Why does opensky give credit but doesn't cover the entire purchase price? This is crazy I spent hours shopping for stuff because I received an email stating I have $250 credit but I still have to pay for most of the price of the items. Someone tell me how this works because I'm confused. Usually a credit is a credit not just some of the price is a credit!

Hi Tema! OpenSky is a marketplace with thousands of merchants, and many of them accept these Credits/Discount Dollars on eligible products. You can learn more about how our credits work on the following page of our FAQ: https://www.opensky.com/customer-support?article=1467242. If you have any other questions, please call us directly at (844)707-7779 between 9 AM and 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and we will be happy to help clear up any loose ends. We apologize for the confusion.

Because otherwise the vendor would not get anything for the item. Opensky is made up of different vendors - and i agree - they should give you the credit AND pay the vendor but it doesnt work that way
