Ordered two items; one was delivered, the other marked cancelled but I was charged for both. Tried to contact customer service and E-mail bounced. There are plenty of other sited to order from. Skip Open Sky.

Hi Eve! We are sorry to hear that happened to you. Anytime an order is cancelled, we always refund the customer. Depending how your order was placed, it can take up to 10 business days to receive the refund. We have not heard reports of emails bouncing.
