I was packed and given the wrong goods in their London store, and could not wear them for a NYE event the following day. They were unapologetic, rude and refused refund despite their mistake and missing the required event. Avoid this shop their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered!
Tip for consumers:
Gave me wrong goods in store therefore ended up missing event I bought it for and missed it. The store manager packed the wrong jacket and gave me someone else bag! Then revised to give me a refund or even apologies for mistake. Very upsetting and disappointing experience, will never go again.
