Why is the price of an item different in the cart than in the ad?

I had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back for a defective item. Do not deal with these people.

I can't emphasize more: DO NOT ORDER FROM OPEN SKY. It's not worth the hassle. I never received a refund of the $ spent on a worthless top. I'd rather donate the $20 then ever deal with them again. RUN, don't walk...

Debbie is exactly right. There's no rhyme, nor reason to anything they do. **BE WARNED** many of their items are marked final sale. They'll deny you a return even if the product is defective.

Open sky is a total NO. DO NOT use them. They send wrong product. With 2 e mails promised a credit back I received the wrong product, NO credit to date. I had to contact credit card co that is working on it. They are a total scam!

This truly makes me sick. The facts are the facts. Look at all of the unhappy people who have responded. The fact that someone from Opensky has the balls to say they have a 'customer love' phone number for you is totally sick. Their is NOTHING good about this company. The prices change all of the time, they bait you with 'credits', then the price goes insane. Nothing legitimate about this company at all. If you buy from them after reading all of these responses... you're on your own!

Because it's classic bait & switch. DO NOT ENGAGE! There are so many negative reviews from those of us who went before you... please believe them. Spare yourself the aggravation and look for the same item on ebay or Amazon.

Susan, as you can see from my long review and others. This site is a total scam and NOBODY should be buying anything from this site. They are not trustworthy and from my personal experience the quality of goods you receive are not as disscibed in their post. Buyers beware is all I can say!

Im not sure why but opensky will make up something to justify: had to use another vendor, account credit, vendors changed their pricing vs older quote. Whatever the excuse, it's not right.
