Ordered several things from Kitsch, including two(2) king size pillow cases in the color of charcoal. Was most certainly billed for everything but only received one(1) of the pillowcases(picture included). For almost two weeks I have tried numerous times from emails to phone calls and there is absolutely no customer service! I mean absolutely no one to talk to and not even a reply to any of my emails. Kitsch, where is your customer service? Can anyone assist me on a pillowcase I paid for but never received?
Terrible customer service. Slow response time with issue we had with order. When they finally did respond they offered ZERO help to resolve problem. First time ordering from this company and it will be my last. Wish I had read the reviews prior. Have not yet received my order so I can't speak to the quality but it won't matter b/c if company customer service stinks then I won't support it.
I placed an order, after 10 days was advised they had a failed delivery attempt even though I was home all day and had no missed call.
Kitsch advised my order was actually lost and asked if I would like a refund. I replied yes then received no further replies.
Next day I had an email to say my order was on the way - again!
Since then I have received zero replies to whether the items will be delivered it's been 2 weeks now, or if I will get a refund - instead they have just ignored me.
I was very excited to try this product. I even was put on a wait list for the sample pack. (6) 2 soaps, 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners I couldn't believe my eyes when they arrived, they were smaller than a wax cube for my wax burner.
Not too mention, after just one use, it was half way gone. You have to really work it to get any lather. Nothing like what I read from the reviews.
And I lost a lot of hair trying to use the conditioner.
Very disappointing. And definitely not worth the time or money. I'll take a hard pass.
My order took almost a month to arrive. I had to rebuy from another place instead as it was meant to be a gift and that was a 3 day delivery! I have returned this item and have received negative response from seller because I registered a dispute with my VISA for a refund. I chose this company because it was female run. Even though I requested to return this item, the seller asked me again whether or not I wanted to return the parcel - ignoring my first request. The event came and went! I no longer needed the items. What proceeded was a series of responses on how I returned the item incorrectly. All emails were sent to VISA. It does not take a month to send a parcel of two small brushes from the US to Canada. Lesson learned - Buy local.
I was impressed by the products and pricing of Kitsch and that it is a women owned company. I put in my order for Christmas using my phone, which entered my old address for shipping, immediately after paying I noticed it and tried in vain to cancel the order and change shipping address. I called numerous times and of course could not reach anyone, I emailed multiple times for two days to no avail. Needless to say Kitsch took my money very quickly and sent the order to my old address in another state and my daughter will not be receiving this gift for Christmas. No customer service at this company at all.
I didn't think these would actually curl my hair but it did. My hair is very thick so I just lightly sprayed it with water and put an argan oil cream on it then wrapped my hair around the stick and slept on it.
I bought shampoo and conditioning bars for myself earlier and then bought some satin pillowcases, the heatless rollers, and other hair things for my daughter for Christmas. Everything came so fast and she is delighted with the products! We are very happy with Kitsch and will order again.
I LOVE it! After just one use my hair is SO SOFT! Didn't expect to see a difference so quickly, especially since I haven't used sulfates in more than a year. Highly recommend! I used the rice water protein shampoo, coconut conditioner and the like exfoliating body bar.
PLEASE hire SOMEONE for customer service! I actually love the hair shampoo and conditioner but upon reordering I received two body washes instead of conditioner: I've sent three emails and called and left a voicemail. These items are not of equal retail value and I want what I ordered! This company has some good quality items but god forbid you actually need some help with your order! Good luck. Won't order again I'll look for another company.

These curlers had a flaw in the snap on each one. If you sleep in them, as advertised, your hair wraps around each snap and has to be CUT or PULLED OUT! When I contacted Kitsch, I was sent the link for the returns. Tried 3 different FedEx locations to drop off return and the QR code did not work. Again I contacted customer support and was sent the link for returns, which obviously doesn't work. Bad customer service! Terrible product!
I bought a birthday present for a family member and when the box arrived I thought it was a bit light, when I opened it, it had the receipt and a booklet about the product but NO product?!? I was shocked and immediately sent 2 emails one about the empty box and one with a photo of the empty box, no reply at all. However when I was looking on there website to find out how to contact them, they immediately sent me a message saying « they could see I was checking them out »!

So I placed my first order and received the rice shampoo and conditioner. I was very nervous. The products were awesome! The only thing that is hard for me transitioning over was the smell of my hair. The product is not that smelly. I placed a second order to try some other one and the are awesome just wish it had more of a smell. My hair is growing back after losing a lot of it to a thyroid issue. Definitely a long term customer! My siblings have placed orders as well! I love the way my hair feels now! Just really wish they had more of a smell to the shampoo and conditioner. I love the caddy! They have other awesome products like the towel head wrap and the bobby-pins are nice and sturdy!
Purchased online. Triple charged on order of one unit. Contacted paypal received refund. The one product that I purchased received order and tracking number. Never received product. Postmaster General contacted, stated fraudulent tracking number - ever existed and he contacted Kitsch. Received another order & tracking number. Again no product or movement on tracking number after a week. Never dealt with such a disreputable company in my life. Stay away or get ripped off and scammed!
I received my order fairly promptly, and the items (cotton face masks) were ok. But I only received two of the three items I ordered. I have contacted customer service three times, and still zero response. Like, not even an acknowledgement that they received my message. They are very good at bombarding me with daily marketing messages, though. So, if that's what you're looking for-- this is your place!

These are awful. They look like loose cloth baby diapers immediately after washing (by hand, in cold water). It's very clear that people are being incentivized to flood the internet with good reviews. They're thick, heavy cotton, that turns into a loose rectangle once you wash. They end up looking nothing like what you see in their photos. You can't actually scrunch the sides. Complaints get deleted from their Instagram. Notice there's hardly anything but 5 and 1 star reviews? What a scam, especially because it's something you can't return.

Much better quality than hair wraps I've had in the past. I've washed mine and it comes out looking brand new every time :) I probably should've gotten a different color since I use purple shampoo and conditioner, but I haven't noticed any stains so far!

This is my first experience purchasing from their website, I bought two packs of their face masks which being promoted everywhere by various influencers. I thought it would be safe and legit to order since I know Ulta and other places carry Kitsch. However, it's been almost 4 weeks I have yet to receive my package. Contacted UPS (since the estimated delivery date had passed by 3 days and no updates had been made) which informed me to contact the company. I reached out to them via telephone (states to leave a VM so I did- no return call), e-mail twice (no response), and through Instagram comments to which they said to DM them so I did and guess what... no reply! They may have cute products but they're 100% not trustworthy and this whole process has been a pain. Completely disappointed that I even fell for this scam... also check their Instagram comments tons of people experiencing the same things (they also delete/hide half their comments though, if that's not already a red flag)
