Received broken product and was informed by their customer service that they would backfill. 2 weeks later get an email that they are not going to backfill and that I needed to take the complaint up with LazerShip that delivered the package. Contacted LazerShip and they informed that that had to work with Bath & Body Works, so I am left with $191 of damaged broken product.
Tip for consumers: Will never shop with Bath and Body again.
Products used: No Refund on damaged goods will just try and say it is the shipping companies problem.
