I have never written a review before, but I would like to save someone who might be contemplating purchasing from Open Sky. I purchased a necklace, that when it arrived, was a cheap looking version of the picture. When I tried to send it back, there were no responses to my emails, and the phone number just hangs up. There is no way to reach anyone that can help you. All roads lead to a dead end. Don't do it. Once they get your money, it's history!
Ordered two items; one was delivered, the other marked cancelled but I was charged for both. Tried to contact customer service and E-mail bounced. There are plenty of other sited to order from. Skip Open Sky.

Prices were not correct with advertising. WAY too many spam email the minute you click on their site. Shipping takes FOREVER and the quality is very poor. Still waiting on 2 missing items, no way to contact the real vendor according to the OpenSky on-line support person and it will take at least 2 business days for them to get an answer as to where these missing pieces are. Really poor business model. Going back to Amazon where they hold true to their word and stand behind products with an easy and predictable shopping experience. Save yourself the trouble and close the OpenSky site before you end up unhappy.

I ordered a pricey computer chair from OpenSky because the price was a steal... then I started reading all the negative reviews on here and got really nervous. I sent two emails regarding my order and got immediate responses, so I had no issues with their prompt customer service. I received my item a week after ordering and it was in perfect condition.
Interesting note, however: The tracking name for my order was listed as Wayfair. I believe that this site is a con in that it orders whatever items are on their website from other companies, so it's little surprise that some people haven't been receiving the items they've paid for.

I had received the wrong item and followed steps to return it properly. Its been weeks of no contact and there is no easy way of contacting them! However they bombard me with 2-3 emails a day offering promotions but no resolution to my problem. Worst customer service do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Would not order from this company again. After 30 days of emails back and forth and plenty of tracking (usps), the product never arrived. Much to my dismay, I was very disappointed. First saw the add on a side bar on facebook... rip off. Don'the bother. Waiting for my refund... maybe 2 to 5 days.

At the end of May 2016, I ordered a bracelet and a necklace. Here it is July 1st and I have never received either item. I have sent Open Sky numerous emails asking for a refund. They haven't even acknowledged that the order was cancelled. Why must everything be such a struggle? Please refund my money then we can go our separate ways.

I was sent the wrong size sandal, but because I didn't respond within my two weeks (due to a very heavy schedule) they were not dealing with me. Their mistake cost me. I have had 3 bad experiences - 3 strikes, they're out.

NOT happy for getting a package for more than 10 days - UPS Ground... it's bazaar, sounds like an international package delivery... and it doesn't specify what carrier will be used nor estimated delivery time. I got screwed b/c I could NOT give the package as gift to my good friend... it's a mess this OpenSky shopping website had created...
How this company is still in business, I don't know! Worst customer service ever, won't return your phone calls! That alone tells you it's a shady business. Just read all these reviews, and all the complaints on Better Business Bureau.
Isn't it too bad you can't BLOCK me on this site like you did on facebook?!
And don't expect a refund on returned items, even defective ones, had to eventually contact my credit card company. Oh, and be careful, they'll send you more than what you ordered and than that way you lose more money and they make more!

This is the WORST website ever. They add items to your cart right before checkout. Customer service is a joke. I was quoted 7 different prices for the same item in 3 days... the price changes constantly. In addition, even if you wanted to buy something, their cart and checkout page are so busy adding things, you can never complete the transaction.
I ordered a pair of leggings a month ago and got an email just 2 days after saying my order shipped, along with a tracking number. When I track the item all it says is it was picked up. It's been like that the entire time. I've emailed customer service and just like other reviewers I get emails saying "thanks for your email we'll get back to you in 2-3 days." That was 2 weeks ago now. I'm beyond frustrated. I'm convinced it's a scam and just want my money back. Don't bother ordering from them. And what's the deal with the $75 credit?! A total scam if you ask me! Caveat emptor!

Ordered battery operated candles. Had to continually contact them about the order. It arrived later than promised. I was not satisfied with the quality. Contacted & they promptly sent me a shipping label. I only got 20% of the cost of the product & just found out about their refund policy. 19.97 (price of order) - 1.99 (handling fee) - 3.99 (shipping fee) - 7.95 (restocking fee) - 2.59 (return shipping) = 3.45 ( total refund) which I received. This organization is a shame! Will tell everyone I know how horrible they are!

I ordered three leather cell phone bags (as gifts) and the colors I received were sable brown, gold and gray. I ordered Orange, gray and Silver. It took them 10 days to respond and then deny the colors they sent me, as if I am mistaken about what I received with no offer of a solution or compensation, just find a way to send them back. Their customer service number is hard to get through to and they are not very helpful Or knowledgeable. A very unsatisfying experience and waste of time. Most companies have good customer service and quick responses. I am not going to order from them again. Ebags, amazon, and others are excellent. Thank you.

I purchased a blouse which was the wrong size and tried to exchange it. The web site return instructions did not work, I could not get a return label and in spite of several emails, I kept getting the same stock answer and no resolution. Now my 2 weeks to return has run out. Don't buy anything from opensky unless you want to throw away your money! You also cannot reach anyone by phone.

Sizes are not even close. I ordered Large shirts, and they were actually small w a large label. If you get to exchange for another size, it will cost an extra $12-20. Very disappointing, clothes looked cute but are not even close in proper sizing. I sort of feel this is on purpose to get the exchange/return money

Purchased a large swimsuit (even though I am a medium) and it is so short I can barely fit in it and I am only 5'4"! Inserts for boobs won't actually go in that area, they are up way too high without being able to move. Can't return. Don't waste your money on swimsuits.
I never usually buy anything for myself. But it was just my birthday so I thought what the heck. I saw a set of 14 pair set of Austrian Crystal ball stud earrings that we're hypoallergenic and discounted to $6.99 plus tax and shipping but were originally $180. The pictured they had they looked good and I can't wear many earrings unless they are hypoallergenic. I had also figured they might be good starter earrings for my 3 year old. However, when they got here looking chunky and not well put together. The studs for some sets aren't even the full length. Some even appear to have sharp sections that we're not properly removed when they were haphazardly constructed. Getting a refund would be pointless. So to say the least worst birthday gift for myself ever.
