The products seems to be amazing quality. They don't have that fancy smell like the other chemical products and the shampoo doesn't foam a lot on your hair so that is another good sign! I will be using these products for sure!

I started only a few weeks ago and ill keep on using it and see how it goes. So far, not impressed because there is no new growth at all but maybe i should get a comb instead of a brush and will see a difference.
I've ordered twice and the items were dispatched within 2 hours with tracking number. Delivery to my address within 3 days. Products are Ok, but I don't have many problems with my hair anyway, I just want to use natural products and I am happy with it.
My scalp is not dry anymore, I notice less dandruff as well. My hair is not breaking like crazy anymore from being shampooed to death but I have not noticed any growth as advertised. I think the products are only great if you have very dry hair.
I have been waiting for the products for over 2 months which was very annoying, but I have been using it for over a few weeks and I have to say it was well worth to wait! If they would fix their shipping problems, I would recommend this to all of my friends that has dry hair.

I got sucked into this subscription based on the advertisements and rave reviews that I saw, which I'm guessing must all be false or paid for. I tried the shampoo and conditioner and hair mask and it made my hair feel dry and unmanageable. I reached out to the company and tried to cancel it and they refused. I had another $70 package of products forced on me even though I hadn't use the first ones because they refused to cancel the subscription. Do not get caught in this trap

I took the medication for 6 months and washed my hair exclusively with the shampoo and conditioner and there was no difference in my hair. I tried to cancel the subscription and they told me I could not cancel due to the discounted rate I agreed to when I got the deal. I had no idea I could not stop the pills from auto refill. The pills and shampoo do not work for me. If it was working I would not discontinue. This is a terrible policy. I shows that they are afraid customers will cancel so they make it impossible to cancel the subscription. Maybe it works for others but it does not for me! I will cancel my credit card so they can not run the next order thru. Terrible cancellation policy. I would advise anyone not to even try the product due to them not understanding it may not work for everyone.

I bought this for my husband because he is suffering from a very bad hair loss problem and we have not noticed any improvement in growth yet, however, he is not experiencing that much hair loss which is a very good sign! I also started using the products and so far, I definitely recommend!

I would give this less than a one star if I could this is horrible you can't even call them. You have to email them and when you email them they answer you and say give us a minute and then never respond to you. I have tried to contact them 13 times and one day, this is ridiculous. Refuse to refund lost order of $135 for a product that doesn't work.
The company failed to properly update the address in my subscription. Second order went to my old house and have no way of getting to it.
Contacted Moerie and they have refused to refund me for my lost package. It has been 2 months and still no results. Their customer service team is rude and dismissive.
