I am still waiting for my order from May 14th. I do want to order a lot more but I am very leery. I see the USPS tag was created, but nothing was picked up. When this happens, it means the package has not left the site. What is the update of my order? Order 101220523... I am looking at your site and right now your rating is only 1 star. Please tell me you can do better than that.

RUN... RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.

I experienced the same problem, repeatedly. A label would be printed and then... nothing. On the last order I wrote their (uh-hum cough) 'customer love' department repeatedly telling them I wanted my package put on a truck and not only print a label to exist in perpetuity. Perhaps you can get somewhere by calling their super secret phone number that they refused to give me until I hounded them for a month demanding it. IF the phone number still works, it is 1-844-707-7779. I hope this helps, but I strongly advise you to be the squeaky wheel and DO NOT let them off the hook until they make it right!

Donna is right. I was ripped off by this sham of a company and am out the money for returned item. They took forever to get item to me, no customer service, A $7.95 restocking fee and now no credit for return. I called to check on credit and of course there is no record of it. This company should be drummed out of business they are a bunch of ripoff artists and crooks

Anya, I don't think the problem is the vendors in the huge majority of cases. It is OpenSky. They operate fraudulently. The Attorneys General of all of the states need to shut them down. Those fraudulent marketing emails offering those huge, nonexistent "credits" come from OpenSky. That is a classic "bait and switch" tactic. DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES are the
Main product that OpenSky has for sale. BUYER BEWARE. If you are a vendor, find another marketing company/sales platform. These folks stink to high heaven with slovenly, disrespectful and FRAUDULENT practices.

From my brief experience buying from Open Sky, it seems that the company is not growing as fast as the demand. On top of that, I don't think they have the capacity to vet their vendors for product quality and service quality. I turned off their notifications because every purchase turned out to be a disappointment with no reasonable return options.

Hi Julie. I am thinking that you ordered from another open sky site, not mine. My site is open sky.com/giftyenta. Do you remember whose shop you ordered from? That is who is responsible for getting your package to you. Let me know if I can help further.
