My experience using Alibaba to source hydrogel screen protectors has been largely positive. I was able to connect with fantastic suppliers, like Mia Qin, who offer professional service and high-quality products that my customers love.

However, from a user experience perspective, I think the platform has some room for growth. The mobile app interface can feel a bit cluttered when trying to compare multiple quotes side-by-side, and I would love to see more standardized/transparent shipping estimates earlier in the browsing process. Despite these minor navigation hurdles, it remains a vital tool for my business, and I am satisfied with the results.

I am very satisfied with my order on Alibaba. The ordering process went smoothly and the delivery was fast. The massage gun impresses with its excellent quality, sits well in the hand, and is very effective for muscle relaxation. The variety of attachments and the long battery life make it a truly great product. Alibaba's customer service was friendly and helpful. I like using Alibaba.com and have ordered for both business and personal uses. Every time I have needed customer service to step in and resolve an issue, they have been responsive and quick to resolve. Quite a variety of items to select from and fair prices. The sellers I have dealt with have all been able to communicate in the language I wanted (English) with nothing lost in translation. They are also fair and upfront about the pricing and fees.

'm very impressed with the sales representative Ms Eve Wu. She is so knowledgeable with her products, and able to advise me that i was buying duplicatings as some parts were already included in other bigger components. She's fast in responding, and knowledgeable with my country's import requirements. In the end, based on her recommendation, i bought all the correct parts, no double buy, quality stuff, received all parts within a week from China, no issue during import to my country, and it was a perfect deal. Really appreciate her effort in following thru til i received all parcels. That's the kind of perfect sales rep that every buyer wish for!

Overall good experience. The one issue I have is not being able to complete my tax exempt status. All information submitted, business profile shows tax exempt status verified but can't get the tax removed. NO GOOD WAY to get customer service help. You can elect to go insane with bots asking the same questions over and over or... giving up for this order. Can't continue this way--may or may not go back again. Vendor was stellar and couldn't have asked for better product and service.

Due to the no reception in our area in Riyadh KSA. We weren't getting much speed. Only 18 Mbps Down and 0.8 Mbps Up. Which was very poor.

A combination of this antenna, 60cm Dish, LMR400 20m Coax in to my 5g router. I am getting amazing speeds. 600~700 Mbps down and 30~40 Mbps Up.

Also, very satisfied with the shipping. Due to my mistake, the delivery got held in customs. But seller helped me clear it. I am very thankful. 🙏
