Alibad-a acts as a moderator but there really is no guarantee that I can see when it comes to poor quality, even if completely not functional. The drop down menu to file a claim doesn't include quality, only things like non-receipt, really slow etc. 5 plus years on Alibad-a and I have 2 claims. First took a year to resolve with 2 of 3 products being remade but still far from perfect. The current fiasco product is so crappy that an entire page is required to list the ridiculousness of it. I waited a very long time for my purchase. The payment was debited instantly, but the parcel was delayed. There were a few things missing from the box. The staff responded rudely to all my arguments. In the end, everything was resolved, but it took a month.

Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Its my favourite site for int. purchasing.the option for live chat or video whatsapp etc. make the whole procedure very fast. I will change the results for searching engine and add more filters to get better results. That must have.

I had a problem with one sample and with the insurance I got my refund without any problems. I also requested other sample from another company and receive it on time with no problems at all, so far good service.
The message tool can be improve as there is a lot of problems to attach documents like excel files, sometimes message does not seem to be sent when they were sent. I think there are some bugs in the system.
Overall experience is good.

I recently made to purchases on Alibaba. Both companies stated they offered express air shipment. One company packed, shipped, and provided FedEx tracking immediately. The other company played a game, saying that my items went to an Alibaba warehouse, and that the warehouse would ship the item. I had to contact the company several times to get a tracking number. Then there was a hold-up where an "exception" occurred on my shipment of boxes. It has been over three weeks and I still do not have my products. Alibaba needs to to force companies to CLEARLY state if they fulfill the shipment directly via a shipper or if the items go to a third party warehouse for export. This is not very transparent.

Had mixed feelings with about this company.

First two purchases I made turned out good. The nail polish and the coat.
And then the third one was a pretty bad experience. Firstly the package arrived only after 56 days, when it usually takes 15-30 days from other services, than it turned our that the seller sent me the wrong color(I ordered a dress). And then I spent about two weeks arguing with him(I did not want a discount I wanted the right color! Or my money back). And the support of Alibaba was not very helpful too, so only three star I guess.

Would give a zero but not an option so a rating of one is generous. Bought a product, and product not delivered and company took my dad's money. I immediately stepped in to help and no responses to our e-mails and chats. You cannot call them on the phone to explain., worst experience and company I have ever dealt with. It's like you are talking to someone in space, and nobody is there to answer. We called the better business bureau (look at those reviews and see the true story) and the FBI to report this company.

But do not trade with "Michael Wang" at Colorpro Technology co. Ltd, Sold me Ink cartridges knowing they were obsolete before sending them. He waited till the 30 days warranty was up untill he stopped communicating with me. 2 months later will not refund or contact. And I am easy going. He is a crooked shark. So do not trade with them at all. These people need jail time

A site that shows you cheap prices, but the real price includes shipping, and on top of all that, they deduct from every piece you take, and this is nonsense.

I have a significant amount of money locked in my account without a clear explanation. The company keeps delaying the resolution, asking me to call back repeatedly. Fortunately, I found creekmonat.tech, who has been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process and assisting me in recovering my funds.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Alibaba. I placed an order under the Trade Assurance program, but over a month later, I have still not received my refund, despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue.

The customer service has been unhelpful and evasive, offering no clear timeline for resolution. My case has been escalated multiple times, yet there has been no follow-up or action taken. I feel misled and taken advantage of, as Alibaba has failed to honor its own policies and protect its customers.

The lack of communication, the ongoing delays, and the overall disregard for my concerns have left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. I strongly advise caution when using Alibaba, as their service does not live up to the promises made under the Trade Assurance program.

Ask for quote, price doubled in 24 hors, the frieght is insane, forget it, may as well use temu and I was looking to spend 15k per unit item

Do not buy anything from Alibaba. My husband n I are trying to buy some side by sides for over a year now we have been promised more times then I can count they will be delivered they keep asking for more money. No side by sides no refund xiemen trading co is a bunch of liars

Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier.

Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it.

And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

Do NOT buy any electrical goods from Alibaba. I bought a laptop, which arrived with the wrong plug, even though I specifically stated a UK plug. They sent out the correct plug and within a few days the screen stopped working. They sent out a new screen, which I had to replace myself and that didn't sort out the fault, so I asked for a refund, which they refused because it had gone past the 30 day deadline. It had gone past the 30 day deadline because the supplier had took so long to rectify the original order. So, once again, DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL GOODS FROM ALIBABA.

I received a defective device. After complaining, the seller promised to send me a new one. But nothing arrived!
After complaining to Aliexpress, no help at all!
