I've ordered from Ebonyline quite a few times now, & everytime I've gotten the best prices vs any other wig site. I love how often they add to their selection along with having sales for their older items. My experience with customer service has been lovely. They reply quickly, make things easy to understand, & are clearly here to help YOU the customer. I recently asked to replace one item in my order with another and they did just that, thank you Michelle! Definitely a returning customer.

I've ordered a few times from this website and honestly, I'm never disappointed. The products are exactly as expected and the same exact quality as the brands you find in your local beauty supply store (if you are lucky enough to have a supply store locally). I must add that on my last order, the shipping time was longer than expected, however, when I inquired on the status, I was assisted by Daejonna D. Who was apologetic and explained why the items were delayed. She responded quickly, personally and with a genuine expression of concern. I would recommend this site as they are consistent- Just be mindful of the shipping options if you need the products in a hurry!

Quick response about an inquiry regarding available colors. I needed to know which colors are available so Ican get my order fast. Larissa was very helpful.

This is my go to place for my wigs. They are always professional and helpful. I get my orders on a timely fashion and it's exactly what I wanted. I really like how they contact you if they are out of stock and corrects your order right away. Love them!

I'm so happy I found this site bc I've been searching for affordable products for my natural hair. The fact that the customer service is above par makes this find that much sweeter! I called to ask about shipping and spoke with Desiree who was not only super helpful and kind but she was very knowledgeable and clued me in on several much needed daily routine hair care products! I'm super thankful bc not only are the prices unbeatable but the fact that I can speak with a live person and get help finding what will work for my hair is hands down a blessing! Thank you Desiree!

Hi there, yes we've all heard the horror stories, not receiving orders,etc I recently placed an order, with ebonyline, my order was shipped to me and I received it which felt like a matter of hours after, i even emailed them saying i cant wait to do business with them again, in the future, i know in my heart those guys wil continue to give great services to their consumers.

Companies are only as good as those working. I would like to applaud Larissa who obviously follows protocol and goes the extra mile. In a day when everyone is busy, to find an employee following thru blesses me. She takes her job seriously and it shows that she cares about the customer and the business. 5 stars to her and company.

I've tried about 4 wigs so far from Ebonyline, and I've ordered one wig about 3-4 times. Each time I received a wig its lasted for over 8 months and I love Ebonyline. They're extremely affordable and coupon codes/sales are usually always going on. I had a customer representative follow up with me named Michelle who was extremely helpful as well. Amazing customer service.

Ordered 3-sweaters on 12-20-22 for Christmas for my wife. Oder said expected by 12-27-22. Early Jan. 23' began emailing them. Took a wewk to respond. They said order shipped 12-27-22. As of today, 1-17-23 usps shows a label only, no package shipped or ever even received usps.

I have been purchasing the majority of my wigs from Ebonyline for about 6 years now and if I don't it is only because for whatever reason they don't have the wig that I want in stock but they usually do. I for the most part have no issues with their wigs until just last week. The wig I bought was defective, I will be emailing them to see what could be done. They are quick responders. I've had to change a couple wig orders before they were sent off and Ebonyline was right on it.

Ebony has good customer service, whether via chat or email. On my last order Ord no: *******, they were quick to update me on what was available or out of stock based on my order. Thanks Michelle for the additional information as well re my rewards points.

Been shopping with them for a couple of years love them! I have never had to return hair or make a return. I've always loved the quality and texture of every week that I bought from them the half up half down are my favorite wigs

Three reasons why I rated this company with one star:
(1) The site is not updated to reflect in stock items only. It allows customers to place items in the shopping cart that are not available. And no, this is not due to several orders being placed at one time.
(2) The company fails to automatically credit your account for reward points, which causes customers to go through the hassle of begging for assistance. This happens even when you are logged into your account before you place items in your shopping cart and when you check out.
(3) Customer service never addresses an issue with one email because they fail to read before cutting and pasting a response. This causes the customer to have to follow up multiple times until a good customer service rep comes along and successfully fixes the issue at hand.

Hair reviews: The actual items that I have received are all 5 stars. No issues with the actual items. However due to the 3 reasons listed above, they deserve 1 star.

Hi! I am a Lady who enjoys changing my hair color and hairstyle, so protective hairstyles are great for me. I have ordered from Ebonyline both in June and again this month. I felt safe to order from the beauty line therefore I made the second order this month, plus I plan to do so again in the near future. With both orders, I had contact with customer service which I can sincerely state were quick and efficient with every response. I dealt with Michelle who was extremely courteous and helpful which makes me feel secure in ordering from the website.
