I bought 2 bottles of Japanese Cherry Blossom Travel Size Body Lotion. And there is an offer of Buy 2, Get 2 but didn't get another 2 bottles. Support says while adding in cart, customer have to add free bottles also means instead of 2 have to add 4 bottles. But it's not written on checkout page. They say it's written in terms and conditions. Every time how is it possible to read terms and conditions. Who will not like to get free offer. Support refuse to consider my issue. They are cheating customer.
I purchase an order Dec 10,. In the amount of 38.37, Dec.,12 my order was cancelled. I called customer service dec.12 asap, I spoke with them and my refund was suppose to be 34.88. Dec.16 I received a refund of 3.84. They refuse to give me my refund.I never received any merchandise. They are wrong to keep my money and never gave me any merchandise. They stole my money. They are thieves. Do not shop on line because they will steal your money!
I don't know what happened to this company. Placed an order on 12/6 for 15 candles. The package was delivered to the wrong address on 12/15 by Fed-ex, who uploaded a picture of my package on someone else's porch, a house with white siding. My house is orange-brown. I called Bath & Body Works early the next morning and spoke with a customer service rep who told me he was shipping out a replacement package. When I asked for the order number he said it was the same number and I would get a confirmation email. Late that night I had not gotten an email so I contacted the Chat service online and asked the agent, whose name was not provided, if a replacement order had been made and was told it was cancelled because some of the items were out of stock. He said he could only ship 9 of the 15 items because the rest were out of stock. When I pointed out that only 2 items were showing out of stock online he said that even though they were showing in stock they could not be replaced. So he was clearly lying to me. When I questioned him about this, he abruptly ended the chat. I reinitiated a chat and asked for a refund the next "Agent" (probably same one) abruptly said that he or she could not assist with the problem and ended the chat. I repeated the process once more with the same results. I just got off the phone with my bank to dispute the charge. It is unbelievable that it had to come to that. We have shopped here for years, decades even, and we are sad because we love their candles. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again.
So I wait in line for my turn for the candle sale it new it was a hoax they keep pushing back the time like four times I never was able to order with the sale never again
I've shipped for years here. I hadn't bought anything in about 5 years due to muscular skeletal issues. Finally able.to make a purchase for my grandchild daughter and self, I made several large purchases in December January and February.at first I thought it was just me, the scent didn't seem to be as strong but as I've used them not much, they are all the same. The lotion isn't as thick as it use to be either. You have to spray within minutes after the first applicant. I remember being able to put this.thick lotion on and spraying and the smell would last for hours on end. This is a complete rip off.I'll be calling customer service and asking for a s shipping label.at their cost and a reimbursement. As they should. Im.not a happy customer. These companies should not be allowed to make their products weaker to gain from their weak product. If you want customer satisfaction then you product has to be satiying.and they aren't. One of my orders where on line and I had to send it back because products bottle wasn't full one didn't have a cap as it should have.it was poor.I can only give this business a *******% as it all around has failed.go back to using quality.and people will buy quantity..
This company is very fast sending you the products.I love all the soaps.I find no problem with them.the pumps work fine with the hand washing soaps.I feel bad for the customers that find they don't pump.I will continue buying from them

I placed a pickup order at a store near me for some wallflower refills. I got the confirmation email, then the email that the order was ready for pickup all while I was at work. A few hours passed and I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I called the store to see if I still needed to come pick anything up, and they said they never even received my order. I have all the confirmations so I know it was the correct address and I know my connection was sound when I placed it. They told me to place another order but the item was already out of stock in store and shipping is $7, and it's been >36 hours without getting my 20% off returned so I couldn't have combined that with the sale which I did in the first place, which ended 2 days ago. Meh
For years I have compared other candles to B&B's candles. And I would always choose B&B's candles until now! And I didn't mind spending 100 dollars or more. But now for some reason the scent of the candles have decreased. The chemist or botanist or whoever is not putting the same fragrance as before. I can tell. So they won't do anything about and I WONT ever buy candles from them again!

Care Gift. When I got my confirmation email I noticed that the gift was not included. I immediately contacted customer service and voiced my problem. I was told that they would take off the shipping charges and I could place another order. So I would have to place another order and pay for more shipping charges. I told them I only wanted to have my free gift shipped to me. I was told they couldn't do that. But what I could do is return all products to the store to get a refund. So essentially I paid for the initial shipping charges which were $6.99, I had to travel to the store to return the products, so I have no product, no free gift and all of my time spent handling this. They then offered my a 20% coupon to shop. What a slap in the face.
I have been buying this soap for so long I dont remember when I didnt have it. Every year I buy enough Vanilla Bean Noel to last my husband and I for the whole year. For the longest time it was was the best vanilla scent I could find anywhere. Then the musk was added and it wasnt so great anymore. Every year it gets a little worse. This year is the worst though. I dont even know what it smells like anymore but i will not be buying again. So very disappointed. No one will ever match the original smell.
Received broken product and was informed by their customer service that they would backfill. 2 weeks later get an email that they are not going to backfill and that I needed to take the complaint up with LazerShip that delivered the package. Contacted LazerShip and they informed that that had to work with Bath & Body Works, so I am left with $191 of damaged broken product.
The online site takes your money a d then returns most in an recheck. You pay for full shipping on a limited number of items. It happens immediately so they knew before they took your money. And leave those items up. After I complained my rewards was frozen I could not get my free item I earned spending at b&b. Used to love them. Exploring Goose Creek
I placed an order 12/3/21 the tracking number provided shows that UPS never received the shipment. It was a Christmas present and all customer service could say is we don't have the product in stock anymore there is nothing we can do! (20 day's later)!
Not what they used to be. Simple exchange and offered gift card for 49 cents. Ridiculous. Tyler, the supposed "manager" was nothing but a robot stating "our policy".

I spent quite a bit of money on wallflower refills. They have never been the quickest to ship but then my package was damaged in transit so I contacted customer service who told me they should ship me a replacement order but I will have wait another week to 9 days for it to reship. The only other option was a refund. That's the best they could do for someone who spends thousands of dollars there each year. I'll find somewhere else to go from now on.
I won't order from bath and body works again they have a terrible delivery rate! 2 packages never came. I was super disappointed because I had ordered the candles as gifts. Bath and body works change the packaging you ship your boxes in or require signatures for deliveries this is insane. My address is in Largo MD don't know how or why my package ended up in Chesapeake MD!
I had ordered for 2 perfumes(A thousand Wishes) under the offer buy 2 perfumes and get 1 free. But didn't receive the free product. I tried to even contact customer care since 2 days. No response. Chat is even worst. They do not respond at all.
We have purchased the foaming hand soap for a long time. Recently the bottle plunger has changed. It is hard to press it down and when it does it shoots out too much soap all over. This is by design to make you buy more. I am older and the pressure required hurts my wrists. I dont want to buy this product with that plunger any more!
