You can't pay your bill by phone with a debit card or any card. Instead, you must use a bank routing number and account number and it's a royal PIA.
Difficult to pay bill by phone if you use different pay source. The auto so idiot only gives you one chocrIt's impossible to pay them a representative gets on the phone.they wanna charge $10 to make a payment.
On the brighter side, Open Sky is the first credit card I opened while in the process of cleaning up my credit. I started with no good credit / no credit and around 4 derogatory marks with a fico score of 513 and 4 years later, it is now a 780. I now have 3 credit cards, open sky being the oldest with the original deposit of $200 still my credit limit while my capital one started with a $300 limit and increased to an $1800 limit. *** If you do decide to go with open sky, be sure to PAY ON TIME otherwise, you will be hit with a large late fee ($25 or more) regardless of your balance amount.
The one thing I absolutely HATE about this card is the difficulty paying it. 2nd top dislike is the account login process...the password rules make it nearly impossible to remember your login and if you do get that there's a verification to get past as well as a secret question and if you get it wrong you get locked out. I've been on my account online 1 time and couldn't get again even again. Nightmare.
Open Sky will happily take your money for a deposit, but they have trouble giving it back. I requested they close my account and refund my $3,000 deposit, they told me it could take up to 3 weeks to get this back to me (Uh why?) tomorrow it will be three weeks so I called just now for an update and "Anthony" tells me "it can take up to 4 to 8 weeks". I asked him why the other person told me three, and he said they may have used a different script. Steer clear of these SCAMMERS!
So I put a $1000 on a secure OpenSky card. For one it took half a month to come. Second it only allowed me to make 4 deposits a month when it made over $3000 worth of transactions in one month which I paid off each time on time. Then they started taking my money from my bank account and holding and restricting me from have access to my funds until after close to 2 weeks of waiting. If you want to gamble with this horrible low budget company go head but I will not recommend anyone to waste their time dealing with OpenSky. I cancelled my account with them and will wait to get my funds back in the mail. I warn y'all OpenSky is not worth it!
Was on vacation in Florida and signed up for a deal, so I am an idiot.5 weeks later on the day I got home was charged 90 dollars plus late fee plus penalties. I don't understand. The card not even activated. Buyer beware con artist at opensky.I called and was told we don't need your business and then she said thanks for wasting my time

I'm reading some of the complaints and I see people complaining about merchandise. This is a CREDIT CARD. If the company that you are buying from looks shady, don't buy from them, but its not Open sky fault. This card is to use on building your credit. I am going to give it a year and if I have any problems then I'll get my deposit back after they get their balance. I will say my credit score has jumped 40 points. TY

Had my card stolen, ran up charges and could not get anyone to answer. The phone was on hold for well over an hour multiple multiple times. They turned it in on my credit report as no paid. Still to this day not gotten a hold of anyone to actually help me
Made a purchase and two weeks later, went to check the order status since it was taking so long to arrive. It said it had been canceled even though I'd never canceled the order... and I was already charged for it. I reached out to *******@opensky.com, followed up a week later, and zero response. Never got my money back, either.

Opensky avoid website sucks.customer service sucks if you live in nevada sucks even more. Never used left cc at home in a drawer found out months after the fact that a fraudulent charge from an unauthorized user was placed on the card opensky never informed me that i had an a charge they just waited until it accrued and informed then through email that I had a late fee argh! Completely avoid this $#*!show of A COMPANY!

This place is probably just a "host" website where anyone can sell products. I found 2 motion activated LED lights in the "home" category that seem to be the same thing this evening. They are selling for $18.56 and $38.35. I bought this same motion activated LED light at one of the "Dollar" stores for either $5.95 or $6.95. There are no bargains here.
Best shop elsewhere! They are giving the web stores a bad "name". There are lots that are reputable!

I understand you are just a marketplace... and that your sellers have the right to set their own prices... But you are sending out sponsored ads that indicate "half off or more" or "up to 75% off".
Very misleading... I browsed your selection extensively, and found no great deals. So the 50 or 75% off only comes from someone jacking their suggested Retail price up and then selling it for less. Technically that's fraud.

I ordered a cell phone case through Open Sky's website. The supplier of the item was Modes Wireless.
I received an e-mail from USPS stating my package was delivered to me, but I never received it.
USPS investigated this issue upon my request. They determined Modes Wireless assigned an incorrect duplicate tracking number to my package.
I reported the findings of the USPS investigation to Open Sky.
When Open Sky contacted Modes Wireless to reship the item, Modes Wireless did not respond to Open Sky's communications.
Open Sky has stated they have issue me a refund that should be appearing on my bank statement shortly.
In regards to Modes Wireless, I find their shipping practices to be questionable.
In regards to Open Sky, this is the second time I have placed an order with them and never received my order.
Therefore, I do not recommend conducting business with either one of these companies.
The whole process was easy. Cheap price quick shipping. My item a rather expensive portable ac unit arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service, and exchanged a few emails. The vendor requested photos of the damage and approved the return. I was refunded very quickly. Don't understand the bad reviews. My whole experience was a waste of time but the rectified the situation as soon as they were aware. I would buy from again.
Ended with two unplaced orders placed. One was cancelled. The second one arrived today. Husband says it looks like s night gown. I will give it the old college try before returning. Also price decreased significantly right after my non placed order. This is frustrating. I love on line shopping and other experiences with Open Sky have been positive.
That is why I order just inexpensive earrings for myself and sometimes rings which you call costume jewelry if people steal them when traveling it not big lost their jewelry not the best but they will look great on you in pinch

Oh my gosh. Been buying from them a few years now. I always end-up kicking myself for falling for their bait-and-switch strategies. Customer service ("customer love") is so incompetent. Seems the business targets unsophisticated young shoppers with dad's credit card. Wax fruit.
Clothing is very low quality, something you could buy for example at a store like "Roses" or Shopper's World... I just spent $40 on a supposed "french terry two pocket long top... it is super cheap looking!

This site falsely advertises "credit" in your account, has lousy return policy and customer service can't decipher your email requests. Run as fast as you can, away from the computer, and order online with a more reliable company. Their adverts lead you to believe inexpensive, wonderful products, but are not worthy. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I dropped a few hundred on various items that they won't refund me fully for. Minus shipping/handling that costs more than it did on the receiving side! Sucks.
