I have been a loyal customer of Ebonyline for over a decade, but enough is enough. Over the years, I have received several subpar units — some that I simply threw away, gave away, or tolerated despite the poor quality. Unfortunately, the situation has gotten worse, not better. Most recently, I received another defective unit — a Bobbi Boss product that was drastically different from the quality and construction I paid for. When I contacted Ebonyline, they dismissed my concerns as a "slight variation" and offered a token 10% discount — an insult given the premium prices being charged for inferior products. This is not the first time I've raised concerns with Ebonyline, and in every case, there was no real resolution. Their repeated failure to stand behind the products they sell shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Because Ebonyline refused to properly address the situation, I escalated the matter to Midway International Inc., the distributor of Bobbi Boss. Their sales team acknowledged my concerns and has promised to escalate the matter internally — something Ebonyline should have done from the start. At this point, it is clear that Ebonyline cannot be trusted to consistently deliver quality or customer service. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am taking further steps. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from them: Proceed at your own risk.

First time placing an order on Dec 7 and within 30 min after I did it, I discovered another wig that I really wanted. Got in touch with Customer Service (Zahid). He was able to adjust my order thereby saving on shipping fees!
BTW both wigs are very nice. Will be dealing with them again.

These reviews must be bought because they are terrible! Unprofessional customer service and some of their products are some type of replica/bootleg quality that is not consistent with well established beauty supply stores with the same products. Save your money and time!

Reached out today for assistance and Ellie was very responsive and solved my issue quickly. Great customer service is always deciding factor for me when choosing to do business with anyone. I was pleased with my services today.

I been a customer of ebonyline for years. I can no longer order from ebonyline because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address. So therefore I had to go through the company which was ebonyline to get a refund. Now I don't think that was fear because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address, so I feel fed ex should have to pay. Ebonyline got upset and when I placed a recent order they regret to inform me that I can no longer order from them because of that situation. How is that my fault? Why am I being punished for being a customer for years and fed ex delivering my package to the wrong address. Never happened before. It's cool.

I was so excited when I was shopping around for a beautiful new wig and I found this site.I couldn't believe how low the prices were for the same quality products I had been searching for! Hello hello ladies you must continue to support ebony online I have been a loved with an Account member for over 7 years and absolutely loved my lace fronts the daily andvmosel model collection I have collected all the colors at least three of each and thats alooot of hair lolol... simply amazing and quality hair. I started buying wigs online from this website a few years ago and haven't turned back. The shipping is excellent! The selection of cute wigs is wonderful! I just wish we could receive alerts when items are back in stock Hector! My last order # ******* was exact! Thank you.

I really like this site. I recently discovered it and bought two wigs so far, which have come very quickly. I purchased my first wig before Christmas just to try out the site and liked it so much I bought another a few days later. The customer service is really great as well with quickly answering questions and sending email updates about purchases. I have worked with Mahaz. I will continue being a repeat customer. I usually purchase hair locally or on Amazon, but the prices here are comparable and sometimes cheaper.

Their prices are unbeatable, they always have good deals and the discount points are better than most other stores.
I recently had a problem with order and this was taken care of by Mahaz with such efficiency and patience. Thanks so much.

Michelle gives false information. She told me to ignore the fact that Hector said I was charged and he was shipping a replacement that I did not ask for. Well guess what? I was charged again and the replacement arrived today! I should have been done with this company when one of their employees hacked my credit card before. I see other reviews had the same issue!

I've been ordering from here for a few months and i love the wigs. Yes they tangle more than human hair but thats not something that'll stop me from not spending 300+ on one wig, especially since i love switching my hair up.

Omg?! I'm so happy, this is the only site tha I found the Manhattan Girl wig color 3T/613! This wig is absolutely gorgeous! I hope they'll re stock with more soon, so I can purchase more! Aneliz from Ebonyline is very professional, and very friendly! She always got back to me with answers to all my questions!

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past 6 years. I can honestly say that the customer service in general service all the way around has deteriorated completely. The last three times that I have placed an order it stated that it was shipped within 24 hours. After not hearing anything for a few days I would have to reach out to them just to find out that they don't have the product. On my most recent order on January 2023 once again they did not have my complete order and told me that they would send it to me when they receive it. Instead I received a partial order which I made clear that I did not want. Of course they have no number to reach out to anymore (in the past they did) so you have to communicate via email. It's absolutely insane. The chances of you receiving what you actually ordered is slim to none now. Please do not waste your time on this site. They will not get another dime of my money going forward. Hope it was worth it!

I have ordered many wigs and have been happy with all. If any issues you get an immediate response and the issue resolved very quickly. If you want a wig without spending hundreds of dollars but from Ebony

I am someone who spends thousands of dollars a year on hair and hair products. This company had quick shipping and an easy to navigate site. What stands out the most is Customer Service. For years I purchased wigs and hair supplies from this site until July 2022. They sent me the wrong wig and I reached out to them to let them know. Dae once the holiday weekend was over and didn't respond asking for a photo in which I provided promptly. She proceeded to ignore me for two more days, then when I sent her a nasty email that is when I got a response and solution. You have to be mean for her to do anything.

I have bought from them countless times and every product I have got looks just like the pics. Quality products on every buy. Their customer service reps are the best as well any issues and they respond right away. Larisa was a great big help as well on order number *******
