Refuse to refund lost order of $135 for a product that doesn't work.
The company failed to properly update the address in my subscription. Second order went to my old house and have no way of getting to it.
Contacted Moerie and they have refused to refund me for my lost package. It has been 2 months and still no results. Their customer service team is rude and dismissive.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with I Purchased their bundle at a discount it did nothing but dry my hair out and make it break.
I did not want the second shipment. I wanted to return it and they will not allow me because they contract forces you to at least get two shipments. I told him that I'm not happy with the product. It's drying out my hair and I want to return it, and they refuse to let me return it they billed my account again.
If this product did anything that it says it's supposed to do I would have no problem keeping it. But it doesn't my hair brittle and breakage and when I contact Samantha from this company. All she ever did was responded in several emails telling me how they will not accept my return even though I never even opened the box because they have to at least get two months of billing out of a person when they offer it at a special price… this company does not care about your hair. All cares about is your money and the products do not deliver long luxurious hair like they advertise.

When you order shampoo, you’re not expecting to be under contract like you’re buying a house. If you’re not satisfied with the product and you got a special discount that they offered, they will not accept your return they will make sure they get to months of billing out of you. That right there should tell you how confident they are in their product. They do not care about your hair. It’s all about the money.

I took the medication for 6 months and washed my hair exclusively with the shampoo and conditioner and there was no difference in my hair. I tried to cancel the subscription and they told me I could not cancel due to the discounted rate I agreed to when I got the deal. I had no idea I could not stop the pills from auto refill. The pills and shampoo do not work for me. If it was working I would not discontinue. This is a terrible policy. I shows that they are afraid customers will cancel so they make it impossible to cancel the subscription. Maybe it works for others but it does not for me! I will cancel my credit card so they can not run the next order thru. Terrible cancellation policy. I would advise anyone not to even try the product due to them not understanding it may not work for everyone.

After using the product for about six weeks, my hair was very dry and frizzy looking. I use the shampoo conditioner and spray and wash my hair about three times a week. Did not have any noticeable improvements and it's pretty expensive. I went to cancel the automatic shipment, and after four weeks of going back-and-forth on email, I still was unsuccessful. The customer service agent took days to respond, and repeatedly asked me the same questions. I'm not sure if she was plain dumb or was not reading what I wrote but I ended up getting another subscription not wanting it. It is so frustrating when the company makes it so easy to purchase something but when you want to stop buying it you get crickets.
My scalp is not dry anymore, I notice less dandruff as well. My hair is not breaking like crazy anymore from being shampooed to death but I have not noticed any growth as advertised. I think the products are only great if you have very dry hair.

I was so looking forward to using this shampoo and other products as my hair has been falling out for the last few years. First time use was not a very good result after blow dry, my hair laid in all these weird and unattractive ways. I thought well, give it time. I kept using the supplement and product. Finally I decided it isn't worth it because my hair was actually getting dried out and the blow outs were not improving the finished look. I called to speak with them, no answer. I wrote to them no answer. Third time, they said I could not return it until I used it for 60 days. I think I could make one bottle last for 60 days, but the kicker here is, people can lie and say they tried using it for 60 days because they do not have to return the unused product. However, you MUST use all parts of their system, so you will be purchasing at least another bottle of the supplement. On top of that, jst calling or writing for this information does not prompt them to take you off of their list if you signed up for the auto ship. I received ANOTHER shipment and do not want to continue with this product because it dries out my hair. No comments from the rep as to why that is happening! I have returned the shipment and writing to let everyone know how stupid the "guarantee" is and they refuse to refund you any money even though it dries out some people's hair and they do not require returned product for the guarantee!

I had another $70 package of products forced on me even though I hadn't use the first ones because they refused to cancel the subscription. Do not get caught in this trap

Scam company! Product is terrible and doesn't work and they won't let you cancel! I asked several times to cancel my order, but they won't let me because once you order one product, you're automatically committed to buying two orders. It doesn't say that anywhere under terms and conditions as you cannot even click on it, nor does it state that anywhere on their social media. I've let them know I'm reporting them and they still refuse to cancel! They also go by a different name on your credit card, unbelievably unethical company!

This is by far the worst product I have ever used! Every thing they say about this product is a lie and by the time you realize it they tell you NO REFUNDS. They hook you with false information. I had the worst experience. My first time trying this product due to all the hype and advertising. After my shower I could not comb one piece of hair on my head! It was a the worst Birdsnest Ive ever had! It took me two more showers to comb through my hair and even then the amount of hair I lost was shocking! I wasn't asking for a refund, I was demanding it. I have a very strong feeling they pay people to give positive reviews. Turned my hair to straw even though my hair was in great condition prior! I just wanted to get some length before the 4th of July. When I contacted them to ask for an address to send it back to, they told me no refunds! So I spent $70 on something that has no refund policy. I tried the shampoo, conditioner, mask, and hair growth serum. None of them even worked. I washed my hair 3 times that week and each time more hair fell out. Totally a scam! Now I am left with brittle hair that I have to work to get back to its prior condition! Do not waste your money!

Let me preface this with the fact she called Moerie hair care products customer service, and made must have had the best customer rep. She was given a full refund.
However, her using the product gave her a severe burn not only on her scalp; but it is now on her forehead, down around the side of her ears. Also her face feels like sandpaper. My mom has always had a gorgeous complexion. Flawless and porcelain type of complexion.
So be warned this product does NOT work for everyone. She is in the second week of the burn: it is barely starting to get better.
For sure a dermatologist facial peel is less invasive than the burn she has.
I am angry at the company and pissed that something has harmed my mom.
One more thing on the left side of her face, she now has a mole like looking thing from this burn.
I hope they go out of business.

So, I really didn't need growth. I just wanted healthier hair. Buying online is definitely a gamble. This one was all around a bad move. I'll start with the smell. It's very herbally, so strong it makes me nauseous! It left my hair very dirty looking. Ok, so I tried. I canceled. All of the sudden I see another charge appear from them. They. Claim you have no choice, you automatically mush make a 2nd purchase! Um no! I would have never signed up for that since I know I have sensitive skin. They refuse to work with me so now I'm stuck with a box full of unused stuff, along with my full bottles from the previous order. Just know going in, they say cancel anytime, but they Do Not mean it!

I hate the smell! It is so strong and I find it difficult to use the products in the shower. It is a shame because the products do really work. Well, I guess I will have to deal with the smell :)
