I was packed and given the wrong goods in their London store, and could not wear them for a NYE event the following day. They were unapologetic, rude and refused refund despite their mistake and missing the required event. Avoid this shop their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered!

There's absolutely no customer service, so in case of problems you're on your own. Skirt indicated as cotton is 100% polyester, but still has cotton tag attached to it. Polyester fibers coming out. No possibility to contact customer service. Not the first time either that I've had to chase a representative for the simplest of questions. Avoid the brand in my opinion and give your hard earned money to other brands/retailers.

Unfortunately, there are several employees on Rodeo Drive who are simply unprofessional towards the public-at-large. They do not understand that they do not own the sidewalk on Rodeo Drive. This company is heavily overpriced with atrocious customer service. They have advised the public that they must submit 24-hour notice for any pictures or video from public view. I ordered an oversized sneaker that was too big, spoke w customer svc to arrange an exchange. Was advised to purchase the correct size and wait for the money return bc it could take up to 14 business days. Once I had done that, they refused return of the original pair and left me with 2 pairs of $580 sneakers. The sneaks are 100% new! Poor customer svc! Would not resolve the matter. I feel like I've been scammed!

Purchased a pair of expensive Alexander McQueen sunglasses. The screw holding the size came loose after 3 months. Called cuatomer service and asked to submit pictures to evaluate repair. Submitted and was tood it was going to take a long 15 business days. After 30 days and multiple reminders receive a response saying evaluation came back that the glasses are irreperable. The company that manufacture the sun glasses cannot repair the side screws. I would take to the local optic but they do not have the custom screws. Paid premium cost for horribke quality and service. AVOID AVOID!

Horrible experience with this company! My gf bought me a pair of sneakers from the website, while I was out of the country for a month and get back try on and they are 1/2 size to big. I called and emailed but no luck in helping me with an exchange. Very rude customer service (Michelle said her name was) basically said we cant do anything about it and good luck. She recommended me selling them privately. Lol NEVER BUYING FROM THIS BRAND AGAIN. No wonder LV is a better company.
