Items were great. Arrived on time and as described the first time, I love shopping here. Items are a good quality for their price. So far I have been getting good costumer service but the only thing I would like them to improve is their stock inventory that they show on their website. It's the 2nd and 3rd time I ordered a few wigs and they reply that they are out of stock unless I want my order to be delayed 7 days. I would just wish they would be transparent in letting us know what is out of stock from the get go and then maybe let us know when it's back in stock? That's just an area i think they can improve on. Otherwise great products.

I received an email hours after I placed my order and after Ebonyline had taken the payment from my account. The email was asking for me to send a photo of the front and back of my credit card plus send a copy of a government issued ID - within 5 days - or my order would be canceled. Doesn't this sound strange? My bank thought so too and suggested I cancel my credit card listing the reason as 'stolen'. I emailed Ebonyline but I think they were already closed for the weekend. I will phone on Monday to let them know their customer records might have been hacked. Since they already withdrew payment from my account, including an up-charge for priority USPS shipping (which includes tracking) I am hoping I will receive my purchases with no problems.

LARISSA was quick to respond to my question and MAHAZ also performed top notch customer service. The wig was exactly what I ordered! I will definitely be purchasing again!

Hair came very fast after I had to purchase something else because mine was not in-stock.
The texture was excellent but don't know if it was my actual hair installed? (Personal) but I will purchase again I love this company and prices are always better than the beauty supply stores. Thanks Larissa!

I've ordered from them many times in the past and received my items with no problem. However, yesterday, they offered same day shipping if I placed my order before 4:00 PM EST. I place my order at 12:30 PM and never received any tracking info! I tried calling today but they don't answer their phone. So, I had to email them. Needless to say, their diversity hires leave a lot to be desired in the customer service department! The ratchet rep that I had the displeasure of communicating with told me that I read it wrong on the website. I had to screenshot that fool exactly what was listed on the website. I simply said to cancel my order but now, she's saying she has to check to see if it can be cancelled... Why can't it be? The order hasn't even been processed for shipping out. I'll probably have to go through my bank to cancel now. Absolutely ridiculous!
