I placed an order as a birthday gift to someone. Purchased three items, only received two. Same day I received delivery of the 2 items I gifted them and contacted customer service. I had no idea they want photos of the actual items received. The one they forgot to send was on sale and the cheapest. They refuse to assist. I sent pictures of box it arrived in with the invoice, was 100% sealed with company logo tape, no tamper during delivery. They refuse to send me the missing item and/or refund me. I cannot ask for the gifts back, how embarrassing would that be!?! I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company; I have been a huge supporter…never again! If this company isn't concerned about their customers then I promise I am no longer concerned either.
