That's the problem. They do not list a phone number anywhere. Guess they don't want you to call..

I've only communicated via email. You'll get an immediate response acknowledging the e mail & it usually takes 2-3 days for a response.
I see others have listed a number.
I did finally get a refund on the two orders with which I had a problem.

I didn't receive my earrings in with my necklace and they claim they were in there! So frustrated with this company! Can't get ahold of anyone! I will never shop with them again. It was to be a gift and now I will have to go somewhere else!
