given zero star.

Missing items in my order and contacted customer service. They asked me to send picture of my order with receipt. When all was and said and done they said the delivery weight was correct for all the items and if I think package was tampered with I have to take it with the delivery service... Package was sealed well and did not look tampered with. I'm the one who got cheated. It was packed with a whole lot of tissue paper and I lost my money on 2 items they refuse to send me and made me look like I'm trying to scam them. Disappointed because I never had a problem with them before and there products not cheap. Won't order anymore from this company.

Received my package of makeup this morning! Absolutely amazed at the beautiful design of the cosmetics neatly placed in a cute pink box with tissue paper! Made me feel so special! Make up is astonishing! Excellent value for your money! Glides on perfectly! Thank you so very much for a Outstanding product!

I was introduced to JS products roughly 4 Years ago and I've only used basically his line since except liquid foundation and brushes I also order his boxes as much as I can and they are always amazing I'm waiting on my valentines box right now.

I buyed some products on november 30 in 2021, and it has been passed many weeks and I never received anything. Customer service didn't refund my money back. They only respond with automaited responses all the time they respond the same and never check any issue about customer honestly.

I preferred cosmetics over a month ago, and my product still hasn't shipped. Emailed customer service to cancel my order and get a refund, they said they couldn't give me a refund. A few days later I get an email saying they are refunding me and then called me "a fraud"! I will never order from them again. They deserve 0 out of 5 stars!

I've had placed an order in mid December and it has been over 15 days and it hasn't shipped, I had contacted customer service twice and barely any answers. I did contacted them again today and they are all on vacation and will get back to me next week. What a joke! I want my money back.

Tried to cancel order as soon as I placed it, they wouldnt honor it. Sent multiple emails and online chat requests. They got back to me 2 days later, had condescending attitude in the emails, said it had already shipped, that I should note ther customer service hours, and that I could send it back and pay shipping. They basically do it on purpose to deter you from cancelling the order.

I bought 2 supreme gloss lipsticks and an eyeshadow. The glosses were nothing like the colours in the pictures. They were meant to be a mauve pink. They are a brown colour. The eyeshadow is a nice colour but the colour isn't very pigmented, I've got £1.50 eyeshadow that are more pigmented. There's too much packaging on the eyeshadow. The box and plastic are big and the eyeshadow is tiny.

Reading reviews... I am left believing thr bad reviews are left simply bc you don't like him. His company makes bomb products. The photos I've seen of ppl using his shadows, saying they aren't pigmented. They are. Use an eye primer and wet your brush and apply it properly lol his velour lips are a tad drying but that's a matte lip for you. Put on a thin layer of chap stick and apply the lippie. Don't have to support him but don't knock him down simply bc you don't like the man. His highlighters aren't for everyone tho. Keep that in mind lol ps... blood money is life and his lippies also double as an eyeshadow if you're feeling froggy

I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT JEFFREE STAR BLEW UP AND HE DOESN'T GIVE A F*CK ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE IS ONLY GOING TO LAST SO LONG, HIS SALES ARE ALREADY DEPLEATING, ESPICALLY IN THE BLACK COMMUNITIES. REMEMBER WHERE YOU CAME FROM AND YOU NEED TO BE MORE HUMBLE... DIVAS DO NOT LAST IN TODAYS WORLD.
