I ordered some masks from Kitsch at the beginning of December 2020. Unfortunately, the package was lost in the mail (like most things at this point in time). I contacted both the USPS and Kitsch and the women at Kitsch were very prompt and kind in their responses. They graciously sent me a new package, which I received a few days ago. The masks are very comfortable and really cute. I was impressed by the professionalism of their customer service when I contacted them about my missing package. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I have thick, bleached balayage hair. Since my hair is very prone to breakage, I cannot use normal black cloth hair ties. These coils are amazing! They stay all day, they don't pull or break my hair, and the colors are beautiful. Plus, their customer service is unlike any other! I contacted Kitsch after Amazon sent me the wrong colors to see if I could equal exchange for the colors I ordered. Cassandra got back to me within an hour, told me to keep the coils Amazon sent and she personally sent me the right colors for free! I will be ordering so many more of these wonderful coils in the future.

I love every single thing about this shower cap it is one of the most comfortable shark cops I've ever used. I have curly hair and only like to wash it every 3 to 4 days and the shark up makes it hassle free to put my hair up when I shower in between washes.

I love these masks! They're super comfortable especially the band that goes around the ears. The masks are super soft also. I have ordered multiple sets for my kiddos for back to school and was extremely pleased at how well they fit my 6 and 8 yr old.

Have shoulder length, fine hair. When I relax at home I like to put my hair up and when I'm out and about I sometimes like to wear a messy bun. Until I found these, my cute buns were more work than leaving it down and my at home updo was severe and not attractive. It's really very helpful. I am happy for this service. Thanks for the service.
I placed an order on May 26th. It is June 21st and I've received no order updates. I've emailed 2x and have heard nothing back. Yes. They have cute things but based on my experience, you will never receive them. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this through FB, and honestly wasn't sure I'd even get the item. I've been burned several times before buying things on FB. I ordered the floral masks on August 20th, finally received them on August 27th. But, I was send someone else's order and they're the wrong masks. Immediately called the customer service number and was waiting for someone to answer for 30 minutes. Hung up and finally sent an email. Sorry Mary Beth in MS, your leopard print masks are in MN.
I was actually afraid to order stuff online but when I saw their products, I fell in love with it. The masks are super soft and fits well in the face. Its not suffocating and very well made. I love it and will be recommending it to my friends.

The quality of this set looks like it should be wayyy more then $30! It's the perfect shade of gold without being too yellow. And the rhinestones are super sparkly! I love the length too because it layers well with other necklaces! New go to!

When I first received this product from Amazon the pretty little box was completely broken down and I was missing 4 hair ties. I was super bummed because they were a tiny gift to a friend who has never heard of 'key chain' hair ties! Same day I received them, I got an email from the seller. I told kitsch my issue and they resolved it 100% and super quick, I believe same day! I've never had customer service quite as great. And the coils are perfect, I tried one out of the replacement box they sent! They don't lose form like some of the other coils I have used and they don't stretch out so much that you can't use them. I can't wait to give them to my friend.

At first I received the incorrect product so I returned it and asked for a replacement and my replacement came the very next day! The hair coils are great, they stay in my hair and are easy to get out. Thanks!

Never again will I order from this company. It's a scam. I ordered face masks and two weeks went by and my shipping status never updated. I called, and they said it got "lost". Suspicious. Customer service then stated they would send me a new order expedited shipping. HAHA. It's been a week and still have not received my order. This company is a JOKE. Goodbye.
