I received my order of wallflowers and the packaging on 4 out of the 8 was destroyed. I also ordered 3 single wallflowers and the lid wasn't screwed on tight on one of them and it leaked all over the box losing quite a bit of it. I'm am still waiting on an order that I placed on October 26th. It was supposed to be here by November 6th. I called customer service and of course couldn't get a real person on the phone. The automated information told me it was shipped on October 30th and should be delivered by December 30th 1899. That's correct, December 30th 1899. This is the last time I order anything from BBW! This company needs to do better!
Beyond frustrated with B&BW. I placed an online order for Wallflower refills. This is the 3rd order in a row I have received damaged. I opened the box which was full of glass and cut my finger. I called customer service 2 days in a row and sat on hold for over 40 mins only to be told to call back again tomorrow! I order frequently and will not be spending my money here again.
I bought a body splash a few days ago. The cashier didn't answer me appropriately, and when I ask her how can I get discount didn't answer me or ask me for email.
I went to shop at bath and body works in Aspinwall, Pittsburgh. I was greeted nicely, but she didn't really want to help me. When I got to the counter to check out, the way I was treated was like I couldn't afford to shop there. I asked how much the set was, she said oh these aren't on sale, I said ok but I didn't ask. I then look at the gift sets and ask does Bright Christmas morning come in a set, she said oh, these are $40 dollars, I can find you something cheaper. Again I didn't ask, I don't like to be talked down to, I'm a Chef, no matter how big or brown I am, I will never patronize again,
Order placed on October 16,2023. All items in stock. Have not arrived as of October 30,2023. Two weeks from Texas to Florida via USPS. This is not what good and efficient service looks like!
I love shopping at B and BW! I appreciate all their coupons and rewards program. I shop at the Everett, WA store. The mgr is friendly and helpful. I like that it's no longer in the mall, BUT it needs bigger signage on the building, so people can find it!
I'm very disappointed because I went to the store, and there was barely any fall items and most of it was all Christmas items. Halloween isn't even here yet and I see that you have more Christmas then fall items. Very disappointing.
My order was canceled without any notification or correspondence with me as to why it was cancelled, but yet I kept getting emails saying that my order was being prepared to ship. I was told that my order would be shipped between October 5-12( I ordered it on the 1st. Of the month. When I didn't receive the order I CONTACTED THEM, it's at that time I found out that my order was canceled and I would be receiving a refund, which I told them that I didn't want a refund. They wanted me to actually take a refund, but reorder! I declined.
I wish others better luck with them! Btw, this was my first experience with order my products online with them as well!
I placed a few orders that said was available for pickup as they proceeded to collect my $.Then they say part of order is cancelled due to it not being available.That something they should know prior to taking my $.Its very unprofessional to me.I'll stick with Victoria secret.Never again!
I was in the Bath & Body Works in Springfield, PA, and had a delightful time experiencing all the wonderful scents, enjoying the promotions and the help of the sales associates, in particular, a young woman named Anna.
I love stocking up on all the seasonal scents; for my favorite season is Fall, and Bath & Body Works knows how to celebrate it.
Overpriced car fragrances. They don't work even after I poked a hole to have scent flow. I was charged.15 cents for the smallest paper bag which is an environmentally waste reduction fee at a place where everything is in plastic containers. Maybe they should have a refill your own products station to show they actually care about our environment.
The quality of wall flowers has diminished. Warmers are no longer lasting as long. This used to not be an issue, until the store changed their return policy in 2022. I tried to return some items last year and the store staff were quite rude regarding the change. And now after doing my research, they did not even abide by the websites policy. I will no longer be a customer. Please note I used to spend about $500 every year
Today I wanted to place an order online. I ordered approximately $200 worth of merchandise and got all the way to the end of the order and it would not let me review it because I didn't have an account with them. It said I could create an account after checkout, but it wouldn't let me review my order without an account? There was nowhere to check out as a guest. I called customer service for assistance. After putting me on hold, the foreign agent (I only mention foreign because it took about five minutes for him to get my email address right) informed me that he could not help me. He actually said the words, "I cannot help you order online." After hanging up, my son realized that you can proceed online without having an account and without choosing guest. It's very confusing when there are no directions to do any of that and that when trying to review the order, it wants you to sign in with an account you don't have. Finally the order was placed and I went to the confirmation email. I tried to create an account with a password that needed 8 characters with one capital letter and one number. I followed those instructions and kept getting a message saying "password does not match the requirements". There's even a section that checks the requirements off as you enter them, which I did, without success. Finally I gave up. This experience has sucked all of the joy out of the day, thanks Bath & Bodyworks.

The worst by far company for online purchasing. I specifically spoke with a live person to change my address for billing and shipping and twice the shipment was sent to another state. When I called the second time about not receiving the shipment I stayed on the phone for approximately 20 minutes with a representative who could not answer any of my questions about the wrong shipment address. Then she offered a 20 percent coupon on the next order. She hadn't even fulfilled the order from 3 weeks ago. She then told me the account had been credited for the items I did not receive and I couldn't understand how when I just called in to complain about not receiving the items. I told them never mind and I will never order from them again. Where the hell do they get these people from? You guys need to do better!?
On day My mom had enough of me taking her WWHIPPED BERRY MERINGUE lotion. So she took me to get my own. I was deeply disappointed to hear that it was longer being distributed in stores. We tried to find something similar but it was not the same. I looked everywhere but it could not find the scent in the bath and body works store. So "PLEASE BRING BACK THE WHIPPED BERRY MERINGUE'' and stop drooping scents so easily. Thank You have a nice Day and please bring back the whipped berry meringue.
Upon shopping, I decided to check out bath and body works at Paddock Mall in Ocala, FL. Cashier # *******, made me feel welcome, talked about the sale and immediately had me to try their new fall products. She is sweet, smart and was not pushy at all. Had me try new products I would have overlooked. Now thanks to her, I am ordering more online! Good job! Stacy
I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at B&BW & this is the first store that I've EVER walked in to and was not greeted! Went the counter to pick up my order, wasn't greeted! Got my 30 Wallflowers and they were all just thrown in a bag! They are GLASS! They should have been WRAPPED like every other B&BW store I've been to around the US! Spoke to the Manager and she's standing there looking STUPID saying "okay, okay"! Then offered to wrap them! HELL NO I'm staying another 10 mins waiting for them to be wrapped when they should have been wrapped to begin with! If the MANAGER doesn't greet you when you walk in who was standing right at the door I guess it makes sense that nothing else will be right!

Items leaked in shipping, when I received them. Ask to replace them said they would but, the items replaced were not items I purchased! Very disappointed! Sent me other products!
This was ordered a few days ago and all shipped at once, good. But this is ridiculous, absolutely no kind of packing to keep it in place. Items all turned upside down. Something poured out because the box itself smelled lovely. Unable to load a photo sorry but looks horrible. If you can go to the store do that, there was no thought put into the packaging.
Answer: I used to think Bath and Bodyworks products were worth all the money they charge but now after buying my last batch of candles the fragrance has decreased tremendously. No lie.

Answer: My daughters and I always buy from Bath & Body Works. People do notice the difference, because the smells are nice and warm and last long.
